Today at drive time was my first experience financing anything on my own. I had a great time everything went as smooth as it could’ve, Derek was amazing and so helpful and supportive. I am truly thankful that I had this experience with this company and hopefully next time is even better!

I worked with nimaj and he was excellent, and if this was only about him I’d give it 5 stars. He was patient, took the time to let me test drive any vehicles I was interested and never felt pushy and worked with me and the budget I was staying in, I’d highly recommend working with him. My problem comes in when I called back the day before my paper plate expired and the guy who answered the phone was not helpful at all and I could tell he was ready to get off the phone the moment I brought up my concerns. My plate was supposed to come within the two weeks and he refused to even track it, which he said he had the ability to do, but told me to wait another two weeks and don’t worry about the cops because “they should be understanding”, I understand that the mail is out of their control, but I even explained to him that I live in apartment complex and things can get lost, so I want to make sure it hasn’t been lost or stolen and we don’t need to take further steps. I at least hoped they’d be able to re-issue a paper plate but he offered nothing but mild sass and overall disinterest or concern.

I had an A+ experience here! The cars are mostly Leases, Fleets and company cars and all were amazing condition. The App was incredibly easy to use and the Dealership itself is incredibly clean and spacious. Derek Freeman was an absolute gem to work with. He helped me with all the paperwork and got me ready to go in just an hour! Couldnt have had a better experience.

Dont waste your time.After seeing the ads on TV about Drive time, and talking it over with my mother(shes needs the vehicle) we decided to give it a try. Went online Tuesday (7-21). Completed the online approval, and was approved for 395.00 as a down payment. We picked out a car we liked(2017 caravan), and made the appointment for 2 pm on Thursday (7-23... Which is today). Got there early, and was seen at almost 3pm.(places get busy, I get that). First: the van we picked was being bought by another family. Second: was the sticker shock. Mind you we were APPROVED for 395.00 down! Why does the salesman Tyler tell us oh the lowest priced car he has on the lot was 10,000.... Which means the LOWEST down payment for the car my mom settled for was gonna be... 5,500. And the monthly was gonna be almost 500!?What happened to 395?Where did it go?We are in the midst of a pandemic! Many places have shut down, and laid off their workers. I just had an interview for a job,but I cant use that to purchase a car. But you think I have 5500 just laying around. Plus an additional 500 a month? Not to mention any work that needs to be done one the car, or gas. Also the car insurance!If the 395 doesnt meant anything, why is it necessary for your customers to have it done before we come in?!

Subject to change, but as of now it’s been over a week and have been having the hardest time getting ahold of sales persons. No response to emails after sending information like pay stubs and other personal info. I’d recommend finding another dealer.

First off, if I could give 0 starts I would without thinking twice, this place is a total joke Came in here and one of the Staff name Jimmy dealt with me for a trade-in on my car that he said he would be willing to buy I got there it was almost closing time so he gave me a quote and gave me a word that I can come the next day and everything will be all set The next day comes and he doesn’t even bother calling me and telling me over the phone instead he texts and tells me that he is no longer interested in buying the car although I had cleaned up my car and took all my stuff out ready to Trade in mind you how inconvenient and how trustworthy these people are not to mention that he forgot to give me my title back And again does not bother to call me a let me know Instead he wanted to just mail it Like who in the world gave you the permission I could have came and picked up my document that is very sensitive to me, absolutely not trustworthy people if people cannot trust them with trade and how can they trust the one buying a car from them please watch out and don’t come here. Total joke and disrespectful people!!!!!

I wish I could give it no stars. After speaking to sales person last week regarding a vehicle he PROMISED to hold for me (I offered money and he wouldn’t accept) needless to say I went back yesterday (before the 7 day period he promised he’d hold the vehicle) and it was sold.I let another sales person talk me into a different vehicle. After I decided I wanted the new vehicle I had to provide the EXACT same information that I’d already provided a week before because “they couldn’t find my folder” Upon providing EVERY document he asked for the sales person kept texting me saying he hasn’t had time to call the bank etc etc. At the end of the day I finally went to the Eastpointe location again (3rd visit) only for the sales person to tell me he STILL has not spoke to the bank and basically he hasn’t done ANYTHING. I feel there is NO follow through at this Eastpointe location and after speaking with a few friends and family members that have visited this location I won’t be returning... They really lost a good customer.
