Called them spoke to the father about having my slide refinished.Sent it to them will all info in box email, phone number ect.Within about 6 days they sent the slide back to me,with only the paper in the box that said refund for shipping wrote on it and 15 bucks wrapped around the slide.Have called them about 15 times to find out why they did not do the slide,No one ever picks up the phone and if you leave a message no one calls you back. Phone number and email address were on the paper in the box you wrote refund for shipping on.They have no customer service here.So i can not recommend them.

Brian did a great job fixing the bolt and trigger on my very old Remington Scoremaster 22. I would definitely recommend him.

I went to the shop on a Friday morning with a pistol that I wanted the slide refinished on . I also ordered a gun online that same morning to have delivered to the shop for the FFL business. Both the refinishing (which was perfect ) and the online order were ready and waiting for me when I walked in Wednesday morning. The slide refinish was a only single color cerakote, but still a 4 day turnover that was flawless. Im absolutely pleased with the whole experience and will continue doing business here.

Watch out for the father, when dealing long range with this company. I got caught with horrible customer service, knew I was in trouble when I spoke to him on the phone and he was obviously distracted by his busy shop. He was completely not paying attention to me, you all know that feeling. I emailed him a HD pic of a dark gray finish that I wanted. Never heard back to review job until it was time to pay him. Should have just picked a swatch they had on there website because when my 1911 came back I was appalled. It wasnt even close, finish was rough and speckled, ugly thing it was. Should have stuck with ROBAR but was talked out of it by a local gunsmith and sent here. 220$ mistake trying to be cheap, anyway sent piece to ROBAR and got exactly what I wanted with excellent and attentive customer service.
