I had a blinker bulb go out ( actually got pulled over for not signaling) went to quick lane at 4:20 and was out at 4:40. Price was incredibly fair. Good customer service. Very happy!!

We called this dealer because we wanted to buy the vehicle advertised on their own website. We began the process, giving them our information, and then the salesman changed the price. Their website clearly states this vehicle was on sale, for $39340, but he insisted on the MRSP figure of $69535. When challenged about the price, the salesman immediately became defensive and said, that would be false advertising. I told him, yes, your dealership then is falsely advertising because it is on YOUR website, eauclaireford.net. Salesman retorted, what, do you want us to go out of business? I calmly said, no, I simply want you to honor the price you are advertising. The salesman accused us of having found the price on cargurus or another website, (where it was also present at that price), but we even sent him screen shot pictures of his own eauclaireford.net website where the price was listed. Now, if it was an error, fine, but I wanted to speak with his manager. He wouldnt allow it. He even said at one point in the conversation that the manager would talk to us in literally one minute or less and well...that never happened. I asked the salesman to at least ask his manager if they would at the very least budge a little on their now inflated figure, nearly DOUBLE the advertised price. I wasnt even being unreasonable. Take $3000 off at the very least, recognizing their mistake? Nothing. They were set firm that the vehicle changed price (how convenient, now that we were interested in it.) The salesman even said you should know better than to think a dealer would take that much off any vehicle. Seriously? Classic dealership bait-and-switch with a dose of offensive customer service.

I had Eric from Eau Claire ford as my salesman and he was great. He was very helpful and on top of his stuff. He would check on things and get back to me in a timely manner. He had a great personality, was not rude. Very polite and respectable. Awesome person to work with. I had taken my car to the service department several times. When I wasn’t being ignored I felt like I was being a bother. Things kept breaking & never getting properly fixed which resulted in having to go back every few months. Eventually I had total transmission failure a week after my last service right after just being told everything looked fine. Shady service department & a sneaky sales team. Nobody will answer your questions or be direct with you. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with their Pre-Owned Sales Department. I had a nationwide search for a specific vehicle and they had one, so I traveled 18 hours round trip to buy it from them. Isaac worked with me remotely and was professional and efficient. The day of the sale they had me in and out quickly and the entire experience was likely the best out of all the cars I have purchased (we all know how bad it can be).At one point there was a slight hiccup where the sales manager Matt had to get involved, and he represented the dealership in a way that a solid manager should. The owners have a great team in place.

Our experience at Eau Claire Ford was extremely positive. We worked with Cordell who helped us buy the vehicle that we were interested in. He was very helpful in answering any questions that we had about the whole process and we felt that he was not pressuring us in any way, shape, or form. Had one of the best experiences in a dealership. I went in just to look around and get my vehicle priced out for a trade in or to sell and saw one vehicle I was interested in while I was driving around the lot. I took the vehicle for a test drive and loved it. Cordell Kapusta was incredibly helpful in the process of getting a value on my car and helping me see if I could get the vehicle I test drove. He made to process feel easy and was never pushing me for an upsale. He was honestly one of the best sales people I have ever worked with!

We loved going to our local Ford dealership. We find their up front best price to always be easier to work with than the competition. My wife and I went to find out exactly what the size difference between the explorer and the expedition were and were assisted by 2 very friendly employees. We were not pressured into anything and were very satisfied with our experience. Their lifetime powertrain guarantee is great!Update in 2020 so a few years later.... We have since recommended this dealership to many people mainly my inlaws. They have had nothing but bad luck with the service department and head manager there. They baught a slightly used vehicle (10k miles) from a different dealership (warranty still intact) and when they went in for a defective heated seat they got the run around. Not once or twice but 5 separate appointments needed to be made. Incorrect parts ordered, incorrect installation, insistence that the problem had been fixed.. Just an absolute nightmare. My father in law actually had to have the tech who insisted the seat was fixed and working sit in the vehicle and turn it on. Incrediblely unprofessional management running that place and at least one incompetent mechanic in back. They even tried to charge my inlaws for work after the problem wasnt resolved the first time from the mechanics mistakes. I will be taking my business elsewhere.Update 2 2021i have had some warrenty work done on my 2019 and uploaded a photo of their top quality service

