Got there for a vehicle safety inspection, and the guy wanted to charge me $120.00, I said yea NO Thanks

Very expensive, compared to most of other good mechanics. Don’t recommend anyone going there. If you go for an inspection they will tell you a lot is wrong and give you very high prices.

We went to get a bolt burnt off, when who I believe is a owner stopped the employee from helping me and wanted to hold my car overnight. He turned what I thought was going to be a good deed being done to help me out to trying to sheer me. STRONGLY dont recommend!!!! Sorry you turned something good into a money hungry shame.

Purchased my husband a Cherry Bomb M80 for his Ford Explorer Sport Trac as an early Fathers Day gift. My son had Palomino put his Flowmaster muffler on a couple years ago and said everyone here was friendly and price was reasonable so I decided to bring my husbands truck here to install his muffler. We paid $140 to have both of his stock resonators removed, Cherry Bomb welded on along with extra piping since 2 resonators were removed. I found that price to be very reasonable, especially since the welding job was clean. Truck sounds badass! My husband cant help but get on it every chance he gets lol. You guys made him a happy dude. Customer service was also stellar. Receptionist, who I believe is the owners daughter, was very friendly and knowledge. The guy that installed the muffler was extremely professional and had us in and out. Would definitely go back again!

Had them install a muffler which cost me $280. The guy recognized me as installing the muffler but yet less than a year later the mufflers rotted out the tailpipe fell off and they refuse to fix any of it because I cant find my receipt. Was told that Hell install a new one $180. Im not paying that for disposable muffler that again in another year Ill have to replace. I was told that this is new York that Im supposed to wash the salt off my muffler so that wouldnt of happened. Lmao. I have a 1998 that had the same muffler For almost 20 years without no problem in New York. They use cheap Chinese metal and cheap knockoff muffless that do not last not even a year. Horrible work. horrible customer service will never go back.

April 3 2018 I dropped off my 2008 Town and Country to get service done.The lights for Abs..antilock brakes were showing up and staying on.Jimmy the mechanic a this shop calls me said moderator it’s not good needs to be change, so he did, on April 12th said car is ready, I paid jump in the car and turn right back lights came back..he puts another modulator...calls me car is ready on April 16th I’m going take it for road test .. but warning bells sounds come on but no lights showing up.. can put car in gear or take keys off ignition.. I told Jimmy I’m leaving I paid you and the car is not fixed on the on the 18th Jimmy calls and said I’m 100% sure there’s the sensor on steering wheel on April 20th they call me your car is ready..but Jimmy is not there I speak to a lady and told her the car is not fix I hear the warning bell and I’m suspecting that they cut the wire for lights not to go on, she assures me to get to the bottom of it,On April 24th I call and they the problem is the computer needs to be reprogrammed because of the sensor and parts they replaced.On the 27th pick up the car everything seems normal pay extra money for the new parts,On the 29th all the lights are back again with the engine light on this time called jimmy 3 times today and they said he’s not in today.. I jus wanna warn people stay away. I will be there tomorrow with the car.. they either give money back or buy the car for the book value.
