Hands down night and day!! The “new” crew at the old Sprint store @ Camp Creek Marketplace are 100% official! I’ve lived in the area for 10 yrs and avoided this store due to the “predicted & consistent” disrespect I would experience. However, I went reluctantly, to migrate from Sprint to T-Mobile only because they had the equipment I wanted in stock. To my surprise my husband and I were greeted with professionalism and warmth. Despite the challenges we experienced in completing our goal, Lanea and especially Jeff were absolute Rock Stars! They made what would’ve normally been a terrible experience a memorable one. It was refreshing and a pleasant surprise! Thank you both for working until our requests were fulfilled! Hats off

So this is an update from the 1 star review I left a few years ago. Today October 6th 2020 I went into Sprint and the customer service was beyond great!!! Fe and Robert was amazing and friendly. They made me feel as if I knew them my entire life. I changed my mind like 20 million times and NO ONE gave me attitude or made me feel any negativity. I high reccomend this team and location..they deserve raises especially Fe for dealing with me the way she did. Thank you Sprint.

My experience face to face was good until I realized that coming into the store to purchase only a sim card that 1 month later the young man ringing me out decided upon himself to add insurance to my account via Asurion. This deceptive act added an additional $37.00 to my bill. I was so upset that I couldnt even remove the service off of my bill. I was told to contact Asurion to remove a service that I never authroized to be added in the first place. Thats one reason I hate visiting the mobile stores because the agents work off of commission an do grimy things just to gain a sale.

I have been a Sprint customer for 10 years. Ive lived in this vicinity for the last year and encountered the worst customer service almost every time visiting this store. There was one occasion that was pleasant and there were still some things that took place during my visit that I knew to be not of Sprints customer service standards. This is honestly the worst location I have ever encountered in 10 years as a customer. Id advise going to the Cobb parkway location. Do better Campcreek Sprint, it just shouldnt be that hard to treat people decently.

Arielle and Anthony were very helpful in trying to get me set up for a new account. However the representatives on the phone they were talking too did not try to help me get a new phone and account at all. I had lost my phone the same day and needed a new phone ASAP. I arrived at the Sprint store at 1:40pm after submitting a web order for an iPhone XR and it got cancelled. I was then told to come back with more information and the representatives on the phone still did not help me. I didn’t leave the Sprint store till almost 7pm that day. Arielle and Anthony were trying their best but the representatives ended up telling them that I had to wait 60 days before I can get service with them. OUTRAGEOUS! I was told that under my circumstances that problem rarely occurs. I’m extremely upset that I had to spend most of my day there just to be denied service with them. I don’t think I’ll be going back to Sprint after the 60 days due to this experience. It was just horrible and nobody should have to go through that in order to receive a new phone.

Ordered phone online,went to pick the phone up the rep had a bad attitude. She wouldn’t assist me. I asked for the store manager she pointed out 3 managers. I left the store and went to my car and called to speak to the manager she then kept hanging up on me every time I called. I finally got the REAL manager on the phone and told her what had happened she assisted me and gave me a free screen protector. The manager was nice and professional but the EMPLOYEE under her needs some customer service training. You can’t have an attitude working in the public like that. She really represents sprint in a horrible way. I will go as high as I need in this because the rudeness was uncalled for. If you don’t like your job QUIT!!!NOT TO MENTION IT TOOK AN HOUR, I wasted an hr of my time because she was too stupid to do her job.

I was at this location Saturday around 1PM and Patrick was the rep who assisted me ( I never waited more than 2 min) and I added a new line to an existing account, transfer my number from a different provider and he also transfer all my old numbers into my brand new iPhone 5 I just purchased from the store all that within 1 hrs, I called that excellent service if you ask me. Thanks a lot Patrick for all your assistance another satisfy customer. I will definitely recommended this location but make sure you make an appointment before arrival so you will be in and out satisfy.

