Share my experience my experience was that the manager was helpful of trying to find me a place to recycle my television when the phone number tells you that Best Buy recycles television and they say they dont do that they need to get Communications explain that Pennsylvania and Connecticut dont take televisions and if you take it to another Best Buy you would get charged to recycle your television and I had a lovely day of going back and forth with people telling me the same thing instead of one person telling me that no one wants to be a ping pong ball but I think yall figure out that its best to frustrate the customers

Waited for 10 minutes while employees stared at me from behind their computer without saying a word. I had to walk around the store to find another associate to open a case for the item I needed.
I was heading that day to have my laptop serviced. I had a warranty but that doesnt always equal a painless experience. I was quite pleased at both the warm door greeters and the attentive and quick work of the geek squad.
Best Buy at The Southmont Mall in Easton, PA is a BIG Box Electronics, Appliance and Computer Store.Best Buy has a wide variety of products and goods. One can find low to high end goods. They often have Open Box TVs, which can be a bargain.Due to COVID, they have changed store hours. Like every Retailer, it has become an inconvenience and annoyance.The Geek Squad is a MUST if One buys any product there. In the day of everything being run by computer chips and motherboards, purchasing warranties are essential.My reason for a four (4) star as opposed to a five (5) is pricing. One can absolutely find BETTER PRICING Online for the same items @ Wholesale Outlets. The higher pricing pays for their brick and mortar stores.PLEASE LIKE, RATE & FOLLOW ME.....
What a place. They were very busy. I walked in not knowing anything about what I wanted other than I just wanted a smart TV. The person near the door told me that he would put my name down. To be helped. It wasnt more than 45 seconds I was being helped. The young man who was assigned to me is very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. Very happy with best buy. Go there check it out.
After you search out a salesman he/she may have limited knowledge.
This not a negative review of this specific store, just for Best Buy Customer service in general.Purchased a washer from Best Buy. The washer was damaged during installation. Contacted Best Buy Customer Service via chat. They were very nice, and offered a credit back to my original form of payment as compensation. I agreed, and the chat says the credit was applied, please wait a few moments for an email confirmation. I trusted them, thanked them, and signed off.2 days later, no confirmation was received. I called this time, and the rep said she would look at the transcript to get caught up. Luckily, I had the transcript emailed to me at the end of the previous chat, just in case. Well, the just in case came to pass as the person on the phone said that there was no credit offered, but she could give me one anyway, for half as much. I told her I have the transcript in front of me, she said I didnt, and that what I was told is not true. I didnt appreciate being called a liar, and she didnt want me to send her the transcript I had which proved everything. I asked for a supervisor, and she replied no. When I told her the was being recorded since apparently nothing in writing can be trusted, so why would a verbal commitment be, she quickly changed her tune and got me a supervisor (after 20 minutes on hold). Supervisor again told me that there is no way my original reimbursement offer would be approved. I returned the washer, and now have to deal with the inconvenience of a pick up and ordering another washer from somewhere else. No to mention part of the purchase was from a gift card, and they literally said should when explaining they will need to transfer that credit to another card since I turned my original gift card in during the sale. So I will probably be out 100+ dollars when that falls through too.I purchase thousands of dollars, every year from Best Buy for as long as I can remember. I love technology, and have a tolerant wife that lets me keep up with the newest technology. I know 5K a year is nothing for Best Buy, but it does to me. My loyalty means a lot to me too. Apparently neither means anything to Best Buy.You have lost a long term customer. I will probably not be the last. I used to be a Supervisor for Best Buy about 25 years ago. Im sorry to see how far quality of service has fallen. Best Buy used to be great... used to be.

The customer service is amazing there they made sure I got everything I needed because I almost bought something I didnt need but there always great and get you in and out

Good luck getting helped. Most of the staff stand around talking or walk right by you. Stood around for at least a half hour once waiting for someone to stop ignoring us when we asked them to get something from a case. The only reason we were even there was because it was a need.
Worst delivery experience in 50 years!Delivery people went to wrong address. Best buy left a message they were here and in 15 minutes they would leave. But they were never here!!Attempted calling Best Buy to get delivery rerouted. Was on hold over 1 hour during 5 calls which when I finally reached a person, she was unable to reach the driver. Had to go to the store and they could only schedule delivery for next Wednesday.
Its always nice walking in here and getting greeted and helped with knowledgeable people. Thank you
I love Best buy but they are truly becoming less and less accessible with product. I have a better chance of finding what I need on their website. I highly recommend that they close all their stores and just become an online store like Amazon

Amazing customer service!!The store was busy but we had come in with a plan. We only had to wait about 10 minutes before an associate came to help us. They guys us through the process and made great recommendations. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.We had been in a month prior for a different purchase, and the associate remembered us and asked how our prior purchase worked out.
We always love this place. Lately theres a shortage of employees, so it could be frustrating at times.
The girl that used to live in Alpha, N.J. and went to Warren Hills Regional HS that checked us out and helped load our stuff into our car was a real peach, very personable and nice! Need more people like her around.

