Unprofessional - dropped my car off per insurance request only for them to call me back and say my car was totalled and wanted to sell me a new one (the car was not totalled).Came and picked up my car so the insurance company could not take it. I asked a day later for the emails they had sent to my insurance company about the repair cost of my car. The service writer said he couldnt because my case was closed and the files were locked when I I picked up my car. That turned out to be complete BS because one email from my lawyer got that info same day.My car was fixed by the insurance company at a different location because these people were sleazy and shady about everything.

Recently got into an accident and decided to use Hoffman because they had a convenient, one-stop shop arrangement with my insurance company. After Hoffman did their evaluation, insurance decided to total it. After learning what was actually damaged mechanically, I decided it would be worth buying back and just fixing myself. At this point, the car had been at Hoffman for two days. I called and asked whether, in the event I wanted to buy it back, they would be able to put it back together and whether I would be expected to pay for that work. I was assured they would put it back together and I would not have to pay anything.I took a few more days to make arrangements to have the car transported and fixed once I bought it back, called my insurance and told them that was what I wanted to do, and gave them my address for the tow company. It was dumped in my driveway with no hood, grill, front bumper, facia, or driver’s side mirror. I immediately called Hoffman to ask what was going on, and was told the only part they still had was the hood. Given that there was not much else I could do at that point—the parts were gone—I called my insurance and told them I would not be buying it back absent all of the other parts (several of which were unharmed in the accident). Went to Hoffman the next day to collect the check from insurance and ask more specific questions. Despite the fact that I was assured (after they had taken it apart) that it would be no problem to put the car back together after the evaluation, I was now told that wasn’t possible because when they were doing the evaluation everything “just fell apart.” I expressed my skepticism at this response, at which point the assessor admitted he hadn’t actually laid eyes on the car. I asked if it was standard procedure to dispose of parts before the customer had decided whether to buy the car back or not, and received the following answers: “I would not think so,” “well, you know, we get so many cars in here every day they don’t just keep parts,” and “oh, I didn’t know anyone was interested in buying it back.”I have since gotten feedback from multiple other shop owners confirming that this was handled inappropriately. Putting aside the fact that they disposed of the parts before I had actually signed over the car to my insurance, the excuses I was given were absolutely pathetic. I recognize that the vast majority of the time these practices don’t get called out because most people lack the time, knowledge, and/or resources to make buying the car back and fixing it themselves worth it. That was not the case here, and it was not an insignificant cost to take in the teeth for no reason other than incompetence. You either care about doing things the right way every time or you don’t. Hoffman should rethink their motto.

My experience was very positive. Since they are a Porsche Approved Collision Center, I presented them with a challenge to reconstruct the inner rear structure on a Porsche, they took it on and delivered! Kudos to the tech, Brian, for his attention to the details required to accurately fit the structural components together and ensuring they meet Porsche tight specs, and to Dave for keeping me updated on progress and reviewing next steps required towards completing the work. Well done!

I brought my Audi here since it was Audi certified. The car was finished late because while removing the front bumper, the techs broke a sensor. No big deal since they paid for it. While analyzing the vehicle, I noticed overspray. I also noticed other vehicles parked up with circles in various spots labeled overspray. I brought it back so they could take of the issue. I dealt with George and he seemed genuine. Unfortunately, it seems like their goal is to just pump out finished vehicles to make deadlines for insurance companies. Quality is sacrificed. Next time I will be going to a smaller shop.

Called to make an appointment, set up a rental car, when I got there they said they cannot see me till Monday. Wasted time driving down there. Dave was very unprofessional.

Honestly, I really had bad experience and try to stay away from them, If possible. They are unprofessional and provide very poor service. I specifically spoke to Bill Larson, a manager, about the frustration but he did not really seem to care.I have q7 and brought it after running over a pole as it suffered damage to the front bumper with displacement. After the collision, the car seemed to sway to the right while driving. And the stabilization control light went off right after the incident. This was specifically explained to the shop prior to getting cosmetics things fixed. And they said they will look into.Received the car after week and half which was later than expected and, more importantly, they did not look into the problem that I specifically asked for.After calling them few times about the issue and I decided to take it to the private mechanic. After getting alignment and tie rod replacement, the cars drives in straight line and the mechanic said the damage was probably from the collision.

