I used to like this place so when I paid $150 for 4 custom T shirts, I was okay with the price but they did not show me a final image that would be printed. Came back to pick up the shirts, I gave a reference for size but the manager specifically said I made it bigger because I thought it looked better. Image was poorly cut out and refused to reprint them when I had said this is not what I agreed to. I would have done a better and cheaper job doing it DIY.

Would give ZERO stars if possible.Totally in unison with others who stated about not receiving shipment on time, despite paying extra for shipping. Best friend ordered custom PROPOSAL shirts from this company. Despite ordering on a Sunday (over a week ahead of time) and paying for 2-3 business day delivery to make sure they were delivered way before Christmas Eve, day of proposal, they were still not delivered by the following Saturday (day before Christmas Eve). Company used USPS, who doesnt deliver on Sundays. Company casually passed blame to USPS. Easy to do and take no accountability or attempt to rectify situation.

The experience I had with Customon was great. The delivery was fast. I had to exchange my order for a different size and Sarah from Customon Support was extremely helpful, no hassle and I got my replacement in a timely manner. Definitely will purchase from them again.

Wanted a 24-month onsie with a deeply colored graphic. Looks like their printer ran out of ink bc it looks like it’s been worn and faded 1,000x. Disgusted and so disappointed

I would absolutely give this a zero if I could. Ordered an “of monsters and men” shirt for my daughters birthday. The shirt showed up and said “of monsters and me” - sent an email to the company and it’s taken an entire week for them to reprint a new shirt. They’re claiming they were “out of product”. An email would have been nice. The decal felt like it was falling off the shirt as is. I want my money refunded but they just flat out ignored that. Bad service. Cheap product.

Awful experience!!!! Order a hat and shirt from them. Hat embroidered and shirt printed. Paid online and was to be shipped to me. They had no problem taking the money and sending me a conformation email. I waited over a week and had to call when item didnt arrive. That is when they said they couldnt do the hat, I then asked about the shirt and he said no I will just give you your money back in a few days! I asked for a manager but he said none were available and hung up. These were a gift and I am left with nothing and still dont have my money back. The worst customer service I have ever had, do not use them for anything!

I ordered 2XL ANTHONY BOURDAIN PARTS UNKNOWN women t-shirt. I buy my t-shirts larger than I am because I like wearing leggings. The larger t-shirts cover my backside when I like wearing my leggings. I received my t-shirt today and to my dismay I could barely put on the 2XL t-shirt that I ordered! I checked the label to see what size was showing. It was 2XL. I am aware that some companies clothing come from overseas but by law the company must disclose this. I am a police officer and hope this matter can be resolved. I called the toll free number but all reps were busy helping other other customers. I left message in Voicemail for a return call and why I was calling. The amount $30.13 is too much to pay for a t-shirt that I ordered and could barely get in and the label shows 2XL. Very disappointed with this situation! Again waiting for a return call from customer service.

Awful experience. Staff are rude and look annoyed when you ask questions. Came here to have a few shirt designs. Was told they could do $30 each for a plain white generic t shirt if we did a big order..... All of a sudden at checkout its $35 each.... We said I thought you said $30 and now all of a sudden they cant... so we walked out. $30 for a custom t shirt is WAY too much.... and $35 is insane ... total ripoff.

If you are ordering online just know that it will come in MUCH later than it says, for example if it says September 4-5 it will NOT arrive on the fourth or rarely the fifth, rather September 5-11; not sure why this company doesnt keep straight with their word but do not rely on the shipping, order from another company. Poor customer service, wont pick up calls, it takes about 5 buisness days to get into production, and poor company overall. Please try to find another website.

If you are in a rush for an item DO NOT order from this website. I ordered a tank top for a concert on Tuesday the 18th paid $30 extra for shipping to be there 1-2 days. It was not in my mailbox until Monday April 24th and the concert was on the 23rd. I am mailing it back for a FULL REFUND! They didnt ship this until Friday the 21st!!!! at 9:00PM! I have called three times now and no return calls or nothing. They have told me twice this was going to be refunded but I have received NO MONEY BACK!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Had 3 letters embroidered on a garment and they did an AWFUL job- totally totally dissatisfied; what a rip-off and poor quality work. Do not recommend purchasing ANYTHING in this store... Let alone bring a personal article to have monogrammed.... They ruined my daughters Senior Fleece and she wont even wear it now! He made the letters WAY TOO BIG AND DID NOT SPACE IT CORRECTLY. I asked him to re-do it to my satisfaction and he said he could not. Would not refund my money either- POOR POOR customer service....the managers name was Ugar Mamac- STAY AWAY- very rude and unprofessional... Signed, A very dissatisfied customer who will NEVER shop there again...
