First time I went here was today, and was truly amazed at how well everything was run. We rented the MP5 and our range officer was incredibly helpful, made sure we operated it safely but didn’t crowd us, and walked us through all of the safety protocols. Truly was a wonderful experience. Everyone is incredibly helpful, polite and make sure you’re having a great time. Will absolutely be returning here going forward and leaving my previous range behind. The staff here alone is worth the drive. Prices are very reasonable and they make sure everyone is safe at all times.

I was impressed to see young men with the knowledge of some people twice their age. they are doing a much better job here than other shops in the area. Extremely personable and thorough associates. I get the feel of a big sporting goods store but the personalized attention of a mom and pop shop. Range is pretty good, could use an upgrade or two but very satisfactory,

So this happened about two weeks ago. I purchased a gun for my wife, but, like a fool, got one without a thumb safety, rather than the one with, which is what she wanted. The staff was extremely willing to help me exchange the (unfired) gun for what the wife actually wanted. They even threw in some extra range time since the exchange ate into the hour we had paid for.I wish I could remember the name of the salesman that helped us, but to be honest, everyone we interacted with deserves a shout out for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. The best gun store Ive been to so far in the Lehigh Valley area

The range itself is very well maintained, clean, and organized. The staff was friendly. Please know that if it is your first time at this range, you will have to do paperwork and watch a video. Also Don’t go late on a weekend, when it’s crowded. When it gets crowded things go very slow. Also this place is kinda expensive in my opinion as far as merchandise, ammo, etc goes. Renting here can get expensive. All that said, the range officers were super helpful and friendly; they cared about our experience. They also have a great selection of firearms. Sales staff was EXTREMELY helpful and thoughtful when helping me find the right firearm. I am very impressed with their sales staff. I have gone back here to shoot at their range many times.

First and last time I will go there. Rude staff. Understaffed. I walked around the counters for 25 minutes looking for any kind of service. Forget service, No acknowledgement WHATSOEVER. One guy waiting on multiple people. Heres the best part, if you want attention, pull out your cellphone and pretend to take a call... I received a call when I was there, answered it. WITHIN SECONDS I hear SIR, SIR! the guy that couldnt even acknowledge me a moment ago dropped what he was doing to point out to me a 4x8 obscure sign on the back wall that says cell phone use and cameras prohibited. You cant make this up... I stood there dumbfounded for a moment then left. If you are a serious gun enthusiast wanting to purchase or ask questions, I would avoid this place. Prices were jacked up too. NOT impressed. Ignore the first time gun owners throwing up 5 star reviews, this place is run by boy scout dropouts.

The range is poorly run there is a lot of range patrons that are less than ideal. It has made this place very disfuctional. I used to shoot there quite a bit in fact I have used their ranges since it opened. If you want an indication just call the Easton location and try to get someone on the phone to ask questions about the range rules and or procedures. You won’t be able to. I have to agree with all the comments about the poor service and attitude at this location. Seems to be a theme among heritage guilds. I was standing in the showroom ready to spend as much as I needed and nobody ever said hello and that they’ll be right with me. I found what I wanted to buy and started asking questions but the showroom staff was very dismissive. As of right now this place has no inventory. The range and checkout area is right in front when you walk in and they have two lanes indicating where to stand if youre new or a current customer. Luckily I had a co-worker thats been here before to show me the ropes. You fill out the paperwork on the clipboard while watching the video on range safety. One of the employees tries his best to direct traffic and instructions but I think they should at least have someone help out especially at peak times. I can only speak for the store not the range, as After being inside I wasn’t interested, but the store is quite over rated. The products are all, and I mean ALL, over priced. Some things just by a little bit, others by a loooot. This has gotten worse post pandemic but was an issue before hand too. The employees ranged from wonderful to extremely rude to basically useless and everything in between. No it doesn’t matter what time of day you go in or how busy it is, you just never know if you’ll be treated well-ish or poor-ish. The reason it’s two stars are all is because once I went there and an amazing Australian guy talked to me for a very long time and was wonderfully helpful. Other than that the employees aren’t terribly interested in anything other than getting off work. Can’t blame them but it shows a bigger issue at the company we just aren’t seeing. I’ve heard you can’t bring your own ammo to the range, but I don’t personally know if that’s true.UPDATE: I finally became a customer when I found an item that was not horribly overpriced. It was still overpriced though and I’m sure sig Sauer sets their upper price limits for them. I wouldn’t be amazed if they sell it to the exact dollar they are allowed to. I am changing my review to 3 stars because you are allowed to bring your own ammo and surprisingly the ammo isn’t unbelievably expensive. It’s funny how they aren’t awful with ammo prices, but I’m glad. The service again ranged from great to good all in the exact same day. The employees still Don’t know laws and will tell you three different things if you ask three different people so consider it a 2.5 star.

