I found my very favorite place to get gas & great coffee!!!The customer service is the best. The gas is cheaper, the store is really clean & almost anything that you want or need from a local store.Joe, the man in charge of this 7-ll didnt go the extra mile for me today instead he went a hundred miles for me. Thank you for being so incredibly awesome to your customers. If you need gas or anything from the store do yourself a favor & stop into Joes Easthampton, MA 7-11.

This is an excellent store with amazing customer service. Joe the manager does everything in his power to make sure every customer feels special. If you’re in this part of the state it’s worth driving a few extra miles if you need gas or snacks because the customer service is worth it

The food are made fresh to order and the staff this morning were very professional and pleasant . I had non pleasant experience with 7-11 before but now they absolutely changed my mind . Keep the good energy🥰

Great food, but even greater management!

I was a regular customer of this store till the other day when I went to get gas. I had just come from a chemo treatment and was feeling really bad. I kept trying to pump the gas but it wouldnt work, I admit, I over reacted but then the manager came out and said to me, and I quote maybe if you stopped using drugs you could figure out how to pump the gas!! Nice thing to say to someone who is going through chemo!! And this lady does not know me. Unprofessional and mean. Thats the problem with the world, people assume.

I understand you have to ID your customers for cigarettes. I have religiously come to this store on a daily basis. The employees see me all the time. So the one time I didnt have my ID I got carded and refused me. Thats fine but you need to card your customers always!!! Just lost me as a customer.
