Called and talked to James and he said he would stop over mad look at our project the next morningNever showed up and never calledCalled him again trying to give business to the local guy and left a message me still no call?Ended up spending $7000 with an out of town awning contractor that has been awesome and very responsive.Too bad that people just can’t be courteous enough to return a call!!

Not personal experience with the service this company provides, but with the owner. I was at a dining establishment when the owner came in and proceeded to be very rude to the employees. He proceeded to be rude to other customers by blocking the soda machine. A young lady proceeded to politely ask him to move and he got irate and yelled at her husband to control her. He proceeded to make rude remarks to other customers and stormed out of the building. All the while he was in his business shirt and vehicle. Definitely seems to lack respect for others and I would take my business elsewhere based on this experience.
