Showed up No Appt 3 days before Memorial day with a dead Ski in Tow from NC, was told 4 week backlog (only fair) but Maybe look at it Real Quick. A Tech was on my Ski in the Parking Lot and a Second looking in in 5 minutes. Ski running Quick. They slipped me in for Synthetic Oil Change, New Battery, New Mirror and Iridium Plugs. $373.00 done by Lunch. Yall are THE BEST !!!!! Luv ya.. and Thank You Michael Church

Doug was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He stopped what he was doing and spent over an hour with us. During our visit we meet several mechanics and detailer. Everyone impressively knew specifics about every question we had. I would be 100% confident in purchasing watercraft from TCH!

Walked in with my wife, looking to possibly purchase a boat or jet skis. Walked around for at least 10 minutes and didnt get so much as a hello. Several employees walking around, but our presence was never acknowledged. Wont waste my time going back.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. Repair fiberglass on my boat was supposed to take two weeks. It’s been almost a year and Job is still not right. I had to take to another shop to get it right. I never write bad reviews . I had to warn people about this place.

What a great place! Bought a jet ski from there last year and have enjoyed it thoroughly. They have been great with servicing my boat and whenever I need spark plugs, oil, etc., they have always had them. Oh, by the way, the Poparazzi tube has been a BLAST!!!!! BEWARE. I filed with the Georgia Attorney for false business practices. Lying, bait-and-switch on the purchase, broken, unsafe, and dangerous jet ski and trailer. He lied to me and he lied to the Attorney General. Dont let him lie to you. Go anyplace else.

Do not buy from this place! I bought a defective jet ski from here, and tried calling them MANY times once it was obvious it was defective, and they either didnt answer or didnt respond when I left a message. This seems to be their strategy for selling defective products. When I finally did get a response, they blatantly lied about what they did and didnt do.

These guys have it going on and can get very busy during the spring and summer but they will get to your service needs and will tell you exactly what they did and will even take a look at other engine components to make sure they are operating correctly while they are in there. It took my ski longer than I wanted it to but it was not a small job. They are friendly and will take care of you

The engine compartment of my PWC became flooded with water and sat that way for an undetermined time. I was convinced it would be a total loss because of the expense involved to repair it. Chad was more optimistic and he and his team checked it out thoroughly. It only cost me some normal maintenance parts and a couple hours of labor. It would have been very easy for Chad to take advantage of me and charged whatever he wanted but that was not the case. I find that TCH Watersports is a very reputable, honest and reasonable place to get your toys serviced and repaired. I highly recommend them and will return myself

We purchased a used jet ski march 23rd, yes used but only had 7 hours on it. The second weekend that we had it out on the water the alarm started going off for a ride control module, they came and pick it up on June 1st for them to fix the problem, i tried to reach out to them multiple times to find out what was wrong and when it would be ready. Now today June 22 i rode up to see what was going on, they couldn’t find my jet ski for 30 mins, once they found it i had told them to just put it on the trailer and i would fix it myself, if they could order the parts. As i was glancing over the jet ski i notice several bolts missing or loose, i then went in to speak to the owner, the owner told me that they would have it fixed by the end of the day, waited around till 3:30 and still no word. So i decided to ride up there, upon arrival they told me they were still matching parts. Not happy with any of the service i have been given!

Great service at TCH - I have been using them for at least 7 years for maintenance, storage, buying/installing lifts and buying PWCs. I have purchased 2 PWCs from them over that time. They have fair prices and stand behind their products and work. PWCs are a tough business - frequently they are neglected and abused by their owners/owners friends and it is great to have a shop with the expertise and honesty to take care of your equipment. These are good people.

TCH has been around for 18 years for a reason. They stand behind their work and their products no matter what price point youre able to buy at.

We have a 2000 SeaDoo LRV that had some problems and we had taken it to a shop in Macon and one south of Cordele and neither could fix it! If anything they made it worse! I found TCH Watersports online and also asked a co-worker who has skis and they recommended TCH. We are thrilled at the work that was done, the timeliness of getting it back, and the performance of our jet ski! Weve owned it for 16 years and have so many great memories and thanks to these guys, we plan to have many more to come!! If you need help with your jet ski, take it to TCH Watersports!
