Nice costumes, some staff seen to be unorganized and lazy, but the staff at registers were friendly and very helpful.

Their store in Palmer Park Mall was slated to open. I checked the website and they said it was open. I then messaged them on their personal company page on Instagram. They said that the store was open. The next day I went there and everything in the store was closed. The doors were locked and everything. I promised my nephew that I would buy him a costume. When I got their he was very disappointed and upset. This is after they said on their site and on their Instagram that they were open. I drove a half hour for nothing. Dont put all your eggs in one basket with this place!

Got there early in the season to make sure I got what I needed. Place was clean and fully stocked.

Definitely the place to go in the Lehigh Valley for your Halloween needs.

A little back story for you all...I worked at Spirit Halloween 2 years ago same location different manager, and I was asked back last year. I know the policies and the codes. My boyfriend and I came in tonight (and we werent even greeted which they are supposed to do or asked for assistance) I am going to be picky since I am this pissed off otherwise I couldnt care less. We went straight back to the hats and were shortly followed by a short, older, short-haired, blonde lady with an accent. She was right up on us (not asking if we needed anything) just following us around. I honestly felt like she thought we were going to steal. Why because were younger? I put a pair of devil horns on for show and proceeded to go to the displays where my boyfriend went to GET AWAY FROM HER and show him them. She came up behind me and said Do you plan on buying those? I can understand if i had been wearing them for 10 - 15 min or was by the store entrance but no I had them on for 30 sec and was in the very back of the store. I said I am not sure yet as I had not even looked in a mirror. We did come in to buy something. She then said Give them to me with her hand reached out and you shouldnt be fooling around. EXCUSE ME? WE ARE IN A HALLOWEEN STORE WERE CHILDREN COME TO FOOL AROUND AND FIND FUN COSTUMES. GO FIND A DIFFERENT JOB IF YOU FEEL YOURE TOO MATURE FOR THIS. I handed the horns back wanting no part of her attitude. Then my boyfriend and I took a couple steps towards the masks to get away from her once again. This rude older woman, way to set an example. She then blurted out You cant try those on there is a lice and flu outbreak and we have a policy. Well...damn...I wasnt aware there was an epidemic going on in Newton. Needless to say my boyfriend and I left. I would have spit on you for #1 PROFILING YOUNGER ADULTS #2 GIVING ME NO RESPECT #3 SUCKING THE FUN OUT OF A STORE IN WHICH YOU SHOULD ENCOURAGE IT. I hope you get fired.

This is the best Halloween store in New Jersey​. Its worth the drive.
