Long time BB fan. Used to drive by their HQ in Bloomington for years. Newer layout is still designed to make you feel like youre in a corn maze looking for the exit. That aside, Ive always had great experiences with the people who work their. Always pleasant and helpful.
But a washing machine for 1000 dollars, plus the 250 dollar protection plan. Washer brakes a month later and after hours and hours on phone for over a week best buy will not help out and replace it. Keeps telling me to reach out to lg. They will also not respond and help fix it. Guess just it 1250 after only washing 8 loads of cloths! Really classy best buy

If youre a person who needs help finding what you want. You will have a dozen staff members asking you what you need.For me this is a pain. Ive been into electronics for nearly a decade and I know my way around. Some of these guys make a commission so they are forced to make plays. Hard to complain about that, still drives me nuts every time Im here.Second. They have sound bars sitting on top of cardboard boxes. Displays awry in home theater section. And the selection on receivers was minimal.Not the worst, but Ill shop online instead.
The sales part of it was very good I think the young mans name was Eric when we picked up our freezer was a disappointment the way it was handled the young man was a big kid he pulled the crate off the dolly and let it drop when you pay alot for your stuff I would like it to be handled more carefully!

Clean, huge, lots of options and empty smiles from employees knowing the interest will take their job soon...i was so high on oxygen being pumped put at incredible rates that when I left, my eyes were watering. Yes, everyone was pretty nice and helpful

I got my galaxy A71 5G here! I thank them so much for it especially. They sell things for 10 more the cost than usual from Nintendo games, etc. I only hate for the fact theyre getting rid of the music CDs that used to have been on the shelf alongside the movies. I went there one time recently to get a certain CD in rap music, nothing there....of course they had some anime movies and if youre someone interested in getting anime series or movies then thats totally for me and anyone who does. Lack for term, my mom complained about how much EVEN the screen protectors for phones cost. Like its just 50 or 40 some dollars I believe.
Got what was a good buy JUST to find out it was cheaper and had more options then the ALEXA power cord wont fit the pins and no l have to return it and best buy is 160 miles one way last leason l need of the place
Wasnt the worst experience, pleasantly surprised with the workers and how helpful they were. They didnt seem rushed and were helpful from the start. They had more products in the store than what the website stated they had online.

If I could give a ZERO I would. I purchased a Hypervolt Plus on June 18, 2021. It stopped working on July 3rd, 2021; but we were going out of town for the July 4th weekend. I went to the Best Buy Store in Eau Claire, WI, on July 6th, 2021. They did exchange it, but ONLY because I had purchased the $59.99 extended warranty. I received a new Hypervolt Plus and a new receipt, and took a different New Hypervolt Plus home. On August 6th, 2021, same thing happened I went to turn the hypervolt plus, this being exactly 1 month after getting the 2nd hypervolt plus. The Best Buy Store, Eau Claire, WI would NOT exchange, or refund my money, because it was after 15 days, and I didn’t spend another $59.99 on another extended warranty on the 2nd hypervolt plus I received after returning the defective 1st one. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! If you can’t stand behind or sell products that hold up longer that 15 days when it cost over $400.00 I would recommend NO ONE SHOP AT BEST BUY. That is absolutely absurd, worst customer service, products ever!!!!

Terrible experience! Purchased a washer and dryer and wanted to add the pedestals. So i called the next day, this store no longer takes phone calls, have to be connected with the national line. 5 calls and 4 call backs later consuming over 2hours of my time they tell me the pedestals are out of stock. Why couldnt the store simply take my call and answer my question in like 5 minutes? TERRIBLE customer service!
When you need some electronics NOW, this is the place to go. The staff is helpful but not pushy. I needed a laptop power adapter and they had a generic model with multiple connector ends. Also we have been replacing our major appliances with products from Best Buy because of their warranty support.

After being told by Best Buy had a 14 day return policy I purchased a new cellphone, 5 days later the screen cracked, but when I went to return the phone I was told their return policy doesnt cover damages. It would have been nice if they had told my that upfront, then maybe I would have purchased their Geek Squad protection scam.
Went to buy a printer. The first person admitted limited knowledge as I asked for an HP printer that could handle legal paper. The person she got to help wasnt much better. Neither could find a printer meeting my criteria. I went to BestBuy app and found an in stock printer in less than 30 seconds.

I love this place! They have tons of stuff here. Music, movies in every format imaginable, home theater equipment, computers, phones, appliances, home security, and so much more! The staff is usually very friendly and helpful and when you say you need space they back off and allow you to make your own decisions. They have never done me wrong and have done nothing but make my shopping experience a pleasant one.

