Terrible service at the pharmacy. Never have anything ready even though I call first to make sure its ready. Itll be an hour, 2 hrs later its not ready. Come back in 20 minutes, again not ready. Come back in 30 minutes. And they just shrug their shoulders like who cares.

Okay, the pharmacy can tend to be chaotic. It is a pharmacy after all though. I have to say that I agree with a lot of the reviewers who say that some of the staff in the pharmacy is rude. I have to say that some of those staff members I have not seen working there for a while now.Ive looked at a lot of the reviewers who have given poor reviews and while I certainly think thats their right and probably was their experience, I also looked at a lot of the reviewers other reviews and they tend to say the same thing about any public place.So take it with a grain of salt. Sometimes the experience can be dissatisfying but its never been unbearable.I know it can be hard for something to do but I tend to avoid picking up prescriptions on a Friday or Saturday.Its CVS, Im sure we can all find something really negative if we wanted to just to complain. And it certainly seems like since the pandemic began a lot of the reviewers seem a lot more upset with the staff. I dont think this is any reflection necessarily on the staff just a reflection of the times and how irritated we can become more quickly because of everything going on

Went there yesterday. Trainee wasn’t being trained and went to get help. She gets help and then leaves without saying a word. New staff person looks at me and doesn’t say a word. So I say, “She said she was getting help for me.” Her response, “I just gave her help.” .......... Okay. Like feel free to share. Left without any help. Spent an 1.5 hours on hold. Was told they help people in store first. Not sure who drives an hour to a store with no script ready to pick up twice in one day. Really needed insulin. Sucks to be me, well now you. Can’t believe I almost transferred there.

Understaffed. Got Windex on my eye when shopping and they dont even have a bathroom to rinse my eye out.I dont blame the staff but its bad pharmacy. Make sure to double check your meds are correct as they are badly understaffed and overworked and mistakes happen.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy you can go to always a problem then they are rude to you all across the board it’s not in the system aye maria. They workers are short and quick to turn their back on you it’s medication folks people need it that’s why we are there also not everybody knows the inner workings of your system.

For 7 years, I relied on this pharmacy for my scripts. They managed to consolidate all scripts into 1 monthly pickup, which no CVS has been able to do since I moved away February 1st; and Ive tried no less than three! I found the staff to be personable, caring, diligent, and the manager(s) as helpful as they could be under pressure.For the last 3 years, I drove 45 minutes each way for my scripts, avoiding a nearby CVS that was only a few blocks away,preferring this location, All I can say is that possibly the CoVid 19 pandemic has caused a highly stressful situation, because this team, over a long period of time, even with replacements, was professionally consistent & affable.For anyone whos interested, Adam, who was part of this tremendous team,last I saw, hes in Greenfield location.

I don’t know what has happened to CVS but this pharmacy has become by far the worst place. The staff is always so rude. No one picks up the phone. They hung up on me. They are just awful. I’ve heard wonderful reviews of the Walgreens in Southampton and will be taking our business there.

Never go to this CVS for HRT. Constant issues and downright refusal to fill prescriptions at times. Ive had issues with other meds, but the HRT is every time my spouse or I try to pick it up.

The absolute worst! Unfriendly, impatient and simply rude! Theres always some problem with them, they cant seem to get anything straight the first (or second plus) time. But what is most disheartening is how rude and short these people are with customers. Why do they hire people who have no comprehension or understanding of customer service. Unfortunately, we must use them since thats what our company requires, but the service at Walgreens and Rite Aid prior is (was) head and shoulders over CVS.

Im giving 2 stars as I have historically received good service from here, but wondering if pharmacist has changed recently? Its been a whole month of them mishandling and losing my prescription for asthma meds (right at the time I need it most). Pharmacist was rude and unhelpful when I called to question why I still didnt have my medication after week 3 of trying. PCP says she gives up on trying to deal with them at this point.

WORST cvs to shop @ever!!! The manager here doesnt seem to believe in customer service... she will huff & puff & will actually get mad if a customer needs to ask for assistance!!! (Seen this too many times here) MGR is extremely rude & unpleasant, giving off the impression that she hates her job! She behaves like a child, when I asked for the manager I was surprised SHE was it! What a joke!

I recieved the wrong dose of medication. the bottle said 150mg but the pills were 75mg. I was sick for a week. Also. Slowest drive thru ever!!!!!!!!!

Issues on prescriptions on a monthly basis. Worst pharmacy I have ever seen and the pharmacy manager was extremely rude by not letting me finish my sentences and when asked to do so sayed she would not and when questioned about it rudely hung up the phone. This is a broken part of the medical field you can get nowhere with because people like this in it dont care to make it better. It was just a bother to her. You would think they would be concerned that their approval rating is only a 3.6 out of 5. In the medicine world that is failing. So sad.

THIS IS NOT A SANTANDER ATM!!!! Do not waste your trip like I did. Its not affiliated with Santander like in almost every CVS and it will charge you a fee! It would be nice if this could be updated.
