The website is garbage. It keeps logging me out, then wont let me log back in unless I want to change my password. I really dont. Of rather switch cable companies than try to create a password I wont remember. The service is good, but if you cant pay the bill, whats the point? Gfys Xfinity. If you cant make the website useable, I wont use your services. π―
Been a customer over 20 years. My bill went from $108 to $182 in two years. I was told because the promotional period ran out. Ok, sign me up for new promotions, I said. I was then told there are none. Ok, no problem, time to ditch Xfinity. Its been a long time coming.

I already have internet through them even though I had a few things go wrong with billing theyve always made it right. And now since I am going to be switching from MetroPCS because they are horrible now I am looking forward to being an Xfinity customer. The only downfall is their systems were down the day we went in to get our phones so we ended up missing out on the deal where you get the free phones. Employees were very knowledgeable and very respectful and warming. I have two little kids that were running around like crazy and did not feel judge even though I was judging myself. Honestly so far have nothing negative to say whatsoever about this company.
Horrible company, lies & lies & lies, Technician comes to my house for a Xfinity related problem with their equipment & tell me in person in front of witnesses, YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS, Then they turn around & charge me 100$ Iβve been a customer for 20 years always paid on time & never been disconnected, I had to threaten to cancel the service on the last of 5 calls to customer service before they finally agreed to wave the fee. Liars & crooks !! Legal thieves!!

The wait to be seen is ridiculously long!!! Prices are way too high!! They constantly try to offer new products and services to try to bind you to a contract. You can never get anyone on the phone without going through 1,000 prompts unless you trying to contact tech support.
Great experience updating and getting out cable services straightened out. Time was not wasted, lovely customer service and all our needs were met.
My wife and I went to buy a new phone for me and to review our bill to see if we could save some money. We were also seeking help in setting up a Gmail account. We were told they couldnβt help us with that. Then they couldnβt help us decide which data plan to apply for. Fifteen minutes of reasons they couldnβt help us and much IT lingo and we just had to leave before we were told they couldnβt help us again.

I just have to say that you need to go here because when I was there for 45 minutes they were actually able to wait on five customers!!!!It appeared they have sufficient staff, but most of them are just standing around and directing people to the cars to wait to be allowed to come in because of the pandemic.But I mean come on folks. For any good size retail establishment to be able to move 5 whole people in 45 minutes, With a staff of over 10, Heck thatβs admirable!Better yet, you should try the Comcast Xfinity self service automated phone system!!!Fun??? I went into this location as I was driving through on a Saturday and had thought about getting an Apple Watch, once I entered I was promptly greeted and asked how theyd me able to assist me. I let them know Im interested in looking at the Apple watches, as one took me over to the display case, which he started loudly asking another employee what they have in stock color/model wise, as the other gentleman went to check which felt very pushy, and as I was asking questions regarding the 2 current models in the display case (Series 6 and SE), they wanted to confirm my account information to get in while on a handheld tablet. Of course I went ahead and verified. As Im still looking at the watches and comparing the device cost between models, the guy tells me great, Im approved for a new line and which watch/color Im interested in. I advised him Id want the Series 6 44mm in black/space gray thats out of stock but Im not sure. He then places an iPad down in front of me (where I have to agree/sign) to confirm and order the Apple Watch via online and that Id have it by Wednesday. The employees were nice and quick to greet but I was the only customer in the store I believe, I felt like I was being rushed and the way they just placed the iPad in front of me on/next to the display case for my confirmation so quickly was a bit upsetting/frustrating. I tried escaping by saying the band doesnt fit anyways, Id have to look into getting a bigger band if I ordered one which Id have to think about and the other employee quickly grabbed a key to the Apple Watch case and pulled out an apple watch with a longer band so I could try it on. I get horrible anxiety and felt obligated to order the Apple Watch as he already went through the order process on the tablet and got the key so I could try it on. These just arent great salesman techniques. I was very sure I wanted the watch regardless but the way they executed the transaction was just very poor and unprofessional, I didnt feel appreciated or valued at all and almost just want to refuse the delivery of the device and buy it elsewhere.