Hoffman Collision handled my car repair quickly and professionally with zero inconvenience to me. Gloria was completely transparent about time to repair and was extremely responsive when I called to check up on my car. The estimate I received was reasonable and most importantly the repair was done expertly. They left the car in better condition than when I first bought it. I hope to never need another repair -but if I do, I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

They did a decent job, but the appraiser was not responsive from the beginning to the end. I had to call and email him multiple times to get connected. My car was fixed on Thu but I found it on the next Mon when I called them as it took so long. They said they emailed me twice, but I didnt get any except the one saying that its almost completion. They didnt call me, either.

I highly recommend Hoffman Auto Body if you ever need body work done on your vehicle. They took great care of my Accord after I was hit recently. Roberto did a great job keeping me updated while waiting for information from the insurance company. It is nice to have my car back and it is looking absolutely beautiful again! When I brought my 2018 Audi S4 to the shop I did a walk around of the vehicle with the body shop advisor so that they could work with insurance on the required repairs. Unfortunately the advisor I met with did not share the details with George. When I returned to pick up my car a number of items had not been addressed. I was frustrated. I returned the vehicle to Hoffman a couple of weeks later to have the unrepaired items addressed. I just picked up my car and it looks great. Everything was addressed to my satisfaction. What would have been one star quickly became five stars. Thanks Bill and George. Great job.

Excellent service! I recently had a flat tire due to a piece of highway debris. Hoffman took me right in to replace the tire, and the shuttled me home while they completed the service. A few hours later, they called to let me know a new tire was installed and there was no charge; it was covered under my tire protection plan, which I had forgotten. My car was returned cleaned and washed with spare tire and tools properly stored. Lou, Ethan and their team are great!

My car went in with no check engine light it was running fine after some cosmetic damage. Now I’m still dealing with a check engine light and paying out of pocket for repairs. Whatever is wrong with my car definitely wasn’t due to a 5mph scrape. I was told to change my spark plugs and ignition coil after I brought it back the same day. I was also told I had bad gas in my car when I’ve always put in premium and was told to contact my insurance knowing it won’t get covered since it’s not due to the accident. My side mirrors were also repositioned and I’m not sure why. I’ve had my car checked by 2 mechanics and they both said someone probably took it for a joy ride. I’m very upset and disappointed that this is how my car is returned after a week of not having it. I take very good care of my car and it’s very well maintained. So thanks for the experience, next time I’ll make sure I keep track of my mileage and take a pics before handing it over. Definitely won’t be going there again.

Everything went as smooth as advertised. I had heard good things about Hoffman Auto Body already. I dropped my car off, got my rental, was informed of progress. Once completed, picked my car back up. All seamless. The customer service was excellent. The work done to my car as good as new. A few days after I got my car back I realized they even vacuumed my car! Very cool! It seems, far too many people just dont take pride in the work performance.I am thrilled to say from my first call to my car pickup, I received impeccable service from absolutely everyone. A ride home was scheduled for me upon drop off. Regular updates on the status of my car repairs, both via prompt email and/or personal call. All questions and concerned were also addressed and done so promptly as well.Upon pick up, I was advised since it was clear I take great pride in the upkeep of my car, it was treated as though it was my baby.Pick up from my home was scheduled for me to pick up my repaired car.During auto body repair, my car was transported over for service/maintenance and parts for a replacement key so I didnt have to make a separate appointment.The experience was overwhelmingly GREAT!!!!!

Terrible experience I found the staff pleasant at drop off but once they have your vehicle it all changes. Beware ! They reply to my review but make no attempt to make the situation right. Poor repairs pointed out to them and I get a canned answered on google reviews.

