Purchased an Emonda SL5 from Trek of Easton,not my first Trek but may first carbon,Josh was very very helpful with all my questions, great asset to this location,also wanted to mention I passed 3 other trek locations to do business with Easton,was worth the trip,thank you you Josh and Easton Trek, love my bike!

Excellent service. Had 2 bicycles repaired and tune-up. Done super fast and they recommended a level out of 3 levels of service - for me, one was the lowest and cheapest and the other was mid level. The prices are good and they will accept any parts to use in case you don’t want to purchase from them. They do this all with a smile and no attitudes or judgment. I just ride for the fresh air and exercise and I don’t feel looked down upon like at other places who are snobby if you not a cycling freakanoid.

I love the crew who remained from Genesis and the new guys seem great too. I hope what was started years ago by Tomais continues, they are off to a good start.

I moved back to the Easton area after 4 years in Colorado. What was once Genesis bike, an awesome store with great employees and help is now a generic Trek chain store.I gave them a try and picked up a pouch of Scratch hydration mix and the guy at the checkout wanted my email, name and address to check out. I told him no thanks and he insisted in case I needed to return it. I told him please just ring me up. He huffed, puffed and acted like it was a huge deal. I handed him my $20, got my change and hopefully never step foot back in Trek again.

My first bike was a Trek and while its no longer the right size, its still operational. Its been over 10 years, but my wife and I wanted to get back into biking. My firth thought was, We should get Treks! We like exercising, staying active and getting out in the fresh air. A lot has changed since I road bikes as a kid. Luckily, the staff at the Easton, PA location was friendly and knowledgeable. They help ensure we picked the right bikes to our riding activities and made sure we got the right size bike for each of us. They also made sure we had what we needed in terms of accessories and safety equipment. We left feeling confident in our investment and were excited to get back out there and do some riding!

Prompt service, fair prices and the work looks to be top notch. Will venture out tomorrow and find out. They were able to get me back on the road in a day.

The technicians at Genesis were extremely helpful when I brought in a bike for assembly. Because I received it during the Christmas rush, it was damaged in transit (or defective). After attempting to assemble, they called me about the problem, then held the bike while I dealt with the other shop and had new wheels shipped. Once the wheels were delivered, they quickly assembled the bike. The staff was also helpful when choosing accessories. I recommend them to anyone who wants a quality and safe ride.

Called in to inquire about the dual sport three that was shown available on their website spoke to a woman who said I was just on the cusp of fitting on the size bike that was available so I said great I’ll come check it out, upon arriving I stood in line to wait to be helped, I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged, a group of other people came in and the guy behind the register greeted them right away and started helping them completely ignoring that I was standing there the entire time, making conversation with them he looks over at me and asks what I want and I told him I was there to check out the bike, He looks at me and says there’s no way that that bike size would fit me. He had a terrible attitude and wasn’t even willing to let me try the bike to see if it would be a good fit for me, I would never go back here to conduct business even when there is a bigger availability of bikes I would not recommend dealing with someone with that type of attitude. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere next time.

Excellent customer service!!! Erin answered all my questions when I called the store and was very patient with me over the phone. GB was the only store I could find the Trek Bike I was looking for and when I picked up my bike I was surprised to receive a free helmet and water bottle with my purchase... GB made the ride from NJ worth the trip. I would definitely buy from them again.

Ive recently come back to Genesis after being off a bike for around 10 years and the level of service hasnt changed! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the product selection is top notch. I will be a Genesis customer for as long as I own a bicycle.

I purchased a $2,000 Trek bike from Genesis Bicycles on a Friday. I rode the bike once and had a change of heart. I called the shop the following Saturday (8 days later), to ask about the return policy since Trek offers 30 day returns. They said they were unable to return the bike and do not follow what Trek does for returns. They offered to sell if for me on consignment where I would receive 68% of the sale ($1,360). This would be a $640 loss after only riding the bike 5 miles. Additionally, the manager was supposed to follow back up with Trek to ask about other options and return my call. I have not heard back from him.Long story short, do not buy a bike from this shop unless you are 100% sure because they will not work with you if you change your mind. Even if it’s only 8 days and 5 miles later. If you are going to buy a Trek, I HIGHLY recommend going to Trek Allentown or Trek Bethlehem instead because they are very customer focused, helpful and friendly!

