I am a new boater and have recently stopped by Crowe Marine. Recently, I walked in and didnt realized they had closed. But without missing a beat a lady who was in an office came out and still helped me and allowed me to make a couple of purchases.The next day I stopped in to get a prop. I had no idea about props. The guys started asking questions and putting up with me constantly saying I dont know. But finally they found what they thought was the right prop. I took it home and followed their instructions and a few minutes later I had a working prop.Great service all times I have been in there!

Just received delivery on our boat from them. Great process from start to finish with competitive pricing. Keith Phillips was our sales contact there and stayed on top of the build the whole way. Had a small glitch with the tach once launched and their service many came down to the lake and fixed it on the spot. Professional company!!

This is one of the most helpful and well balance family business and staffs. They sell top of the line merchandise and is very curious to everyone needs. I was in there buying boat cleaning supplies and showed him pics of all the boat that I clean on Lake Oconee that was purchased from Crowe. Then the he asked me if I would be willing to come clean some of they boats at the shop. So if you have something broken on your boat or just want a upgrade or new one go check them out first. I purchased 2 watercraft from Crowe Marine in 2018; a Bennington pontoon and a Kawasaki Jet ski. Their entire staff are terrific. Sales, service, management are all 10s. We purchased a boat based on paperwork and what the salesman told us. We found out when we got the boat the salesman was mistaken telling us it had power steering which is a $2000 option. I had a two minute conversation with Beth, Brian, and the salesman. Brian admitted they had made a mistake and they would pick up my boat, install the power steering, and return the boat to me for no charge. It is fun to deal with honest folks.

George Hooker is the guy who helped me and my boyfriend out with our 2018 deck boat!! We are from Charleston but came here to Georgia to take my family on the boat to go tubing. Our prop broke and he sold us not only 1 but 2 awesome props for the boat. And we took the first prop out for a spin just now and I got to say he did completely FANTASTIC!! His attitude and his great knowledge of what prop would be better for tubing was just awesome. I will be coming back every time I come to see family!! He can sell you almost anything and what he sells you is damn well the best of it.
