Of all the used car lots I have been to, this is by far the best. I had lots of experiences with other lots trying to sell me poor quality cars, and was not expecting much of this one at first. I was pleased to find that Unique Auto was the complete opposite of the other places I had encountered, and is a trustworthy business. I got a great deal on a car that is in extremely good shape for a used car, and the customer service was great. I was not misled or pressured in any way to buy something I didnt want, and the guy who sold me the car was extremely helpful. I generally would not recommend a used car lot to anyone, WITH THE EXCEPTION of this one. I would absolutely recommend Unique Auto to anyone looking for a good used car. I have no complaints about it whatsoever.

BEST customer service in Cleveland/East lake ever. Not only does he sell great cars at a reasonable price, he triple check them. Whatever is wrong with the car they fix. Unique Auto was an amazing place to buy a car! I found my dream car at Unique Auto! I took a test drive, loved the car, and went through the process of buying it. They made it very easy to understand what I was signing and why I was signing it. I knew ahead of time it’s an older car but it’s in great condition. Unique Auto stood out because of how responsive they were to texts and calls which is what brought me in the door. When I met Adis he was very clear about any issues he found with the car, and was actively making repairs to resolve the issues. Overall I felt the dealership was honest, upfront, and offered a great deal. I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely return to the shop in the future.
