We ordered the countertop for our new kitchen and got it home. It was the wrong size. So we re-ordered it, get that order home, same thing. We had to order the countertops three separate times before the correct size came. Our kitchen should have been done in early March and we werent able to finish it until late April due to this.

Undermount sink fell right out of the countertop and they havent got back to for 8 weeks. I had to buy a over the counter sink to cover up where the undermount sink tore the laminate.

I called and was told my order was ready, but they told me wrong. Drove there only to be told my order wouldnt be ready until the end of the week, when it was supposed to be ready by 5 December (written on 10 December)

Truckers be warned. I got here at 1030am and its 4pm but am only halfway unloaded. I guess corporate got money to workers for free.
