Went there once on a break when I was attending the beauty institute, because the one on Main Street was closed for some reason. Ordered my usual 16 oz cold brew and my turkey sandwhich with honey mustard, Mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper, Parmesan, and pickles. I didn’t receive the pickles, Mayo, or Parmesan, and had red peppers on it. I did receive the sandwhich quickly. But then I had to wait 25 minutes for my coffee, because there was no one there, and apparently some worker was late and no one wanted to take over for him. When the work came in, he went straight to the back. Stayed back there for about 10 minutes. Made my drink and didn’t apologize for the wait. Don’t try to argue with these people though. In their eyes, they’re right and you’re wrong. Even if you do show them a slip of paper that clearly states what you ordered.

This place is ran like a well oiled machine very rarely do I have to say anything negative about this wawa keep up the good work. If I could change anything I would definitely expand the parking lot for you guys always a tight squeeze.

Was in here around 10 this morning 4/10/21. I ordered a red bull dragonfruit refresher, I had to wait a little extra for it because the juice was in the back and needed to be retrieved, the woman who made my drink was legitimately the most wholesome individual Ive ever had the pleasure of speaking with in a wawa. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she needs a raise.

I ordered a breakfast bowl with a side of multi grain bread. When I picked up he order, I noticed the bread was missing so I mentioned it to the associate behind the counter. She replied that I didnt order bread. I told that I did order with the bowl in the prompts and she clearly felt it necessary to state that she works there and knows what shes doing. She then came around the counter to yell at me that shes worked there for 5 years and knows how to do her Fn job. Sadly, she clearly doesnt... If I hadnt ordered the bread, she could have added to the order... again, i did order the bread. Even if I hadnt she could have helped me buy it. Instead she decided to be both ignorant and arrogant. If shes in fact employed for 5 years there, it goes to show that it must be hard to find good help because she was absolutely terrible.

This is my familys go to place when we are visiting the Poconos. It was also my go to spot in Kearny, NJ near the Walmart across from the USPS postal facility where I once worked as a mail handler.We ordered the soup and sandwich combos. My chicken noodle soup was tasty but to salty for my taste. My niece said her cheddar broccoli soup was to cheesy and she didnt finish it.🤷🏽I love the yogurt parfaits.

You pay for items to put on your order and they dont put it. they cheat you out of your money and the food is nasty.

My first Wawa experience. The store was bright and clean even though it was 2 am. I was surprised that they were still serving hot food and it wasnt stuff that had been sitting there for hours. There was quite the variety of items to choose from and I like their ordering system. Their cheesecake frozen drink is to die for. I got one of the bowls and it was quite tasty. The parking, however, is bad and the outside really made the store look like a dump. Still, the inside and staff were good advertisements for people to stop by another Wawa when they come across them.

It really doesnt matter the time of day you go into this Wawa, its messy and not kept clean . Soda and coffee bar have stuff spilled everywhere . The employees yell from the deli over to the register. I wont even mention parking . Stroudsburg wawa is so much better.

Just off of the East Stroudsburg Universitys campus, this place is often frequented by both student and staff. Folks are pleasant behind the counter and the selections are good. Sandwiches are well made and promptly served.

Feels a bit more cramped than other Wawas. Beware around 2-3 PM as it is swarmed with high school kids when class lets out. One star for being the last Wawa heading east on 80, and a moderately easy stop from the Interstate.

Dont waste your time with this wawa go to the one on Main St. In Stroudsburg they wont screw up your order!!! I just left this place, I get most of their customers are drunk or high or both college kids who wont notice when they skip or mess up their order, but as for the rest of the customers we get to deal with just downright incompetence. I ordered a roasted chicken sandwich with mayo, honey mustard, spinach, sweet peppers, onions and tomatoes I got a roasted chicken sandwich with stale bread, onions, honey mustard, mayo, and spinach. I guess they completely missed the containers holding the other things I asked for cause I saw them on their prep line. And what makes it worse is it wasnt even busy. Maybe if they stop having conversations about having to use the bathroom in the morning time and why its so difficult to do so they would pay attention to the simply task in front of them.

AVOID IF YOU FIT A CERTAIN “PROFILE.” Worst parking situation you can imagine and is targeted by cops!!There are a total of 6 legal parking spaces in their parking lot, which employees use as well. Adjacent street parking signs have so many rules that the first time I went to the store (and of course parking lot was full) I had to stop just to read the sign. A state trooper stopped behind me and ran my plate while I was reading the sign. When I saw that it is all PERMIT PARKING ONLY, I drove around the entire residential block hoping to find anywhere to park. The trooper followed me, and when I returned to the Wawa parking lot which was still full, he pulled me over due to “suspicious behavior in a high drug area” and even said it was suspicious that my license plate was from Luzerne County. Thankfully I had no license issues and he had no legitimate to keep me because I had already over extended my lunch break but if you have any kind of criminal background or fit a certain profile avoid this area like the plague!!! They have since put up red signs that say “no parking, standing, or stopping” and target this area because they know people are desperate to park for the Wawa.Anyway, if you are going here for lunch there is almost 0 chance you will be able to park legally and cops FREQUENT and TARGET this area. Do not even bother. Go down the street to Goldberg’s where there is ample street and private parking as well as better food.

Nice store but a very small, tight parking lot. Was built over 40 years ago when that may not have been a consideration. Right across from ESU.

Giving a WaWa a one star rating breaks my heart, especially the one in my hometown. I have been becoming increasingly more disappointed with this location. Not only are they rarely stocked appropriately for the volume of being right next to a university but the staff as been more and more rude. Today was the last straw when my father had to pay for two extra sandwiches because the supervisor behind the counter refused to listen and help him and fix their mistake. Why would you put oil and vinegar on a sandwich that did not have it on the order? And instead of making a new one without the mistake why did my father have to purchase a new one? I am so upset at the lack of professional customer service to customers that have been coming to this location for well over 10 years.

Horrible parking. I, as well as others, often pass this Wawa if no parking is available and go down street to gas station/mart. With college students, staff, hospital staff and others, they could afford to at least figure out a way to enlarge their parking lot!

This place has the parking lot from hell!! Pain in the butt to get in and out. And its pretty dated, as I think its one of the first original Wawas around.

Sandwich was on point, as always, and perhaps even better than at other Wawas. Clean and kind employees. Hard to go wrong with Wawa.

Love the variety of coffee options and as an added bonus they make a great sandwich for a reasonable price.
