The Employees are very helpful, knowledgeable when it comes to the products they sell. They get to know the students and what they like to wear.

The heating was nice and my cohort and I had a nice tour of the building.

Placed an online order for in store pickup and received an email that it was ready before Christmas. The store was closed over the holidays, so I stopped by on Jan. 2 to collect my textbooks for the next semester. My order was not ready and much of the stock had yet to be received. Apparently, the website, which is run by B&N, decided 48 hours was enough time for a closed business to process its orders and auto sent the email. I was able to purchase about half of my required texts, but now must endure the inconvenience of having to go back a second time. I dont blame the management or the staff, who were very helpful, for the poor experience, only the corporate machine that fails to take each entity into account separately and caused the issue. Its a shame that even college bookstores require corporate backing these days to survive.
