We had a very good experience with this company. Its just a great company with a very friendly and helpful staff. Great customer service. They really are concerned with getting everything right. Just what Eau Claire needed!!

Thank you Chris and IMED Mobility Eau Claire! I called many companies looking for help solving a problem for a wheelchair driver to comfortably reach the pedals. I was offered no assistance, or terribly expensive ideas that may or may not work and extremely rude comments when I chose to try to find a more reasonable solution. I then found IMED Mobility in Eau Claire. They were so nice on the phone that I didnt hesitate making an appointment even tho they were almost a 2 hour drive from Wausau. Super nice employees and didnt push big dollar solutions but instead had a simple idea to try. I am so pleased and highly recommend them! It was nice to share my find with a gentleman I recently met who was having problems with every service place he had gone too.
