This was the first and last time I use this establishment. I was a walk in insurance claim, guaranteed paycheck and I couldnt be more upset with the work and customer service here. They had my car twice for a total of 6 weeks. I made complaints about the cars driving performance and was told it was due to wear and tear. Got a second opinion and had to pay for another alignment after buying all new tires to eliminate possible causes. The bumper they put on is popping out on one side, the back window isnt sealed properly, my ceiling in the rear is still hanging down, and the new taillight they put in burnt out a month after being replaced. I was given the run around when trying to get my car back in, waited over two weeks for a response after leaving messages. I had my friend schedule an appointment to have the same work done to his car and they scheduled him an appointment a day later. I call a few hours later for the same thing and they cant get me in.

Went to Friedmans to get my key fobs reprogrammed everyone wanted to charge me up to 120. per fob Dale did it for me for free I am defiantly taking my car back to them for any other repairs they are very fare not like other places that just want to make a buck Dale was great so take your car to them if you want some one who is fare n wont rip you off

Went to Conrad tires for a simple tire plug after noticing a leak. They told me I would have to wait all day and leave my car.. went to Friedman and they fixed it within 20 minutes and for free. Very solid place, highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Recently had 2 larger fixes done on my Toyota Hybrid. The staff was knowledgeable and kind. The gentleman who fixed my car didnt take advantage of my lack of understanding about cars, and even helped with a loaner vehicle so I wouldnt have to miss work. These guys are definitely my new car shop from here on out!

Terrible management, the owner dale, an arrogant smart a.. He complains about dealing with people and personally told me he doesnt care what they think more than once. If you have an issue he quickly becomes agitated and combative.Hes understaffed and difficult to get job completion time commitments. Hes not a certified mechanic but because of his understaffing he does mechanical work himself, no one answers the phone most of the time because of the understaffing.Ive known him for years and used him in the past but never again. His attitude has become noticeably worse. Hes clearly stressed out and has become easily combative - terrible customer care relationship.

Simply amazing! Ever have a mechanic that you felt really confident in their knowledge and ability? One that you can completely trust to have your back? Well this is the place! Im so happy I found them.First they are super friendly and professional. When I stop in there the place is clean and comfortable. They dont have a receptionist so I give them a minute if they are in the middle of something. Ive never had to wait long but door to shop is always open and you could stick head in and yell and theyd come right away.Oh, even the shop looks spotless.The waiting area is clean, has a TV and some comfortable chairs. The lobby is large and has several cars that the I assume belong to the owner. Think dealership size with the cars in there. BUT these are clearly cars that he has collected because he loves cars! Someone who enjoys cars and working on them. I on the other hand enjoy putting gas in and letting them worry about everything else!They have been very accommodating with my odd schedule and I appreciate that. They even let me use a loaner car for longer repairs which was super nice. When done I returned it with a full tank of gas and saved the cost of an uber. That alone made my life so much easier to accommodate.Youd think with all these great things that they would be expensive but youd be wrong! My parts and labor cost have been less than I expected. Especially when I walk away feeling confident and as happy as I can about a repair expense.Seriously I have nothing bad to say or even think about them. Ive been there several times and Ive left happy everytime. I wont go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. I cant recommend them enough.

Ive had my car serviced here for years and they do a great job. They provide free loaner vehicles which is a huge plus. The owner cares enough about his customers that he even picks my car up and drops it off to me since Im on his way into the shop! If you want to have your car taken care of by a business owner and his team that cares about his customers, this is where you want to go. If you prefer to wait, take time out of your day (which sucks if you work for a living) and drink crappy coffee, take your car to the dealership.

Friedman does a GREAT job keeping my old car going.

Had to get my jeep liberty in at the last minute prior to the holiday weekend. They were able to get my jeep back on the road again prior to our vacation. They also were able to find the noise on my Jeep that nobody else was able to find including the dealer. A++++ service would recommend them highly.

My whole family has had nothing but great experiences with Friedman Auto. Just had Transmission and A/C service done last month on my Tahoe. Dropped it off on the way to work, they gave me a loaner and I picked it up on the way home. Another nice thing about these guys is when you take you car in they check everything, they told my parents after their oil change service that they would need brakes in the near future. No upselling just good service.

This shop has very poor customer service. They kept my car 3 days just to do the estimate with no rental but somehow took lees than a full 24 hours to complete my repairs. Everytime I go in there is no one at the front and you have stand around waiting for some time. When i picked it up from the estimate they said the car wasnt pit back together and told me everone was out to lunch and i had to wait 30 plus minutes for someone to put tires on the car. Then the same guy says he will throw the tires on for me so basically he was able to offer better service but initially wasnt going to and i would have waites 30 mins for something he was able to do right then. Then when i brought thr car back for repairs there were things on the estimate that i already discussed by phone were going to be cut out and i guess it was not communicated properly so i spent ten min in person reiterating that to another person who felt it was appropriate to look at me as if I was speaking a different language everytime i mentioned the previously discussed changes. Then when the car was done once again no one there. Not even behind the door in the shop area. I called the phone 3 times no answer. I walked around the building outside and back n again. I had to yell at the top of my lungs several times to get assisstance. Something tells me this was not by accident. And i can certainly take a hint and know when my business isnt wanted. Zero stars for me but its not possible. The passive aggressive antagonistoc behavior from this place was ridiculous.
