I went to Walter on a few occasions when my Acura gave me issues and I had no idea what to do. He was amazing and took care of the problem. I even sent my husband there when he had a minor issue with his Porsche. Walter is a great guy. He will fix the problem and not rip you off.

Walter is the absolute best tech around. He was able to fix my hard topconvertible (which is no easy job and almost no one can do) in a day and programmed my remotes with no problems (these are remotes that are only supposed to be programmable by a dealer not universal remotes) his prices are among the best and the work is remarkable and he stands behind it. If you want the job done right the first time and want someone you can trust Walter is your man.

Great Service

This man is an obsessed magician, able to diagnose and repair problems dealers cannot solve. I moved to NY but my cars only get serviced at Mr. Mueller’s shop. A rare find.

I called him because I was having a problem with my vehicle and wanted to make an appointment to bring in the vehicle. We were discussing my problem when another phone rang in his office. He took my number and said he would call me back shortly. I waited... and waited, never heard back from him. This not only wasted my time but is not how you treat a potential customer that is going to spend thousands of dollars with your business. I later found out he does not have the computer diagnostic equipment necessary to repair my vehicle that he claimed to have.
