Ive interacted with at least 7 parts stores communicating with men mostly but Amber @ this Auto Zone is the only person who knew what her and myself were talking about. She needs a raise! Excellent customer service and patience!

The worst customer service Ive came in contact with! Cody and Vickie didnt greet me or ask if I needed help finding something. This location definitely needs training in good customer service skills.

Went there yesterday to get some two cycle fuel. The older lady checking me out had gloves on. She was coughing all over them, didn’t change the gloves or wash her hands then got mad when I said I would prefer her not to touch the bottle of fuel and just scan it without touching it. Please please please send her home if she’s coughing like that and not taking precautions to keep others safe. I usually shop here but won’t for awhile due to that incident.

The manager helped me even though they were very busy. The other employee didnt even try.

The people that work at the Eatonton store are awesome and very knowledgeable. Jennifer is out going and always finds a way to help the customers. And Janis, the new lady is so sweet.

Closed early when store hours are clearly posted. The same old man, shaking his head no at me through the door, is the same one who has given me wrong advice and sold wrong items before. Disappointing experience when so many of the other people working at this location are so knowledgeable and friendly.