I went to the service center to get my front axle seal replaced. When I spoke with the service advisor two weeks before my appointment, they quoted me $250 for the labor and parts, and told me that it would take two hours to fix. When I arrived for my appointment, again the service advisor promised(his words) two hours of work. I arrived a little before 1:00pm and I saw them pull my car back into the garage a few minutes before 2:00pm. I went into the garage and asked if they were going to lower the labor cost as it had only taken an hour to fix my car. I then asked for an itemized receipt. The service advisor kept telling me that they told me 2 hours but only charged me for an 1.5 hour of work so for 1.5 hours of work, I paid $149.94 when I should have only paid $99.94 since they only worked on my car for an hour. That is still an extra half an hour of work that I paid for, for no one working on my car. I explained to him why I should get the labor price reduced as I was being charged an extra $50 for my car to literally sit in their garage. The service advisor talked over me and refused to listen to my grievances and just kept pointing to the system, telling me that there was nothing they could do as the computer works out the prices. I ended up paying the full amount because I wasnt wanting to argue over being swindled out of money. I am a college student so $50 is a lot of money and not something I can just throw around so I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that they refused to budge with the labor cost. I will not go back to Ford Service Center again or their Quick Lane because I do not want to give Ford anymore of my service.

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the so called Lincoln dealership!!!! We will NEVER use them again!!!! I don’t blam only the management and the salesman I blam the owner also!!!! It all boils down to false advertisement on there website. All they could do was blam a third party for the advertisement. I am shocked that Lincoln let them put there name on there building!!!! We actually went over to Minnesota to buy our new Lincoln. Thank you Eau Claire Ford we have found another dealership that is HONEST!!! On a side note my husband’s company has bought at least 6 cars from them within the last year for his fleet!!!! Bought a 2016 Mustang from a different dealer went to said dealer 3 different times with a transmission noise under warranty which they could never fix. I got sick of driving an HR and half so contacted Eau Claire Ford to see if they wanted to take a look at it and they were happy to. They first rebuilt the transmission and still had problems so they took upon themselves to contact Ford and got a new transmission okd under warranty. They then had me bring it back just to make sure all was still good after I put a couple hundred miles on it. I had also brought up a noise in the front end to the purchasing dealer which I was told it was just typical road noise. I knew better, however drove it most of the summer that way. I once again contacted Eau Claire Ford to see if they wanted to take a look at and again they were more than happy to. Low and behold it needed a wheel bearing and once again they took care of it in a timely professional manner. I have nothing but positive things to say for the people at EC Ford. Also Corey who was my service writer through all of it was nothing but amazing to work with. Again this all for a vehicle not even purchased from them.

I NEVER would have driven 7 hours to pick up a used bought car sight unseen unless I was pretty confident it would be as described. Brett did an outstanding job communicating every detail about the cars condition. The only surprise when I showed up was that it was actually better than I expected. Brett and Adam were so easy to work with and made a process I typically dread simple and completely painless. I also have to mention whoever preps cars for delivery is fantastic at their job. Bought my vehicle here! Absolutely love my vehicle! I was very fond of the purchase! I called a couple days later because I noticed something wasnt right with my alignment. Needless to say the salesperson stated I would be able to get it in and get it fixed there.! I bought the vehicle during a snowstorm otherwise I would have noticed the alignment earlier. Unfortunately the salesperson continue to ignore my messages and I had to go elsewhere to get my alignment done! I love the warranty Ford has to offer. I will be going through a Claire Ford again! I will also be sure I have a different salesperson!! I am still upset about this experience.

After a previous incident that reached the GM, Mike (who handled that issue very well) I decided to go in recently and try getting in a new vehicle so I can get a plow. Unfortunately, I was treated very poorly. I called in December 26th and made an appointment with Mike Wiseman (who was extremely helpful, at the time) for the 28th at 9am. When I got there, however, he mentioned that another customer would be dropping off a vehicle and I said I was OK with that and walked around with my daughter. What I thought would be a quick and simple dropoff turned into that other customer sitting with Mike for a good 30+ minutes. In my opinion, this was a blatant slap in my face, as he could have passed me or the other customer to another sales rep or, at the very least, let the other person know he already had a scheduled appointment. I went along with it because of the previous incident, and I wanted to show Benjamin and Matt that I am, in fact, an understanding individual - which I think I handled myself well in this case.I decided to take a week and do a thought audit before making this post. Unfortunately, I believe EC Ford has earned this review, and I truly hope they reassess this type of business conduct.

