My experience with public storage is to say the least... Bad!!! Very bad!!! All was good till the pandemic started. So of course I wasnt working .. as was no one else. But one thing I did not know about this place... I didnt know they were essential workers. Cause they worked right through it. Calling everybody I know that has storage there., Including me! Constantly wanting their payment. Knowing dang well nobody was working. Or making money. And would not wait till a stimulus check to come . This went on through the whole pandemic. So I kept them paid. Then I got most of my stuff out on the last day of the month. Came back the next day ... On the first... To get my dresser and mirror. Thats all I liked getting. But I was locked out of the gate. Lady at the desk said I had to pay rent ... I said sure. One day . Cause all I have to get is my dresser. 15 minutes. She said I had to pay the full month. Well needless to say.. they got them a dresser . I will not pay a whole month. For 15 min . I offered to pay for the whole day... But that wasnt good enough... All they want to do is get more of your money.. thats all my review of them. Is they suck. Big time . If you use them ... Good luck. Because they will use you big time!

I’ve rented storage space from other companies in the past, but none can compare to the customer service at the Public Storage on Ringgold Rd. The office staff could not be more helpful, courteous, or professional. They have gone “above and beyond” when I needed help, and I have seen them extend the same courtesy to others. Also, the unit I rented is spacious and clean with easy access. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage space.

I stopped in to pay my bill today and I just wanted to let everyone know that the staff at this location is so polite and friendly. Also needed something from my unit and noticed how extra clean it looked today. This location is usually clean, but today it looked like they had gone an extra mile! I feel like the staff take pride in their work, because the property sure looks like it. 👍 👍

I was so confused over my bill, I just couldnt understand it on my own. The PS employee, Tonya, was very understanding. She had to explain it slowly to me and never once got snippy. Definitely service with a smile! I will be recommending PS to my friends and relatives.

Recently moved into town and didn’t have enough room in my apartment for some of my furniture that I choose not to get rid of so I was driving by and I saw this storage facility with no experience never rented and storage unit before when I walked through the office door I saw a very kind woman who stood to greet me with a smile on her face welcoming me in I spoke up stating I have never rented a storage unit before and I need a place to store some furniture for a short time the kind woman that was named Barb stated back I can help you with that . Barb showed me the right sized unit with the right price and protected my furniture while it was in the in storage ! This process was quick and easy ! SO come see Barb in east Ridge !!

I rented a unit today from this location. I had a storage unit at a small private place and it was broken into! Today I was greeted by Tonya who was friendly & very reassuring about security. She let me know they have cameras and even sold me a lock that feels so sturdy. She took me to see the unit before renting and I was impressed with the cleanliness. Tonya answered all my questions and I feel like my stuff is safe and secure. Oh they even have insurance, my last place didnt offer that!

Great Company, with My Wife’s business closing, we could not make the April rent, they helped us get rid of the remaining stuff in storage and did not charge us for April rent.

I was greeted by a friendly employee (I think her name was Tonya) and showed the vast selection of sizes. After touching and inspecting I realized that they are of great quality & perfect for my need. I was amazed when she carried them out to my car, talk about friendly service! Its so rare to see someone who actually cares for their customers. Thank you, ill most definitely be back for more boxes.

At first I did not understand why I needed to make an appointment to rent a storage space, so I must admit that I already had a small attitude when I walked in the door. When I first walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and the atmosphere so friendly that my small attitude went away quickly. I was treated like family and not just some stranger looking for storage. I now understand that the appointment was their way of making sure that every concern I had would be answered and I would be given all the information I needed to feel secure in my decision to store my belonging. The ladies at this location were awesome and allowed me to end my long day with some laughter, which was much needed.

Karen, the property manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable about first time storage unit rental, as well as military moves. This location in particular was the most friendly by far in my search for my first storage unit. They have definitely earned my service - I cant recommend them enough.

I have just moved to Chattanooga area and I am building a house and needed a place to store my household goods until I can move in, they will be arriving next week. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a welcoming hello and a smile from Barbara. After explaining my needs, Barbara made a few suggestions and then showed me the units we had discussed. Great customer service and very personable staff.

Awesome service from PS & Stacey... She took the time to show me several different size storage units that will work best for my needs. I didnt feel rushed at all and felt welcomed when walking in the door. Its a one stop shop for storage, locks, tape and boxes.

The young lady at desk, Alethia was very pleasant from over the phone when she called to confirm my reservation and when I came in she had a beautiful smile to go along with the personality over the phone. Our storage unit was broken into and everyone was very nonchalant about the situation. Never contacted us and just taped the unit shut instead for an unknown amount of time to us. The lock was broken and instead of replacing it, they handed us a hammer and wrench and watch as we tried to straighten out the units lock that had been crowbarred open. Couldn’t get a straight answer to when or what had happened. It was a very affordable unit and now we know why. High turn over rate with people who work there and no one really seems to care about the property and things being stored there. Clearly more interested in trying to auction off a unit as soon as possible when behind on a payment rather than properly store peoples belongings.

Just saying thank you to April and Barb for the friendly and courteous service they provided. Great Staff!
