Pete at the 9 Mile location was great to work with and very friendly! We found our car choice online and were pleasantly surprised that it looked as good in person as online. After a test drive, a few minor issues were quickly resolved and we able agree on price easily! At pickup, the car had been washed, vacuumed, and the tires even had a armor-all gloss sheen. We recommend this dealer....Great service!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! We bought a car, was told by the owner personally it was a good vehicle, 2 weeks later we found out the hole front end was shot paid over 2000 in repairs, now it needs another 2000 in repairs, they won’t do anything for us because we bought it as is, we were told they don’t look at any vehicles they get they don’t have time they said. So unless you are able to look at all parts of the car you will get screwed. We put all our money into buying this car to have it keep falling apart. We don’t have a car to drive now, and their response sorry you should have checked it out. Wow if your smart you will go elsewhere.

UPDATE: currently selling the car. The engine is bad. I’ve had the car for 3 months.Lemon cars!!! I recently bought a Volkswagen CC Sport. Less than a month the engine has a knock, all tires have to be replaced, and there’s more than one oil leak. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!! They’ll fix a car up and it’s straight garbage within weeks. Tried to get compensation from PETE and of course he denied. ANYTHING SOLD HERE IS NOT WORTH IT!!

Im finding out you cant just take a persons word. They promised to have my passenger rearview mirror fixed and now im getting excuses insensitivity and the run around..i also wish i knew the ac and heat didnt work in this van before they allowed me to buy it

The pete guy was very rude an condescending i inquired about a truck an had to call all the location to find the truck after i talked to the last guy who took photos of the truck a day ago pete say it was sold last month an no we dont do discounts......first of all i didnt ask for a discount an second an for most i dont have to spend my money with a car establishment who conduct business in this way