The lack of customer service was shocking. 2 out of three of the items I purchased had no marked prices and that seemed to be the norm as I continued to see no prices. Understaffed for the volume of customers. They had a number system for getting counter service and it was empty with no numbers. In the 30 minutes I browsed not one person asked me if they could assist. They offer group archery events but I would not recommend if your group is larger than 6, because they only have 6 targets, which allows only 6 people play at a time. However they will charge you based on how HEAD COUNT. In my case we were a group of 15 and they charged us $636 ($42.4 per person). In an hour each one of us just had a chance to shoot 10 arrows, and endless waiting time. They did not disclose the fact that they only have 6 lanes in the beginning, meanwhile their bows and arrows are flawed (lack of maintenance). Most important of all, the arrows are old and lots of them are dysfunctional. Some of us only have 3 arrows to use in a bout because they were running out of arrows! I just cant believe a $636 event would be like this. Everyone in our group could not believe they charged us this amount. Please dont choose here if you are a group leader.

While they are a good 40 minutes away, the class seemed like a perfect refresher for me and a good starting place for my wife. I was right, the class was perfect. While I would have preferred a little more range time, it was enough to get familiar with the guns. The facility is top notch. The showroom is clean, bright and (at the time) well stocked. I havent been back since our December visit, but I am eager to visit again. While this place has a great selection their prices are very high. You are better off going to 507 Outfitters around the block if headed to the range as the prices are far better. The staff is far friendlier at 507 too. I have made several purchases at Heritage Guild and the staff acts like it is doing you a favor to speak with you. I made a purchase that was on back order and if I call to check on the status they have actually given me an attitude. Still waiting. While professional, you cant help but shake the feeling you are bothering them with your questions. The range officers here vary in friendliness as well. As an NRA certified instructor I understand the need to maintain a safe environment but how I have witnessed some of the RO treating people has been belittling and in some cases downright arrogant. I was a member of their range and despite the higher prices paid than for other local clubs, I would often drive here to find 2-3 hour wait times to shoot. Save your had earned money, shop elsewhere. Seriously, they were very kind, informative, and made the experience better. However, the reason this is not a 5 star review is the guy that worked the front desk. He was incredibly rude to both of us. Every job Ive had has been customer service related. If I spoke to my customers with that attitude and my superiors found out, I would have at least been reprimanded if not fired. One of the customers played the video instead after getting fed up and several skipped the mandatory video and went back in line. I have been going there since the day they opened. If you shoot often they have various programs that bring down the range cost. They also have a variety of ranges and an excellent selection of new and used guns. I always found the staff helpful and friendly. There also offer a wide variety of instructional courses.

Only go here for archery but they are great. Jerry has setup 3 bows for me and my family they shoot lights out. Ryan set up my newest bow and same results. If youre looking for quality products and top notch staff check them out. If you want cheap go to cabelas and buy junk.

Worst range I have ever been to. They have you wait in line for 20 mins just to tell you that you have to go wait in another line just for you to have to go wait in that line and come back to wait in the original line in the end anyways. Super unorganized place. After almost a hour of waiting in lines and going back and forth around the building, the rude staff will randomly yell that you have more task to do then be prepared to wait an hour to even shoot. 80% of the catalog online of what’s available to shoot in terms of “Long guns” isn’t available in range as most are taped over with “unavailable”. Will never recommend this place.

We had a great time in womens 101 course. Rich G. was so knowledgeable and comical. Excellent course for beginners. We learned so much and had the opportunity to safely handle, load, and fire a semiautomatic and revolver. I would recommend this course to any women.

Went to Heritage Guild with my two children and had an awesome experience. This is the first time they shot a gun and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are inexperienced but would like to try, this is the place to go.