Best Buy has really turned their business model around. They used to be a pricier store trying to offer convenience to a niche market. That has long changed since they shifted towards a more pro-consumer market strategy similar to Amazon.Their price-match guarantee is great and very pro-consumer. The sales they run on the website are actual great offers and during covid, their curb-side pickup option is a nice plus.I recently bought a Nintendo Switch and their stock of switch games is not only better but also cheaper than Amazon for select titles. Some titles are available for store/curb-side pickup for less than the used price on Amazon.I dont really know how Best Buy is beating Amazon prices while maintaining all their store locations whereas Amazon has none but its working.

I drove all the way from Tobyhanna to get a tv and sound bar. In store pickup. I was greeted at the door shown to where I needed to go for pickup. The pickup rep was really helpful. We asked him about another order that we needed assistance on. He took care of our first then offered to look into the second. He carried the items to the curb. The store had a nice selection from TVs, stoves, refrigerators etc. It helps to see them on the floor to be able to decide.Although it’s quite a drive for me 50 minutes away I prefer this bestbuy.

I recently purchase the Gold Program to get help with mounting 2 TVs. I was given an appointment. The day before the appointment I was called to confirm of the appointment the following day, 7am-1pm. Needless to say I waited until 2pm and no show or called. I called the toll free number for the Gold service member and was told the wait is long I can be called back. That never happen. I went on the Best Buy webpage and it still shows my appointment for today from 7a-1pm. I spoke with an associate Too much conversation and no help I had to ask for the supervisor because I was told I had to wait 5 more days for their mistake to have my TVs mounted. Supervisor was even less helpful kept telling me what what he thought I wanted to hear. Offering a gift card for their mistake and accept another appointment. Cant trust their appointment system. I worked for Verizon order department and we had the same issues but did not make the customer was 5 days for our mistake. All our customers were Gold members and did not pay for it. We treated everyone like Gold. We changed automated systems to satisfy the customer. I was left with a very sour taste in my mouth from Best Buy Gold member service and there so call automated appointment system. Whats to say I would missed again with another appointment. I do not recommend getting the Gold member service it has no value with the company makes a mistake and does not resolve it.

I placed an order at the Bethlehem Township Best Buy and paid for it in full. I was sick and couldn’t get there for a week, so they took it off of hold and sold it to someone else. I called the store to talk to someone about this and was on hold for 35 minutes until someone finally answered. I asked to speak to a manager and sat on hold another 20 minutes. The manager never came to the phone. The first person I spoke to came back on the phone after 20 minutes and said he wasn’t available. If this is the customer service at the Bethlehem township store then I think I will shop elsewhere.Horrible customer service!! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

The sales associate was great. She was acknowledgable and when she didnt know she was candid about that. I thought I might need a new laptop but left with Webcam and mic. She did not oversell me!

Geek repair shop in Easton is not reliable.They don’t deliver device in time as per promise.No intimation is given even after so many reminders. They do not pick and answer calls made to them.Not recommend for repairs.
Just pricing TVs at Best Buy
Bought an Astro A40 gaming headset back in September and did not get the Geek Squad protection plan if it breaks (which was $120). 3 months later the product stopped working (defective) so I reached out to the manufacturer and they wouldn’t help me replace it even though it is not broken. So I chatted with a Best Buy rep online and they said they honor manufacturer warranty’s even without the geek squad protection plan so I went to the store and they denied the reps claim and said they wouldn’t do anything either so not only did I waste $250... but nobody has the decency to fix a defective product either or even attempt to come up with a solution. Moral of this story... don’t buy anything from Best Buy unless you want to waste your money
Even with all the changes to the store, its still a good place to go! Just wish they had a bigger pc game section and car audio section with actual cd players in them!!

I wanted info in an internet router. The associate recommended one & while standing in line to pay, I noticed it would not work, from the package is pics. I then asked another associate, he shuffled through the shelves & decided to they did not have what I needed.

In many areas of computer accessories there were more out of stock items than in stock items. However the most disappointing part of my experience shopping at Best Buy were the incredibly high prices for average utility items that you can order almost anywhere online (or just go to Walmart) and save a lot of money. Frankly I was a little bit shocked at how much they overcharge. I was only in the computer area of the store so my comments are limited to that area. Their only redeeming quality was the salesperson who was very knowledgeable and answered my question without trying to sound like a technical wizard who knew more than I did and he was even apologetic about the lack of items available on the shelves. So as far as I am concerned I have no intentions of ever stepping inside another Best buy again based solely on their prices.
Great price on a 40 inch LED TV. We got their brand Insigna. The store associate said it contains LG & Samsung parts. Once I set it up the picture clarity is amazing!!! Id put it up against any brand name tv!!! Thnx Best Buy. A 40 inch TV for $159 dollars.

He took his time explaining what we needed. And how to do everything. He is very knowledgeable, and made the switch less scary.Social distance was followed. Handicap parking and entrance.

I came in to buy a new washer, a dryer, TV and house phones. No one offered help. Those approached were clueless. No delivery in my area. Temperature was too high. Overly frustrated and overheated. I just want to cry.

Long story short, was sold a game without security plastic, tried calling customer service for a week only to get stuck on hold for 30+ w/o a response and when I finally got a chance to get to the store later that week, I was denied a return or an exchange bc the game didn’t have security plastic. Been a Best Buy member for 20 years!