My sales rep Justin was very friendly and made my first purchasing a lease car very pleasant. Sarah in financial was also fantastic I liked her alot. Because most financial service people make me feel like they are not telling me everything I need to know. She went through everything and explained to me in easy terms what i was getting. I also met the sales manager and I think he was a MN Vikings fan which I am also that was a plus. He was also very nice and very funny. If you are looking for a SUV or car and you want a great experience. Go here because the people are friendly and not pushy and they are there to help you make the best decision on your next car.

Went with my parents to buy a new Lincoln. They acknowledged there was a scratch that was on the suv and they would fill it in when we brought it back for the lifetime warranty. Needless to say they brought it in (was told that this warranty stuff was going to take about a half a day) so they got a loner and was going to come back up the next day to get it. They were called 2 hours later and was told it was ready. This process should have taken somewhere between 4-8 hours, no one can give the same answer to how long it takes to apply the stuff. They stated that it took less time because it was a new car, never mind you can only get this lifetime warranty when you buy a new car from them, so this shouldn’t have been an issue. They did not fix the mirror right and we have been trying to get them to make it right. Seems like they don’t want to do things correctly and will do what they can to save a buck. Not too pleased with the customer service and how they have been treating my parents with all this going on.

They sold me a 2015 Ford Focus. They did not disclose that this particular car was being sued for faulty transmission. I have already had a repair on the transmission at 30,000 miles. They sold me the bumper to bumper coverage and then called me back later saying I forgot to sign some stuff. I went back and they had took the bumper to bumper off and said it was not an option. They lied to me on the phone to get me back to go back on the original contract.My guess is because of the faulty transmission issues. I now have to go through the process of finding a lawyer. STAY AWAY from them. If I could give zero star I would.

BEWARE and I highly encourage you to call around and look elsewhere for service before you go here. Yes it is a dealership so you likely will pay more, but I am rating on their customer service and the fact that there are other service centers that I have worked with that do a much better job.At Ford, they charge you $99 for a diagnostic of your problem, however in my case they did not find anything to provide me with a diagnostic, therefore NO ANSWERS and I am out $99. They never mentioned that there could be a chance they dont find anything. If they are diagnosing two systems, they do offer a discount for the second item, however you are charged PER problem. I do understand they have time invested into searching out the problem and that is fair. I learned the hard way and should have called around first. I called around later and found 2 out of 2 places I called that charge LESS then Ford and were much more willing to help and much more empathetic. FORD also does not have good customer service. I was told theyd contact me in 2 hours but they did not call me with any updates until I called them 3 hours after they said theyd have an answer. To top it off, the intermittent problem they were diagnosing for me, now is a permanent problem after they worked on it and did the diagnostics.

He helped me find the perfect car for me and my budget and made sure I got everything I needed. I purchased a truck here a few years back had good experiences. Came in for an oil change and whole different story! no prices listed to any services offered, took close to two hours as they over booked. The tire rotation took nearly half hour by Itself. They do have friendly staff as they were very apologetic to over booking. Hopefully the next time will be better. Always have to give second chance.

I wish I could give a lower score!Would never buy a car from them again! Salesman was great he tried to aim to please but the manager and even owner are the reason I’ll never be back! We bought a car late in the evening wasn’t till 8:30pm till we left the store. They had me empty out my vehicle and take the new one. It was not clean to start with we found a chew can cigarette ash’s stains in the center council inside and outside needed a lot of TLC. I was not thrilled with this as anywhere else I have bought a car they always detail before handing over keys. They promised I could come back in two days to get it detailed. The very next morning the vehicle started showing multiple issues that were not stated in the their “amazing 60 point inspection” that all the salesman raved about. When we brought it in to be detailed we took salesman aside and explained our concerns he said he would talk with the manager to see what we could do. The “detail” they did on our SUV took 30 MINUTES! Well when we got it back I could see why they just vacuumed it and took it through the car wash! Still cigarette ash marks in the center council and bird droppings that the car wash couldn’t get off!When manger came over we explained our concerns about the vehicle and how the “detail” we were promised was no more that what I could have done myself. He proceeds to undermine everything we said as if was our fault and we were just a bother to him when we indeed checked these things before buying. We did not start a scene we just politely asked if they could check records and see what they can do. He the proceeds to tell us he will only help us if we pay for them to do more inspections (which they should have had done before we purchase this not so cheap vehicle). When we asked to speak to somebody higher then him we were told if we kept up with this we will no longer be allowed on the property. Again we never once made a scene just wanting them to help make things right. I then called and left a message with the owner and it has been a week and has yet to call back. Even if they have the perfect vehicle I’m looking for I will never purchase again!