Friendly staff, store is nice and clean. I had a good experience using their range. Prices are a little high for products but not stupidly high. Most likely will become a member for the range.

Went today with my son-in-law, who has never fired a pistol before. Staff was great and polite. The RSO, Rob, was the best. Knowledgeable, positive but left you along once he saw you could handle it. Definatly recommend this place. They have a large selection of pistols to rent, also. Will definatly go back and we live in NYC!

People are helpful. Range monitors are very safe and careful, and ready to assist. Only knock is if you share a lane you have to still pay full price for second person.

Nice store. Nice selection. My biggest issue with them is pricing. Might as well go to Cabelas if I want to pay full retail on any gun.Ranges are nice, but again, at $20 an hour, Ill pass. I can shoot 365 days a year at my gun club for $50 a year.

My husband and I took both rifle and handgun classes. Instructors are amazing. They are so knowlegeble, kind and patient. They also offer defense class, shooting bows and other classes. They focused on safety and security. I learned a lots from the good instructors. Regardless if you are beginner or advanced level, you may want to check out this place.

Been looking for a Sig P320compact in 45 w/night sights for a long time called every where. Called Heritage today and they had one, put it away for me and went down to pick it up. Very easy to work with. Very nice shop with a large selection of firearms.

Myself and my brother in law went on a Saturday morning. Arrived shortly after the store opened and purchased an hour of range time.Had to buy a case for .338 rifle before bringing into the store, I understand and respect their rule which states all guns entering the store must be holstered or in a case. They even offered to let me borrow a case (I figured I would buy one anyway since I needed a case)Staff was helpful and accommodating. I commend staff member Melissa for how helpful she was, especially considering how busy the store was.Only drawback is all the NJ residents that flood the store, but I understand that isnt Heritage Guilds fault.Range was clean, safe, and well lit. I will be back.

The prices are fair, and the staff was pleasant. I took a newbie, and the RSOs let me do my thing to show her. It was a pleasant experience overall and I would both recommend it to someone looking for a place to shot and I will very likely return

Heritage guild is a great place. I hear some people complain the prices are high, but looking at the overall picture they offer alot. Classes, a modern range. Its not the “just buy a gun and hit the road” place. I have not found the salesman to be gun shop commandos like alot of gun stores either. They have all been good people.

Management needs to go. Shane needs to go. Surprised there hasnt been more incidents at this place due to incompetence, and the blatant back stabbing. I have, and will always recommend for someone to go anywhere but here. Way too many NRA Instructors(any moron can get this certificate), bringing their paying customers to this range. The mere fact that they allow it should be a red flag to anyone. This is a huge liability issue for them, but management doesnt have the balls to stop it for fear of losing that persons membership. I used to work on the line, but left due to that sniveling sawed of little puke, Shane and a member of management that shouldnt be in the position hes in.I have over 25 years of LEO experience, SWAT experience, with numerous training certificates from FLETC, and a stint in our Training Division. You can choose to go a shoot here, but Id wear level III body armor if I were you. Since Ive left, theres already been an incident on their so called, tact range. Im sure there will be more as long as management continues their unsafe policies, and hiring complete liars like Shane. Shane needs to go back to Home Depot before he gets someone seriously hurt.I wouldve given a zero rating, but that option wasnt available.

The best of the three heritage guilds. HUGE selection of firearms and an awesome, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even carry a good amount of NJ complaint firearms (for those of us who live without freedom to the east) . You can also rent guns and fire them so you can decide what you want to buy. Nice indoor range, though its usually packed. Just a great store for anything youd ever need.

It has been couple times; I had the similar bad feeling about some of their staff. But I tried to ignore it and told myself that its might be their style. But this time, they are real not friendly if I am not supposed to use RUDE to their customer. They just give us a very uncomfortable experience. I guess one of their staff just do not know what is the proper line between courteously guide/instruct and be the eagle on their customers. Yes, I totally agree that people should always be careful about the safety and keep alert to the firearm. But that just doesnt mean the staff over there can user language threatening the customer without giving them any warning or proper instruction. I guess a customer service people usually do not laugh at their customer to show their courteous, cause that will make them even nervous. Anyhow, I think some of their staff might be trained very well in the military force, but obviously, should make up their customer service or proper language lesson. I wanna give 1 star, but I hope it can change in the future. So I give it a 2-star review.
