I called to see if they had a brake caliper for my Ford truck. The employee said said yes they do have it in stock. I drove 20 miles to get to their location and the employee that waited on me said they dont have it! He said to check with Autozone. I said that I had called to confirm they had it in stock and he didnt have an answer for me. I didnt get any names but it doesnt matter. Last trip there for me.

My sisters car started acting up on the way back to Jacksonville from Ellijay GA. She stopped here to get them 5o check it out. They connected their scan tool and determined that the alternator was going bad. The employee got his tools out of his car and let me use them so I could swap out the alternator. That saved us a lot of time and money on our way home.

Great customer service. When a new employee ran into a little difficulty helping me find what I needed, the other employee came out from behind the counter and pitched in to help get me squared away. Marshal and Cameron spent hours making sure that we got the right part. After the first one we order according to the computer was wrong. So if you want great service, I suggest you give them a shot. Because the computer isnt always right trust me I know.

I took my car battery for testing and the battery is not the problem. But the employees there were not very helpful as to what might be the problem. Not even giving any suggestions of things that could be the issue. But the gentleman did carry my battery back out for me.

Dude was young and didnt know where parts were in store he said he didnt have it...??? It was hanging on the wall behind him...go figure...needed a adapter for heater hose...duh..but he was young just wasnt familular with rigging things together I guess..

Its open when the dealership parts department and Napa are closed. Convenient for purchasing maintenance items like oil, filters, auto cleaning supplies, wipers, and Seafoam when those items are on sale.

Went and ordered part was told will be there the next morning that morning was told truck was late call after 3 called part still not there was told will be there the next day and guess what they sent the wrong part so now Im told it will be here tomorrow they would call when it got there and still I wait for the call mind you I paid for the part first before they would order it so still I wait for the part!!! UGH

Where very nice when a visiting familys car broke down.

My mother had the worst experience, bring Hispanic, she went to have her battery charger and there was a racist lady who said she couldnt charge it because the battery was from auto zone and that she had to go to auto zone, within the hour after my mom told me why she couldnt get it charged I called aap and asked them if it matters where the battery is from and they said no, well charge any battery for free.