This place is full of unprofessional employees and managers. Full of people with bad attitudes. Horrible leadership. I went in the next day after my horrible experience with their employee Cindy to talk a manager and he was just as uninterested and didnt care about my concerns. I went to another location and got all my issues resolved. I will never go back to this location. This is not the first time Ive had a bad experience in this store. Its closer to my house so it was convenient but after this last time i will take the drive to another store and take my money else where.

I agree with other reviewers in regard to the unprofessionalism of this location and the poor customer service. We were initially put off by the representative loudly summoning us from the door of the store--literally opening the door when people passed to ask them to come into the store as he could save them money. I found this unprofessional and off-putting and ran another errand before ultimately deciding to return to ask a question about my service, but not to purchase anything.I also would like to note that the representative we were assisted by was wearing jeans, sneakers, and a shirt--all very casual and no uniform or dress code that one would expect someone to wear at work.I had a question about how to lower my bill. The representative tried to get me to purchase items 2-3 times during my 10 minute visit despite the fact that I was there for something else completely unrelated (to lower my bill). I assume at some point he eventually realized I would not be purchasing anything and proceeded to look past me for most of our visit. Most disturbingly, he supposedly looked at my account and advised me of several incorrect things as far as the breakdown of my bill, including telling me that I had insurance on my phone, a spending credit that I was being charged for each month, and something else that I cannot recall. I followed up with Sprint via phone the same day to confirm these charges as I did not see these things online on my bill. The rep. via phone confirmed what I was able to see online, meaning the rep. at the store was completely wrong about the breakdown of my bill, despite me confirming with him my name and number to ensure he had the correct account pulled up. I also was disappointed at the extremely loud, unprofessional, aggressive music being played at this store. It seems the culture of this location is unprofessional as a whole and I regret that this is the only sprint location in an area that is predominantly African American. I am wondering if the management at this store are thinking that this culture is what the clientele in the area want or if this is simply a reflection of poor leadership. This would not be okay in Buckhead and this level of unprofessionalism should not be okay in East Point. We can and should do better. I honestly cannot think of 1 positive thing about my visit here.

I lost over an hour waiting in this store with no extension of professionalism at all. You couldnt distinguish the employees from someone walking off the street from the dress and the nonchalant attitudes did not help, especially when talking to a manager. No one thought to check my plan for service, just stated we could not fix the phone. Went to the Morrow Store, Arteria (sp?) checked my plan, saw it had been changed, phone working in 20 minutes. Thankful for their professionalism and experience in listening and seeking a solution. Camp Creek could take a page from this store. No tech needed, just the desire to help a customer.

Went to this store today to get service with friends, there was a bit of wait but that’s to be expected around closing time, so as our name was called the lady asked what we were there for and upon hearing we wanted to try and get new service she immediately started basically telling us why she probably wouldn’t be able to do it . First she said we needed two forms of ID which we replied that we have those, then she goes on to say well the phone your trying to get is on back order until end of February which I kno was a lie since I called into customer service ahead of time to try get service and they said the phones would be shipped in couple weeks, so after we said ok to that objection she then stated that unless we are porting the same amount of numbers from our current carrier as the amount of phones we were trying to get that we wouldn’t be able to get service since it’s sprints policy that if your getting a new service that u have to port over your current number to sprint, which I personally know is a lie since I used to work for sprint. She basically did everything in her power to deny us service even before she had a full conversation with us. Went to another sprint store and got the phones ordered, with no mention of them being on back order til February or us having to port over every number.

