This was my first time ever renting from rent a center during the start of the pandemic last year just moved into a new home and purchased a $1600 couch set. This was the worst mistake ever the employees at this specific location are the rudest nastiest people I have ever encountered they harass you for missing one payment!!! I got my couches down to 300$ when I’m done paying I’m going in there and pull my pants down and tell all them rude people to kiss it where the sun don’t shine😂😂I will never rent from Rent a Center AGAIN!!!! EVER!!!

The service is great. Alex was very helpful and nice. Places need more employees like him. Very satisfied with my delivery

Horrible store and service... still waiting for my dryer back from over a month ago. District or Regional manager never got back to me.

You have to shop here if you want something right away and you dont have the money upfront,,but you are going to pay a lot more then the item you choose then what it is worth,,its good if you pay it off right away, but if not you are going to pay 3 times on what it is worth

I waited all day for pricing and delivery and still nothing they are usually good

Had to reschedule so many times because they chose to make continuous excuses on delivering my furniture that I paid for to the point where I just told them forget it.

Just watched a stained mattress that was sitting out front for AT least an hour (I’ve been here an hour and it was outside since I got here) get dragged inside and heard them say “get the cover off we can clean it up and put it on the floor”