I found the truck I wanted to buy which had a couple issues that I wanted taken care of before I bought it. It had a big dent in the passenger door that I wanted fixed and the turn signals didnt work properly. They agreed to repair them so I agreed to buy it. The salesman called me a couple days later and said that they found that the backup camera wasnt working and that they would fix it. He also said they hadnt gotten it in to the body shop yet. A week and a half later it was finally out of the body shop. They still hadnt fixed the turn signals so they said I could take it to my local Dodge dealer to have it fixed and they would pay for it. I called to let them know that I had gotten the price to have it fixed and was told that they had spent enough money on my truck already and were not going to pay to fix anything else on it. I guess they dont have any ethics. I wont be doing any business with them again and wont recommend anyone to either.

I wish there were an Option for 0 Stars or negative Stars. My Dad recently bought a 2014 Ram sports edition. But two days after we purchased it from Eau Claire Ford the power steering goes out. My dad called, and they said they could look at it and that my dad would have to rent a car, they did not have any loaners for my dad to use. Every time he asked for the lady that helped us she was always with a customer or something and was left on hold whenever called. My dad got fed up at this point and said Im not going to refer you to anyone.Finally, he took it to our local dealership, and they said they could fix it but it has been sitting there waiting for the warranty papers to go through. Whatever you do dont go there its terrible they make you feel at home, and everything when you get in the store and are looking for a vehicle but once you buy a car you are just a number to them, and they do not care anymore, and they wont help you. I didnt realize buying a single truck would have to deal with the Better Business Bureau. We asked for the owner to give us a call or for his phone number but they do not give this info out. All we wanted was customer service after the sale if this is something you want dont buy from this dealer. The general manager said he would call my Dad the next day and he didnt return his call until after five he left a voicemail with no reply so my Dad called back and was told this was his day off. He didnt say he would be out off the office the day before. I dont know if the owner knows how his business is being run, but if he does, it is too bad if he cares he will give me Dad a call Mike has his number.

I dont even want to give one star. If you buy a car from them make sure you check out the frame. No one in the service center/service advisers has a clue of what they are talking about. Tried to over charge me and couldnt give an explanation of charges. Cant trust a word they say and service is horrible. Go to pick my car up after it being there for two months and it is literally the same as when it got towed in there. RIDICULOUS!!

My parents and I traded in my first car for an Escape with Mark Grill last weekend. I was very nervous and rather emotional as this was a big step for me. Mark came to help us right away.He treated us like people rather than as a potential sale, which immediately helped me feel at ease. He was honest with us, interested in getting to know us, and was patient (even when I lost my key underneath my drivers seat). The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They work very well together as a team. I got an excellent trade in price for my car, and they were more than willing to work with us until we found a deal that we all felt comfortable with. I found my new car purchase to be very pleasurable at Eau Claire Ford. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell that they enjoy working for Eau Claire Ford. The atmosphere was very relaxed. I never felt like I was being pressured into a purchase. In fact I found it to be the complete opposite. John Vang, the sales associate that helped me with my purchase, only wanted to make sure that I left with the car that I wanted and that I was happy with the purchase.I was also very surprised with the financing options that Ford provides. I was able to finance the purchase through the dealership at a much lower interest rate and a much higher borrowing amount than was available through my own bank.I definitely recommend checking out Eau Claire Ford if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

I purchased my ford focus a bout a year ago. I have received contact from Brian Barker on how I liked my car and if I had any question. I love my car I am so glad he informed me of all the qualities of the Focus and how it maybe the car that would suit my needs. He is very professional and works with you. I have always had excellent customer service from this place. I bought a used vehicle for my daughter when she was 16 and the vehicle is getting her back and forth safely from st cloud where she is now a senior in college. She came back home this past weekend and we brought her vehicle into the quicklane and the technicians were fast. We went to look at vehicles while it was getting worked on and before we even left the lot on a test drive, they called us to let us know it was done and we could pick it up whenever we were done. Worst dealership I have ever worked with, it started by them telling me it would take about 1.5 hours to get a quote on a vehicle and it ended up taking 5 hours. They also forget to add an extra option I chose onto the loan and said if i wanted it Id have to pay out of pocket sometime, its been a month now and the back break pads and rotors are already metal on metal and Ive put 2000 miles on it so I called them up and they said that it passed their safety inspection so they only replaced the front pads and rotors so now Im stuck paying for that. I would not suggest doing buisness with this company the owner is only looking for money.