Even with the bike shortage these days they still managed to have a good selection and the tall guy who works there was pretty helpful in helping my dad find a bike. And their prices are actually pretty fair tbh.

The staffs willingness and ability to serve its customers during the COVID-19 restrictions is to be commended. The care they took for safety while still providing the service I needed to get my bike working in such a quick manner got me back on the road fast enough for me to retain some of my sanity after being stuck inside. And they even went the extra mile and tuned up a few things I didnt even know I needed. Thanks!

Recently, we made a last-minute purchase online early one morning for our nephews ninth birthday. We received confirmation immediately and, once the store opened, we made contact and were told the bicycle was ready! We picked it up curbside where all (COVID) precautions were taken. The bike is amazing and he loves it! What a great experience, overall.

This is a great bicycle shop! Rented a Salsa last weekend while visiting from out of town and had some really good rides. Got back home and found a phone message that I had left my Garmin mount on the handle bars. Theyre mailing it back to me in Colorado. That is wonderful customer service.

A friend of my wifes was flying in town to join us to ride head to tail on the D&L rail trail and needed a bike. So this was the perfect excuse to splurge. I returned to Genesis for my second dream bike. I bought a fantastic road bike there several years ago and had been looking for a hybrid that I would love as much. My wife and I hopped on our road bikes toward Genesis in pursuit of that perfect hybrid. I was not disappointed. The whole team, owner to mechanic, had a part in putting together the perfect package. My ride was great. It turned out my wifes friend did not use my old bike but the excuse to splurge was still valid. Thank you Genesis!

From entry level to high end, Genesis has a variety of great bikes. The increase in quality of life in riding is worth the small added expense of buying at Genesis rather than a department store. The fact that you can speak to a knowledgeable person about what you are buying and how to maintain it is very valuable.

We bought a bike rack yesterday at Genesis. Keith was very helpful in helping us decide which one to go with then showed us how to attach it to our car. Today we put our bikes on it for the first time but werent comfortable with how secure they were on the rack. We went back to Genesis to get their input on how well we attached the bikes. Keith, once again came out to help us and gave some extra tips on making sure we secured the bikes correctly. Keith was very friendly and helpful showing us how to use our new bike rack. Genesis is a GREAT bike shop. Keith is without a doubt the best bike fitter anywhere, and Jimmy and Erin are great bike mechanics who can fix or build for any cycling need. I truly love this place. I own four bikes (because who can live with just one) and I bought all of them at Genesis! And they have more merchandise than any other bike shop in the Lehigh Valley - shorts, bibs, gloves, shoes, helmets, lights, bike racks, bike computers, pedals, bottles - EVERYTHING! They also host lots of cool rides for cyclists of all levels, with experienced ride leaders.

I needed to get both of my Mountain Bike tires resealed. I walked in and they were busy. I was greeted within 1 minute. I explained why I was there. The associate took my tires and repaired and had me out the door in less than 15 minutes. When I walked in I wasn’t sure if they would have had the time to do this on the spot but they had plenty of help working on a Sunday. Thank You for the exceeding my Service Expectstions!

Decklin (sp?) was a wealth of knowledge as a fellow 6 + tall person; saved me from purchasing a too-small bike, offered pointers on setting seat height. Most stores seem to buy their 4.5+ ratings...I would say that Genesis bikes truely earned their 4.9

I purchased a 2019 Trek Marlin 7 from Trek (the actual Trek store) about a month ago. I was looking to upgrade to the Trek Stache 7 or the Fuel EX 8. I found Genesis Bike shop online and decided to take a ride to the store to see about an upgrade. The salesman from Genesis Bicycles took time to show me both bikes, he explained the difference between them. I was able to ride both bicycles around the city of Easton (not just the parking lot). I was able to get a real feel of what the bikes would be like in a real world setting. The salesman showed me how to properly take the front tire off the bike while placing the plastic spacer between the brakes, so that the hydraulic brakes don’t get all fouled up. He showed me how to pump up the tires & even gave me a valve so that I could pump up the tires with my air compressor. He told me that he purchases the valves and he gives it to his customers for free. Genesis Bicycles had a huge sale & I saved a lot of money on my upgrade. They also ran a promotion of NO TAX on any purchase. That was a nice surprise. Genesis Bicycles is a family owned business and they make you feel like you are part of the family! I will be shopping there again.
