This Family Dollar has really stepped its game up. Before it was a complete mess but I went today and they have improved tremendously. The selection was much better, shelves were stocked & not a million boxes in the aisle. Im impressed!

It may be a total mess on the inside, and right now during the pandemic of course theyve been slow stocking back up, but they always have everything. Not everything is a dollar, but pretty much nothing there is a rip off, for the most part. Literally this is the only dollar store my boyfriend and I go to.

The staff is always nice. BUT this store IS seriously UNDERSTAFFED. Boxes, stock, everywhere....Its the week b4 Christmas. TWO EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ENOUGH. Its unfair to your UNDERPAID employees and your financially hindered customers. Also, nice selection of beer, snacks, and frozen burritos, pizzas and heart attack in a bag food. How about tossing a couple bags of frozen vegetables in there? Broccoli, cauliflower, peas?

This place is good to get some things pretty cheap. However, this place seems pretty understaffed. When the place gets busy the wait in line could take a bit.

Super friendly sales associate who helped us!! His customer service was amazing and his attitude joyful.

Showed up 20 minutes before the posted close time on the door and they had the doors locked and half the lights off.

Always have what you need. Have great things to buy and always prices that dont break the bank. Im always in this Family Dollar. BUT a lot of the employees are unfriendly & the lines are always super long because they dont have enough employees for opening up a second line.

They have the most rude and lazy manager I have ever met. She has no consideration for her customers or staff. I have seen her stand at a closed register and watch the line get to the back of the store while shes on speaker phone with someone talking about her plans when she leaves. Shes constantly putting her staff down and yelling at them, probably why they are under staffed and cycling through new employees every month. Not to mention 100% of the time there is back stock and boxes blocking half the isles and expired food in the coolers. Worst store around and the only good employee (Felicia) is gone after having her baby!

Absolutely horrible. Ive been followed around this store twice. One time one of the workers even followed me out to my car and was peeping inside my car. All I did was look around the store and shop. I gave no reason to make her think I was stealing anything other than walking out and not buying anything. I didnt know that warranted getting followed to your car.

Ive been shopping here for a couple years now and it was always good, but over the last month or two its gone so downhill i actually asked if they were shutting down this location. Whoever is In charge of stock is doing a horrible job. HORRIBLE! the shelves are empty, products i used to buy all the time Im lucky if they even have one package. Very disappointing. Ive noticed that its all new people working there, idk what happened but they need to get the old crew back or something.

This family dollar is soo nasty. You can barley walk down an aisle. Shelves haven’t been stocked in weeks. Floors are nasty seems they haven’t been washed in months. They are also short staff... (the managers words) so the wait time is ridiculous. This store really needs some good management.. ASAP. I won’t b back til I hear it has improved. Dnt waste your time here.

I like Family Dollar because they have good items theyre very cheap they have milk all the items you need for home and friendly cashiers and they help you also

This store was absolutely horrible!!! A good portion of the shevles were empty almost every isle was full of boxes and debris. The store looked as if there was some kind of disaster and it had been looted. Complete and total disaster!!! I would be angry and digusted if I was in charge of this store.

I called to pick up my toilet paper the girl forgot to bag, and the manager lady hung up on me. I called back and she said that she was too busy to look over the video and to come back at 2pm and I called at 10am & she hung up again. So I went up there and she said that she had to wait for the video that she requested, which didnt make sense considering she didnt know that is was the day before and what I went. She was very rude, ghetto & clearly needs to go back to Customer service training, how she ended up being a manager is shocking. Family dollar clearly stands for Funny Acting Management Is ... The store has shown massive improvement this year. Fully stocked, floors shining and Im impressed great neighborhood store and staff.

Very bad it took 4 hours to unload there truck today.

Place is a mess and most of the workers are extremely slow to the point where theirs always a long line ! I try to avoid this family dollar . A newer one half a mile down was just built and the workers are so much nicer and the place is so much more organized !

I was having a hard time finding moth balls.. they made my day and carry them.

This store is terrible the line is long yes one line when theres two people working...Every time I come in this store Im waiting in line forever, its so close to home but Ill drive further and pay more then have to then wait 20 mins every time I go in there.

The store is filthy and the workers are lazy and rude I was there on 1/24/17 and fell because someone spilled liquid soap on the floor I told the manager and she said she would check the tape then walked away very rude she never once asked if I was OK this store has gone way downhill
