I have nothing but positive thing to say these guys. Most of the transaction was done via the interweb,they returned your calls, if their was a problem it got solved or corrected. I was from out of state and it was well worth the drive to get service like this.

Very disappointed in the service department and their lack of communication. I was told 2 weeks, and after three weeks i stopped by to get an update. No update, hadnt looked at my boat. Very disappointing.

These guys are excellent! Had a shifter cable break and these guys had it fixed in 20 minutes. Replaced the cable. And the store wasnt even open yet. Best service Ive ever had from a marine dealer!

Andrew set me up in a great Havoc 1553 DBST. Good to deal with! EDIT TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. I scheduled a time with Andrew to have my Tohatsu 10 hour service. I didnt want to leave it and have to come back because it is a long drive home. I dropped my boat off, went and ate breakfast and when I came back only waited five minutes or so and they had me ready to go. Great service after the sale means a lot to me and they have it.

The guys at B & A Marine are first class. They are now a Yamaha dealer. I just had to have my first service done on my Skeeter with a Yamaha SHO and had it back in one day. They are striving to cater to the area fishermen.
