The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed the experience. I’m glad I went with ADT.
My parents are in their late 80s and often dont understand new technology. After several attempts to reason and understand customer service questions they became frustrated and wanted to give up. They were connected with Anita!!! Bless her heart, she went up and beyond to help my Mother and get a service technician to their house. I want to personally thank her!

As a 15+ year customer of ADT, I am totally satisfied with their services over the years. Most recent experience with their technician, Brian L., was great. I give him and ADT a 10 of a 5 star rating.
Recently updated our ADT system after 15 years of loyalty to ADT, while competitors have increasingly become less costly. We could not have been more frustrated with experience. Overall, very disappointed with Joe, their sales specialist. Slip-shot, apathetic with recommendations, no follow-up, and in hindsight non-trustworthy. Among other things, he adamantly assured us that if we paid for product in advance, we wouldn’t be locked into an extended contract. When tech arrives, equipment is placed and then presents the required agreement - with a slipped-in 36 month term. Tech calls owner, who pulls tech from finishing, leaving us now with an unusable system, and without protection.After a few phone calls to corporate, it turns out ADT always requires a 3-5 year term with all of their updates. For our family, this is not about a cost avoidance, as we could completely afford the equipment and premium product, it’s philosophically not agreeing to a business model that traps consumers into a relationship without recourse. If known up front, we would have simply pursued friendlier options.In the end, poor service, seeming culture of intentionally deceptive sales tactics, and would advise any opportunity to avoid working with this local branch.UPDATE(8/31/20):After many extensive conversations with corporate, they resolved the dispute. Nate was sent out today to finish setting up the system and was very professional, detailed, polite, prompt and genuine. Good job Nate! Shows how one person can influence a company’s brand.

Terrible place. Wouldnt trust them to watch a thing. System stops working constantly even though I pay the highest amount a month that they offer. Ive wasted more time talking to customer support than the time Ive actually had a functioning security system.

Had ADT system installed in my home in March. After four visits and the cameras constantly going offline, I was told I would hear from a supervisor..I could have the cameras taken down and I would get a refund ‘no problem’ if you disliked the system within 6 months.I not only found out they put indoor cameras outside, but they refused to take them down or give me a refund. Supervisor never called.I was attacked by a neighbor in my driveway and the camera caught nothing. Isn’t that the point of a security camera?Now they are telling me to pay 75 percent of the fees when the system was shut down by them on Fourth of July when the fireworks set the system screaming because of a glitch in a cell tower and hasn’t worked since. And I’m still paying for something that isn’t even on.Horrible customer service. They are scamming people and not taking responsibility for bad products and their employees mistakes. Do not waste your money or hours of your time. The ‘advocates’ and corporate people refuse to help fix the situation or return calls. Three employees told me the cameras weren’t getting a good signal I could get a refund and they could take them down and now they are refusing to refund my money for a product that never worked.Better business bureau is going to be called. Worst experience ever. Extreme manipulation and dishonesty. Didn’t train their managers or corporate workers well. Wouldn’t recommend adt to anyone. Zero stars.
