Called a few places for a tow, anyone who got back to me said it would be more than 40 minutes. Called Lupos and they were able to get a truck to me in 5-10 minutes. Also, got some repairs done and they had it ready for me the next day. I definitely recommend using their services for any needs for your car!

My sonata hybrid wasn’t running, called Lupos and Chris came right away to tow my car. Little did I know they have a full garage. They fixed my tensioner, belts and battery. They were determined to get my car running and they did. And for an insanely good price! Not sure what happened with people who gave subpar reviews but they are definitely a 5 star place! They are professional, keeps you informed on what’s going on, has what I would say is some of the best prices around are very down to earth nice people. Will definitely without a doubt be calling them for everything from an oil change to major repair! Thanks guys!!!

Chris was so nice and helped us so much! After waiting hrs ( 5 hrs to be exact) for a tow truck that never showed and then wouldnt answer calls or texts I called Lupos . He showed up in the time frame he said he was going to. He towed and repaired my car in such a fast time. (1.5 hrs) and I was able to be on my way. Hrs from home. The price was amazing and everyone at Lupos was so nice! I will def. be recommending Lupos to EVERYONE! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Never met a better guy than Chris Luppo! He saved us majorly when we got stuck on the highway In the middle of a road trip. Chris answered our call and came into the shop, dropping what he was doing at home on a Sunday to come fix the problem and get us back on the road! Total lifesaver!!

What a great experience! Made me feel comfortable in a rough situation in an unfamiliar area. I had a flat that I had a lot of trouble changing into a spare. I called Lupos for a tow and they were with me within minutes. The crew with their tools changed my tire in less then 5 minutes, and we went to their shop and had the hole patched asap! The guys at the shop are SO NICE and made me feel like an old friend they were there to help out in a trying time. I cant stress enough how great the people at Lupos are, and I am so grateful for genuine, professional and kind people like the crew there. There are great people still out there in the world. Chris is honest and very knowledgeable. Found him after getting towed through AAA. Figured I would give him a shot after trying many other repair shops in the area.

Had a mishap on the freeway late in the evening. Ended up calling Chris not knowing what to expect. He was very professional and thorough over the phone. He arrived promptly and was very transparent with pricing and procedure. Chris treated me with dignity and respect. He was empathetic and kind and even drove me to the nearest gas station/convenience store so that I didnt have to wait for my ride in the cold. He was able to fix my issue promply and get me back on the road the next day. Furthermore, he was very flexible with payment methods and pick up times. Very Knowledgeable staff, works Fast

Chris came to where I was located with my broken down vehicle. Which was at 3am. He took good care of my car unlike some towing companies. He was very polite and respectful especially for being so early in the morning. His price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

Best Mechanic in the Poconos ! I was out there all the way from NYC for business and my truck blew a breakline. I called about 2 dozen shops which told me they were getting ready to close at 5-6pm and couldnt help till the next day, Lupos was the only shop open 24hours and Chris went above and beyond to make sure i got home that same night after towing me back to his shop.

My car was towed on May 30 by Lupos and since I paid the fee in cash, I was not given any receipt or any paper acknowledging that they took my car in the first place. That is worrisome and unprofessional

I appreciate that they got me out of a sticky situation but $375 for an hour? Jesus Holy Christ!! They wouldnt quote me a price over the phone, if I had any idea I wouldve stayed stuck instead of getting slapped with that charge. Its EXPENSIVE!!!

We busted our alternator belt on a saturday night, Chris got us from the park exit managed to get us to a advanced auto part and did the repair in the parking lot. Literally saved us waiting the entire weekend for a shop to be open. Was straight foward and professional, honest service and just a good guy.