Worst location to go to. Staff is lazy, unintelligible in the company and their abilities. They do not act as if they want the commission, or need it. My first rep COMERO was the best until after the phone was sold. Caught himself trying to put me in my place because I called the 1800 instead of him, even though he doesnt answer nor resolve his customer issues. My second one was just horrible, leave it up to her, I wouldve came out of pocket an extra $300 just because she wasnt trained properly. She referred me to the Cumberland location because they could fix my phone before my upgrade. Went there, not only did I NOT have to pay for the repair, I saved my $300, didnt have to pay a down payment and walked out with a new iphone XR. The Sales Rep in the store was not competent and not fourth coming with information. after explaining my scenario to him for my sons need as a customer. He sold me a product which did not fit my needs and I had to bring it back to the store 2 days after a purchased it. And was told I had to pay a 35 dollar restocking fee. I also requested that I receive my company discount that also was not reflective on my bill. My experience was a NIGHTMARE. I attempted to fix this with Live Chat (A Joke) . My saving grace was Ms. Kenesha in Florida Customer Service Rep. They need to send her to the Camp creek location to teach them the importance of Good customer service or clone her. The “manager” Cameron was very unprofessional. He lied and twisted the company policy around to suit his choices not to accept my phones that I wanted to turn in from an upgrade I recently made via telesales. Initially he was going to accept the phones until he began to quote phone prices and plan amounts and I told him I didnt need any of that all of that was taken care of all ready. He then stated I could only return the phones if he Handel the complete upgrade and I wouldn’t be able to call customer service for 30days, calling any time before that would refelect on the store. I could care less, so after still refusing to let him make any changes to my account he then stated company policy wouldn’t allow him to take the phones and I would have to mail them back .My issue with this is if he had led with that I could have accepted it and left . I was getting frustrated so I called customer service on my phone after I explained the issue the rep advised that I was under customer satisfaction Gary tee and they could take the phone back . He asked to speak to the store rep. Came to took my phone and went to the back I then asked another rep to get him to bring back my phone. This guy this sprint manager lied to the rep and said my phones were in bad condition and he didn’t want to take them.I’ve been with sprint 7 yrs and this by far has been the worst experience ever. I will not visit this location and hopes this review open the right person in upper management eyes address this issue.

Went here last month to upgrade me abd my husband Galaxy 8 and the salesman gave us 3 additional items under the impression they were free with the upgrade all we had to do was pay for monthly service. Our first bill was high and we expected that with the upgraded and higher fees but the second bill was Eben higher. I called in spoke with a rep in custom serveice who was extremely nice and explained the issue and what was all being charged and apologized for my inconvenience. He escalated my issue to a investigation team who basically dumoed the issue back to the store. That investigation Rep advised me to go to store to settle my issue or return items. The very first time I went there I was just going to see the special they had going on regarding their switching from Boost to Sprint...and they had me go through the steps to see if I qualified for the 2 lines....so I wasnt willing to pay the amount they were offering me so I left the store...to my disbelief, my Boost phone wasnt working at all and my number had already been imported to Sprint service...I was pissed I immediately went back to find out what the problem was and they told me I would have to call Boost to get it transferred back ....so I called Boost and they told me to call Sprint....it was a back and forth ordeal for 3 days so they told me to just take the Samsung s6 to try it out while they took care of this matter for me....I was told to bring it back within 24 hrs so they could switch it back to Boost but something came up in my personal life and wasnt able to take it back and so I just kept the phone but I was disappointed by the unprofessional manner and the all the promises that they told me would happen...Ive even gone back there to get a copy of my bill and the girl that helped me out was very rude and was talking to her co-worker while assisting me.... I placed the order over the phone and was given a price tried to pay but was told they were getting an error. Did this for three days, my money kept coming out of my account and going back in. Well finally a guy said to go in the store with my ID and pay. Upon getting to the store the price went up and I was told he couldnt change anything since thats how the order was in the system. Very back start with Sprint.

This store needs people from Corporate to see how awful they treat their customers. Very unprofessional, is disgusting and disturbing to go there. I havent bought the accessories I want because I dont want to step in that ghetto people behavior.

I give zero stars if I have too, but every time I come up here its a long long wait & Im a sprint customer so I need to take this too corporate, they see that there are important customers like my self that need important assistance, Im very upset & disappointed at same dam time.

Customer service here is very dry and unpleasant. The sales people have no clue what is going on, it’s like walking into a room full of freshmen college students.