The woman that helped me, Julie (I think that was her name), was extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend setting an appointment online before going into the store so you dont have to wait. The appointments are super easy to set up online and even if its a last minute thing you can still usually get an appointment set for the time you need. If you dont set an appointment you might have quite a long wait before someone helps you.
The wife and I showed up to start services at our new place of residence. Being new to the area we were told that xfinity was the way to go. Due to ridiculous covid restrictions, they would only let me in the store and not my wife, or visa-versa. So, I didnt have a chance to even talk over the plans with her about what we were going to get. I decided on a plan, and as the guy was getting my equipment ready he said the modems they were sent did not come with power cords. He wasnt allowed to give me a free upgrade. Then the manager came over and suggested that I go to target and buy a modem/router and when they got the one in that i needed, I could return the target one. Anyways, left without getting anything because they couldnt stock the correct equipment.I ended up calling the 1-800 number, and got a better deal as a first time customer that the people in the store never even offered me.The tech came to install it, and was very helpful, but the people in the store seemed like I wasnt all that important to them.

Have called and called about in and out of service, but all I get is progressively terrible service. I work full time full virtual, and have been kicked out numerous times. When you call itβs all automated, and you practically have to scream CSR in order to speak with a human. Today I was finally granted a repair visit promised, letβs see if that will work.... unreliable and avoiding assistance is all I have witnessed thus far.

So have had xfinity internet and phones for a year and a half. Pay for highest internet they offer. Have been trying to get my internet issues resolved since June (slow wifi). Have exhausted all possibilities including returning the modem I had and getting a brand new because neither xfinity nor net gear could figure out the problem. Well, I move and things are slightly better but not anywhere near what I am paying for and have been paying for, for a long time. So I switch internet, being I am not under contract for internet. So when I switch internet(due to not getting the connection I am paying for,($85 per month). After switching internet I receive a service fee on every single device I own per month. 17.74 per month per device now. That includes 2 phones, and Apple Watch and an iPad. Now I am not only being charged a line fee for the iPad but also a service fee, and for what? My iPad is not getting its own phone number, and same with the Apple Watch. When I go in to the store the response was, oh something must not be right, I have never seen anyone be charged twice. So now to avoid the fees, I have activated your lowest internet just to have an active account because itβs either pay for your lowest or get charged a service fee that is 4 times the price. Also my service fees are still listed on the bill, so what exactly am I paying for again. I will never give my business to you again. You are a grimy company. You are exactly what people are scared of going to phone stores. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Waited 45 minutes to exchange my adapter for a TV box. Got home and it took a call to Comcast to get it working correctly - another 45 minutes. Then discovered it was the wrong TV box they gave me. Couldnt access on demand or other apps like Netflix. Which is the reason I exchanged the adapter for the TV box.

These boutique locations are for show only. Anyone else who has been paying for services will be turned away to speak with their AI Xfinity Assistant. Assistant will assume it knows everything about your technical issue and speaks verbatim.Call volumes are higher than normal. Because nobody is at the call center and you will eventually hang up.Donβt call the store. Itβs impossible. I tried.I hope you can install your own or rented equipment because you pay for the labor. If available.I still rent my equipment. To strangers they can make more money off of.They will fail to serve you due to outages. So I use Google as my server. Google IS the internet.I have Blast internet speed in my area now? These cables are as old as me so nothing has been faster than the speed of light this whole time? What else do ppl not know...

The staff are friendly, and are fast to serve, offering to help in anyway they can. If you have issues with your service, definitely stop in and talk to some local help here!
There is NO local response to customers. The overseas call center employees (often with no grasp of the English language) are apparently trained to dismiss the requests of any customer who perseveres long enougj to get past automated responses.We have TERRIBLE internet/wifi reception, and any time we get a technician out, they are not authorized to make it better. UNLESS of course we wsnt to pay even MORE outrageous prices for THEIR wifi extenders. And even THEN, we have to figure out how to set them up ourselves.The arrogance of a Monopoly! Praying for the day that AT&T or iTV extend their optic fiber to our neighborhood!!!

