We return yearly for special occasions and are always greeted with a clean, well-stocked store. They can be relied upon for last-minute event ice cream needs! Their writing on cakes vary but generally turn out lovely. They honor coupons from the Carvel website and sometimes provide coupons. Our Fudgie the Whale came with a $3 off our next cake and discount on ice cream sandwiches. Well definitely be back to this location!

Customer service needs work

Shake was more milk than ice cream and poorly made, and they were not enforcing social distancing. Have been there before and this wasnt the case. Maybe new hires or something.

We come here from New Rochelle to get our birthday cakes. The owners are friendly, attentive and make all their ice cream cakes fresh and they accept special orders. Thank you!

Update: oops, I reviewed the wrong Carvel location. This review is for Carvel in Tuckahoe...across from Depot Square/Tuckahoe Metro North Station!!Nice people, but they dont use real oreo cookies? (They dont even use chocolate cookies with the cream in the middle; they only have the outside of the cookies!) That being said, it still tastes good, because the ice cream is creamy.A bit expensive....same range as Haagen Daz, but I get it, as were in Eastchester, and its family owned.
