Absolutely amazing customer service I have not seen a very long time. They know their business and how to treat people right. They could not get what i needed but they made sure i had all the information i needed and pointed me in the right direction to find the obsolete part i needed. Unprofesional, and arrogant, called for a furnace because they supposedly sell to the public. After an insulting conversation about if you dont know what your doing (which Ive worked in hvac, and installed quite a few furnaces) you are gonna kill someone. They doubled the price of there super awesome top of the line goodman furnace. They told me for an 80,000 btu single stage it would cost me 1600 bucks, I get that contractors get a better rate but I couldve bought a better quality furnace elsewhere, I just need a cheap one to replace for a friend. Not only did they slander there own Ferguson name they ruined good mans to by selling garbage and an abnormally higher rate than quality. I live in a relatively small community word travels fast everyone will here about your great salesman, and awesome 1600 dollar furnaces