While the front desk staff are friendly and attentive, the auto-body technician that worked on my car must have been an amateur. A simple paint job on a Porsche bumper was wrought with paint imperfections (dust particles and debris scattered throughout the paint). Its as if they didnt paint it under a negative pressure hood (wouldnt surprise me if the painted it in the garage with open doors. They say they are the only Porsche certified auto body place, but that doesnt actually mean anything in regard to quality of their workmanship. Needless to say, Im bringing it back, but my time wasted will never be reimbursed. Lets see how the second run turns out.

Although purchasing this truck was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life, (I reviewed the dealership separately) the quality of work that was turned out by the body shop was exceptional. The truck that I purchased needed body work and when it was complete, I couldn’t tell that there was ever damages. I left out one star only because it took quite a long time for the work to be completed but I’m not sure that it’s fair to attribute that to the body shop. I believe there may have been other factors effecting that.Quality of work is great.

Hands down, one of the best body repair shops. After having a horrible experience twice, with another repair shop, I brought it over to Hoffman Collision, and I must say, they corrected the problem and it only took them 3 days! Quick fix... nothing major to complain about. Front bumper wasnt totally flush with the headlights. Seems that it should be some type of seal between the bumper and lights. License plate frame on bumper was put back on upside down. The color match was good but the paint smell lingers a week later. I say since there wasnt major damage to my car I gotta stick with the neutral 3 stars. (edit) After getting in contact and meeting with Bill Larson he kindly explained to be process and Im totally satisfied with the work done by Hoffman Auto Body.

Choose Hoffman to get my 2015 Honda Accord fixed for body damage. I am actually suprised on the quality of service I got there. I’ve been to other repair shops before that did not put an emphasis on customer service like Hoffman does.The staff were professional and there was very little paperwork to go through. Which I appreciated because when it came down to getting a rental they had it ready for me, without having to sign tons of paperwork. The repair took less than a week and when I got my car back, I was surprised to see they had done an interior and exterior detailing on it. 5 stars!! Would definitely recommend!!

Work was timely and staff was professional. But, sloppy work with too many corners cut. Had a tailgate and bumper work done, there was paint misting on the tail lights and parts invoiced were clearly reused. Not their fault but the Geico agent I had to deal with was a gigantic douche.

I dropped my vehicle off Monday morning. By Monday afternoon the estimate was completed. I was told it would be a five day repair they called me Thursday afternoon to pick up my vehicle. Service was kind and considerate, but I was not completely satisfied. Rental was not waiting for me as promised. After repairs, inside of truck was not cleaned. Repairman forgot to put part on tailgate, therefore I had to return to dealer a second time.

We are looking forward to making our 6th and maybe 7th purchase this year. As a small business owner Ford makes a very good product and the staff is very knowledgeable.

Body work and paint job looks great but disappointed with a few things. Communications was a bit lacking on work completion date, there was a strong paint/ chemical odor inside my car, overspray on rubber on the roof and I now hear wind penetrating the cabin when Im driving on the highway. I will have to bring it back to address these items which is a hassle taking time off to deal with...

Hoffman Auto Body did an amazing job. There was significant damage to my car but qhen I got it back, only a week later, my car looked brand new. They even cleaned up the interior of my vehicle, so it truly felt like a brand new car! Plus enterprise was right on site, making my rental experience that much easier. Slow. Inaccurate quote. At times I dont know if they knew what was going on with the vehicle. Took 40+ days to complete the repairs, had to go to the insurance company 3 times,which is fine, but in the beginning they hinted it could be done in a week.Quality of work looks good. Just took longer than expected, way longer.Overall, not a good experience. Would not recommend.Also, no one has attempted to reach out to me. I had an amazing experience here. I went through my insurance and they called Hoffman an express one stop shop and they were correct. I brought my car early on Saturday and was greeted by someone in the lot waiting for me. The estimate of damage took less than 10 minutes and they had my rental ready to go in another 10. About two hours later I spoke to Yanni who was professional and courteous and he gave me a 5 day repair turnaround time. That was more than fair to me and yet they called me Monday mid day to say my car was ready! Now granted, they didnt have to replace the part I originally thought but still that was less than 3 full days. I picked my car up detailed and washed and 200% satisfied. I will absolutely recommend them. Hoffman is a well oiled machine - thanks guys!
