BBT computer repair did a wonderful job diagnosing and repairing my dell laptop. The staff and technicians were amazing. My laptop was returned to me the same day and the charge was more than reasonable. I love this place .

Found BBT though a web search, and I am so grateful for their services. The owner extended the life of my old laptop, and even after it died he gave me a wonderful deal on an even more powerful, new laptop. Very prompt service and reasonable prices.

I would not reccomend this place to anyone. I was told my computer would be fixed in 24-48 hours about a week ago and when I tried calling I could barely get an answer. The prices are pretty high as well. I normally take my laptops to these two places on 14 mile that charge a lot less and has faster services. They charged my little sister 150 to change her screen, but everytime Ive gone and got my screen fixed it was only 60-80 bucks. I needed a virus removed and it is taking forever. Its going to cost me around 80 bucks when I finally get it. I kinda regret going. The front desk girl was nice.