My mother is moving to Peoria and I stopped in to chat about what they offer. The service was excellent. The woman that helped me was very knowledgeable, helped me figure out internet and TV for my mother without any upsell pressure. Very straightforward. Very businesslike.I was surprised.For years, Ive been going to Comcast service centers that were more like a demilitarized zone than a customer service center. If this is the new trend at Comcast, I am very pleased to see it.
Gage fixed my problem in 5 minutes when 16 different phone representatives and 12+ hours of sitting on the phone with xfinity customer support could not. GIVE THE MAN A RAISE!! I would have canceled my service if not for his help.

Theres nothing worse than going into a retail store and speaking to a rep who knows nothing about their company or product. This was NOT the case. The employees know their products, plans and even additional helpful information. I would highly recommend going into this location.

Xfinity in general had one of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The lady who was originally helping me was kind and empathetic when I started explaining my situation to her ( had to do with biking and them not crediting me what they said they would). The issue began over the phone and want directly related to anyone in the store. After I explained everything to her she called a manager over and said that she really hoped everything got sorted out. The manager comes and I explain everything over again. Long story short despite having proof of the moisture someone made in billing he said there was nothing he could do since it wasnt done by them. That I needed to call customer service ( which is how I got into this mess) to which I explained that they sent me to him to show them proof. I ended up calling 4 more times to customer service and getting it resolved. The company itself has been a pain to deal with. One person tells you something and someone else says something different. Just keep calling customer service until you find that one person who actually cares and wants to help, dont waste your time going to the store.
Comcast in the Peoria area has experienced several outages in the span of a couple weeks. These arent little 10 minute blips either, were talking full day without internet during the work week, when we need internet access to work.Not only has this become a frequent event, but comcast refuses to get me in touch with an agent to discuss the cause of outages and what they are doing to reimburse their customers for not delivering their services.Terrible quality of service and poor business practices. If you have the option to choose another provider, I would recommend doing so.

The facility is nice and the service is good. But Comcast/Xfinity cable and internet service is way too expensive. I have been a customer for over 12 years and the price has increased 150%, it is time to cut the cable, I have to be a new customer to get any kind of deal.

After doing much research and talking with others in my community, I decided to switch my mobile phone service to Xfinity. I read the reviews here and elsewhere and learned that Penny provides a superior customer experience. And while I do not know the quality of her co-workers, I can say, with certainty that those who have these high praises are correct. Penny is patient, knowledgeable, non-judgemental, efficient, and very personable! I went into this experience, expecting the worst (my last experience with face to face interactions at Comcast were over a decade ago in a different region...) Penny redeemed the name of Comcast for me. Very easy to work with...highly recommend to anyone the service AND this particular representative!

I agreed to pay 19.99$ a month in my plan but yet they charge me 35$ a month due to hidden fees. Ridiculous. When my contract is over i will never go back to them again. I called customer service and was on hold for 20 minutes. When i finally spoke to a representative she was unable to even help. Thats 29 minutes Ill never get back. Horrible company. Poor service. High prices. Never again.

This cable company is so sad, sitting in the store listening to how so many people would use a different services if there was one available. Ive spent over an hour after a 14 hour day of work and just want to cancel my service and I am 11th in line to be taken care of. Offer the deals to new customers and over price and provide poor service all around to the loyal ones. Makes perfect since, great business plan. Just watch a restaurant business come in and have everything down and was taken care of in seconds. I feel like I should just start recording as these poor people continue to file into this poor excuse for a cable company.

They will lie to you to sign you up for a more expensive plan and promise it will be backdated to get rid of an already deemed illegal fee and then tell you that youre screwed.
