The staff at Hampton Flooring are very helpful from start to finish! This is the second major job I have used them for and I was delighted by both finished jobs. Carpet was replaced with a hardwood-like flooring and they did a great job working around some fieldstone by the pellet stove. They explained my flooring options, helped me with scheduling concerns, and completed the job as promised. They were personable and professional--a very good experience.

We have used Hampton Flooring for two separate projects this past year and have been very pleased with Michael in the showroom and Angel and his crew for installation. One project involved tiling a bathroom wall, shower, and floor with marble. While we purchased the tile elsewhere, Angel did a fantastic job and exceeded our expectations with the installation. See photo. The other project involved finding pine flooring that would work in our home and finding a tile for another bathroom floor. Michael went out of his way to find something for us and was very responsive to answering questions, providing quotes, etc. All quotes were adhered to, with the exception of the bathroom tile, where some $$ were added due to the change in installation, which we were fine with. Both the pine flooring and tile came out great. I only wish they had a bigger showroom with more samples (the newly renovated showroom may offer that, it looks great) and that vendors provided better samples, but thats not Hamptons problem.

Everyone at Hampton Flooring was so easy to work with! They were patient with us as we figured out all that it would take to get a somewhat complex hardwood flooring installation done within our budget. Every step of the way they were professional but never the hard sell that we had experienced elsewhere. We loved doing business with a local company that will be there for us should any issue or question arise. The installers were excellent, communicative, friendly, and clearly dedicated to doing a professional job. The end result is absolutely beautiful and we couldnt be happier. Weve had a lot of experience with contractors over the years; this was one of the best.

Highly recommended! couldnt have asked for a better job on the stairs and floors we had installed. the customer service was excellent and the job was done in only a few days. definitely not the last time we will have a job done by hampton flooring.

Install crew was on time, friendly, relaxed, and proficient. Vinyl planks look great, tight and neat at cuts and fits. Highly recommended. Thank you HFC for putting the finishing touch on our brand new kitchen!
