I was having some issues with workmans comp and prescriptions I needed filled. Kathy took time to listen to me and genuinely cared. She spent a lot of time trying to figure out my billing issues. I was about two months behind on medication because I was having a horrible time with Walgreens filling it. While we were unable to get the workmans comp to process, she found me a great coupon and was able to get me what I needed at a price I could afford. What I did not mention, is I was beyond frustrated and completely at my breaking point. I walked in almost in tears, and left with a smile on my face. Her kindness completely turned my day around. She made me feel like I mattered and validated the emotions I was feeling through hardship. It was a human experience and I am very grateful for her kindness.

One issue after another with this pharmacy.

I needed help to find something today instead of telling me where it may be the worker actually took me right to it. I like that.

The pharmacist was ready to see me right away and had answers to every question I had for them. The product I came for was right where they said it would be and I could not have gotten out of the store any faster thanks to checking out right there. I might sound like a commercial but thats really how it went!