If I would have known now how I would have been treated I would have never bought my vehicle from this dealership. I was told when I bought my vehicle how I was suppose to rate the salesman, I did not rate salesman poorly but apparently said salesman was upset with me. So when I had a recall I called the salesperson because I was concerned about getting the recalled fixed, at that time I was told that because I did not give an excellent review of the salesperson I would be put on a bottom of a list for service. I called the manager and was told there was no such list. I beg to differ told the manger he needed to talk to the sales person. I would not recommend purchasing anything from from Eau Claire ford due to my experience there. 😡😡

I stopped in (as a walk in) for a the works oil change and was in and out in 30mins tops. Got seen right away and they kept me updated during the oil change with their findings. Great, thorough, and friendly explanation of what they found regarding tires, brakes, battery, etc during my oil change. Ill definitely be back!

I had an overall excellent experience at Eau Claire Ford. Matt in Sales and Josh the manager, were extremely helpful and patient while I made a decision on my truck purchase. The experience went so well that my wife and I both decided to buy vehicles on the same day! The used vehicles stated what needed work on them and were accurate. Ive had my ford so far for 2 days and love it. My sales consultant Dawn got me into the vehicle i wanted and answered all questions, she even went the distance to find out prices on parts needed for stated worn joints on the purchase. Highly recommended place for buying vehicles. Eau Claire Ford Lincoln will see me again when i want to upgrade someday.

I brought my car in for the Works package. This team works fast and efficient. They showed me my cabin filter, it was never checked at all the other places Ive been to for the last seven years. I couldnt believe how bad it was, they took care of my filter and had me done in under 30 minutes. I know where I am going from now on, by the way Ill gladly drive from Minnesota for this top notch service.

We went to Eau Claire Ford to look at possible cars to buy after work. John Vang was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were looking for; then he suggested we try the Ford C-Max. After the first mile I was in love and knew it was the car for me. John found the perfect car for me, he is very intuitive, informative and helpful. Everyone was helpful and ended up staying late but we left Eau Claire Ford with the perfect car for us. Worst Place To Buy A Vehicle.We were lied to by the ad online, the general manager and the salesman.They lied about what engine was in the truck that I bought. Also was told nothing was wrong with the truck and the transmission is going out.When we called and talked with the general manager he didnt seem to care and would do nothing about it.Thw general manager mike was very rude, this place.is a joke!

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Taurus SE and I couldnt be happier. Scott Phillips was my sales guy. Spoke to him on the phone prior to coming in laid out the details. Stopped in later that day and they nailed it with what I was looking for. They didnt have the exact car on the lot but they were very prompt in getting it delivered. Scott worked around my schedule and made it a very fast and painless procedure. I did have some flaws on the vehicle I later noticed which was paint issues. Scott again got it taken care of and was more than happy to help out even after the sale. The service dept did a fantastic job getting my car taken care of and provided a loaner free of charge to me. Even after all was said and done and I have had vehicle about 3 months I get a phone call on my birthday from Scott Phillips wishing me a happy birthday! I have been through alot of dealerships and that by far was above and beyond. I have not once had that kind of customer service and to acknowledge my birthday 3 months after a sale is incredible! I do see the its a hate/love relationship with other reviews left on their website and everyone has different expectations but my personal experience means I will be a long time customer. I HIGHLY recommend Scott Phillips as your contact at the dealership. Im sure others are just as courteous and helpful but I can firsthand vouch for Scott. I went to go look at a vehicle with 200000 miles on it. It was listed at $3800 which is way to much for any vehicle with that many miles. I took it on the test drive and the sales rep was amazing. I look it over and see some spots of rust that were painted and little things but I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect. I go inside to negotiate the price but wasn’t confronted by the person I have been talking with the whole time of the test drive and looking at the vehicle. I was now talking to another person who was certain his vehicle was well worth the money. He said the vehicle was valued at $4200 on carfax and told me their vehicles are priced as low as they can and that he has turned down a customer that offered $100 less than list price. I left and put the vin into carfax and it valued at $3660 in good condition and it was not in good condition cosmetically. KBB valued it at $2234-$4156 in good condition also. I’m just warning people to make sure you know what you are buying and don’t just believe what someone at a dealership tells you, do your research.

Love Eau Claire Ford. Visited last weeked to try to find a new car. The Service is excellent. Every question we had was answered quickly and accurately. It is a different atmosphere at Eau Claire Ford, not your typical car salesmen. Brandon was so sincere and helpful. Would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop in and ask for him!!
