I stopped in on Saturday to check out what they had in used bikes and also to see if I could get a spoke replaced. He was working on a bike and still said he’ll fix it within the hour and he did. My wheel is good as new, very nice guy and the price is what I expected. I’ll go back there for repairs and I would recommend this shop for repairs. Great job guys !

Jesse is a pro wrench, a master wheel builder and 100% honest and trustworthy. He is up-to-date on all modern trends in the cycling world, but can also solve any problems of riders like me who prefer older, retro style bikes. I have to stress, again, that his knowledge and experience in the repair and building of wheels is nothing short of astonishing. If you seek glitz and shiny objects, this aint your shop. However, if you are seeking a real pro who has a real understanding of good bikes, I urge you to patronize Jesse at The Broken Spoke.

This is my local bike shop and it reminds me of the shops I preferred in the other places I lived: knowledgeable and chill staff, friendly vibe, and a good selection of the essentials in most sizes. Plus, if you need something not in stock it can be ordered and they wil contact to discuss alternatives if that specific thing you need is not availble.The one issue some may have is the lack of bikes on hand. It is true that, compared to Genesis there is simply not the same selection in store. However, not only can bikes be ordered but they also have a good selection of used bikes if that is more your speed.So go check it out when you have the time, I think you may find it more appealing than the alternatives in the area.

I went to this bicycle shop when I around 10 years old. ( 17 years ago) Jessie and his dad worked together. I rode with a group of a dozen riders. This was the shop we alllll went to. They are straight forward with you and they get the job done right the first time. .. I still go to this bike shop to this day. Seriously if you are looking for a good BMX bike or mountain or even a serious cyclist bike go here. They offer great products and they are 100 percent honest with you. You wont be disappointed

Jessie is my go-to bike guy. Knows his parts and where to get what I need in a timely fashion. Always has the time to answer my questions.
