Great service! I needed my battery changed quickly so I called them up and was able to come in right away. It took about 30 minutes and the price was reasonable.

Great affordable place. They dont try to rip you off like some places. I had 2 oil changes here and just went yesterday to get my rusted screws off of my license plate. I always recommend them.

$71.00 for an oil change and they didn’t even rotate the tires? (That would have been extra!) So sorry, small business, but you won’t be getting MY business again. It was a Honda CRV, not a freakin Ferrari.

Honest people and place to do business with. Went in for my car inspection, hung around in their cool lounge for about 30min or even could have been a bit longer-I was just enjoying the AC- but then it was all done ready to go. What made it a 5 star is when they told me about a leak and potential issue with a strut. They were more than happy to quote me and it’s how they did it, (no pressure, you have a bit of time if you want us to do it) that made all the difference. Small place, but big on etiquette. 👌🏽

Great place to get your vehicle fixed. I needed a new alternator for my 04 Malibu and they took care of me quickly, professionally, and was very friendly. They called me to tell me the issue as well as what other issues my car had. They NEVER pressured me into any work to be done. They just informed me of issues and let me decide how to continue. The quote given is what you pay as well. They are upfront and honest about the labor and parts given. 209 automotive is now my only repair shop to go to. Thank you to the entire team there!

Always honest, and good prices

They are the most honest shop in the area. Women can feel safe coming here, as they have always did the right thing by my car, as well as my mothers car and my girlfriends car. They will explain things to you and show you things that they see and not blow smoke up your tailpipe. I had a bad experience with another shop in the area where that shop would not explain to me what the issue was with my car. KC explained it kindly, in plain English, and in 7 seconds - and I was able to make a good decision from there. He was even able to fix a problem using an easy technique that many of the shops didnt even consider when presented with the same problem. It is very rare to find a mechanic shop that you can trust. We trust them. They are very busy most of the time, but its worth the wait.

Went for inspection. Was told a list of things that needed to be done including cosmetic things like a crack in my bumper. I told him that crack has been there since Ive owned the car and I was never told I would fail inspection because of it. He said it was something newly required in the inspection.Before leaving I was told he would have to call me later in the day with a price on all the things he said needed to be done, but no one ever called.I took it to a place I know I can trust to be Honest, and the only work I needed done was my front brakes and rotors.For someone who was picking at every little nick, He never said anything about my brakes!! Now brakes are definitely something that should not have been overlooked!!

This place lacks customer service, the owner always has a dog face and is not friendly at all as well as his wife. They dont realize the customer is the one that gives them the business and acts like the customer owes him. He should be more attentive and appreciative of his customers.On the other hand Fred was always greeting the customer with a smile and treated them like family.

Had my vehicle to numerous places could not figure out why the gas cap light was on after replacing the gas cap bunch of other test done cost a lot of money and I still had lights on took it to 209 automotive spoke with Casey the owner told him the situation what we have done you got right down on it took care of the problem $200 out the door thank you Casey at 209 automotive you know where Ill be bringing my truck to from now on

Freds 209 service in my opinion is the best in the area. My car has had multiple issues and each time I know I can go back to him and he will have it fixed within a day or two. Doesnt overcharge and gets the job done without any issues afterwards. When your car has issues one would tend become upset but at freds you know they will get it done and they always try their best to accommodate you within their limits.

My experience began when on my way from New York to my vacation home in Bushkill, PA MY car broke down. I called Jalims towing who was local, professional and responded within 15 minutes. I also received a 10% discount for taking my car to 209 Auto. This was over the weekend so my car had to be left and keys in a drop box. First thing Monday Morning I called and spoke with Eric who confirmed my vehicle was there took some brief contact info and assure me they would call me back with a diagnosis of the problem and options. I was worried as my car was in a new and strange place with people who I did not know or if I could trust. My fears were allayed when I received a call back the same day letting me know what the issue was, estimated cost and time for repair and return of my vehicle. When my car was done and I arrived I was greeted by Keith (manager) who walked me trough the repair showed me old parts etc. As a Vice President for Patient Experience in a busy NYC hospital I am very aware of great service and excellence both of which I received from 209 Auto! A huge thank you to Jalim, Eric, Casey and Keith for turning a stressful moment into a great experience! Thank You!!!

Scam artist i paid for a new part got a used junk yard part i paid for one hour of repair time i was charged two hundred dollars for that one hour. part is now broken my car wont run correctly i went in with minor problem came out with a broken car now im getting dodged by them do not trust them they are scam artists . i talked to some other locals they said similar issues went in for minor stuff then stuff kept breaking.

Rip off he tells you need parts and you dont he is a scammer dont use them for anything