I literally called to ask a quick question and stayed on the phone for almost an hour waiting to speak to someone. Never did. And now they lost my business. They need to learn from Walmart. Unbelievable and so frustrating. You literally have to schedule an appointment to speak to anyone. So mad. Totally disrespectful.

If I could I would give 0 stars as my husband and I had called the Best Buy location in Eau Claire WI to ask them if they had any USB headset as I needed it for my job, and between my husband and I were on hold for over 30 mins and nobody answered their phone. And then these businesses wonder why Amazon is outperforming them and more and more people are shopping on Amazon rather than in store. Worst customer service as they wont even answer their phones, and you either have to waste 2 hours round trip just to find out that they dont carry what youre looking for, or you order your item from Amazon. Also currently my husband is still on hold with Best Buy @ 6:47pm and nothing but ridiculous hold music. Worst customer service EVER!!!!

Recieved Remote Start for early Christmas gift and had to wait until Jan 22 for install. When I called to reschedule bc that date wouldnt work, no one ever answered. I emailed and got no response. Had to drive an hour just to reschedule. Appointment made and completed. Took 3 hours to install and pieces of my dash now will not reattach. Glad to finally have my remote start before winter in Wisconsin is over.
Always buy my appliances and electronics either here or Sams Club. I just replaced my Dyson Vacuum cleaner after 6 years of use.
On arrival we were greeted at the door and were asked what we were looking for. I think this is a great way to guide customers who may not know where a product is. The employee also stated they could send someone over which I thought was thoughtful. I was able to find my product within minutes and I am very satisfied.
Totally out of what we were.looking for and the staff didnt seem to know their products very good.
Once again Best Buy fails miserably. They need to actually state the store isn’t open to customers instead of simply saying it is open and then when you get here, you can’t actually go in. Driving 45 minutes to find this out is a hard pill to swallow. I just wish we had more options but I guess this is why online shopping somewhere else is the plan going forward.
Bought our chest freezer from here. So far so good. Although we would’ve liked to look at the freezers before purchasing but they don’t keep any on display.
Basically a shell of a store now. One item I got at Target (for $71.92) was on the shelf listed at $239.99. There may be something youre looking for at a good price but Ive not had that experience here for years. The staff are friendly, though.
Outstanding service. The employees in the laptop area were super helpful with my quest to purchase a new laptop for school. The general knowledge on all brands and specifications was an incredible resource to utilize as a semi-informed tech person. The honesty and care that was provided was nice to see in a busy store setting. Each employee understood and implemented the proper safety concerns. Would reccomend Tyler and Devin in the laptop/computer area for some outstanding assistance.

Bought a TV. Needed to return it due to a defect. Customer service said it is missing 4 screws from the foot mount. I kept everything in the box that was unused, including the foot mount. Customer service said they need to charge us $40 for the screws because they have to treat it as though the entire foot mount isn’t there, even though the screws would have come in a separate little bag. They also said it is not possible that the box came without the screws. They also said if we keep the TV they’ll “grab screws from a different box”. How does that work if you have to order the entire mount as a package? They wasted an hour and a half of our time before we finally asked to talk to a manager and it was resolved. 100% resistance to our return rather than helping us return so we could buy a different TV. We did not buy a different TV at Best Buy.

We go to Best Buy when we find a deal on something. We do buy televisions from them for the mere fact it doesnt make any sense to order online and risk shipping damages. Go to the store and see in person and evaluate for yourself. Cost is about the same.

I was trying to set up new phones through Verizon and had a horrible experience at the Verizon store. I spent 4 hours trying to set up a new phone line and new phones. They fraud charged my account, etc. I went to best buy and they did everything in their power to try to help me get new phones. They had to jump through many hoops but we eventually got it all figured out. Thank you Travis and Colton for everything you did. Great customer service!

I bought and was scheduled for a car stereo install and missed the appointment, because the associate told me it was an 11am appointment but turned out being 10am. The emails confirming the appointment said I would get a phone call with confirmation and directions to the mobile install center, but never got a phone call.

Purchased a Samsung 75” TV and and a sound bar kit. Asked the salesperson Kyle if they would come out and install he said yes but I would have to pay for cost. I have spent 4 days and at least 2 hours on hold and cannot even get to someone to make an Appt someone from the National geek squad told me it would be over thirty days to get someone to my house.I spent almost $3000. And I was lucky they could get here at all. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Anywhere else! Don’t buyhereThey want your money but will not provide even a shred of customer service. It’s a shame that this is what retail has sunk to.TV is ok but Best But Stinks!

Items I looked for were in stock. Price match policy is odd. Its like they pick and choose what they want to match and when. Id respect them much more if they just said they dont match. Disappointed in their approach on that (even though they did match). Overall experience was meh. I was way more impressed with how they managed their store through the COVID lockdown. They handled that really well I thought.
