WORST ONLINE EXPERiENCE EVER: Will never ever use their online pick up service again.They lost my order, Literally spend 30 minutes in the store taking with managers to resolve. Pretty sure there are other online companies that can deliver to my house next day with no problems ever. .Showed them my order, showed them how I was charged. They literally had no answer other then eventually my $ will be refunded.

Good location, friendly staff, decently stocked shelves. Almost ran over this thing in the parking lot. Need a big orange cone or something.

Terrible place for groceries. Blueberries were old and mushy, lettuce was wilted, cucumbers were soft and mushy, tomatos were all soft. Last time I buy groceries at Walmart

Did the order online and picked it up. The order was all there and the guy that brought it out was SUPER FRIENDLY. There were some substitutions and he went through them with me and made sure I got everything.

Its the best place for me to get my same most favorite brand stuff. Ill also consider getting the best video game price too. The only part Walmart lacks is the shipment and lazy employment I heard about.

Good except for not dealing with my plants that were buggy because they were supose to be done at a certain time. The time before when I mentioned it they didnt know how to deal with it so recommended I go to the service desk. Im postoperative & do not have a lot of energy to run around like that plus its their job to find out how to take care of the situation not mine when they work in that department where I purchased it.

I was in town for one night and this location is a great Walmart. Large selection and fully stocked

Well now that I have a record player and I get vinyl discs each time from there. I thank them for providing the best music.

Walmart Black River Falls is an example that all Walmart stores should strive to be like. Courteous and helpful employees, very clean, stocked shelves, no grocery pickers running in to you, or simply not letting you by. Truly a great place

Nice quiet Walmart, found everything I needed.

Mens clothing barely stocked and everything the color black or grey. The deli is a joke. Fresh fruits and vegetables are sitting on the shelves rotten. Instead of having a crew trained and big enough to stock grocery at night like a normal store does you put 20 employees during the busiest time of the day and make us shop around them and that stupid to wide cant carry enough product kart. Sam should be rolling over in his grave!!Festival here I come!

I couldnt believe how rude the lady that worked there was when I asked her to reach something I was to short to get and she was so rude. Especially when I asked her to please grab me 1 more item and she literally told me no because she was busy and had to make sure she put an item in the right totes. I said isnt it your job to help customers in need and she not only ignored my question but hit me with her big cart when leaving and didnt even apologize. Not to mention Im disabled so I couldnt believe her actions and she was in her 40s or 50s so I was extremely disappointed in Walmart yesterday. I also couldnt believe how many items were missing in their spots but saw that they had more they were just at the very top where nobody could reach and no one was moving any items down. But there sure were alot of employees standing around talking to each other in many different sections and they werent work related conversations. Extremely disappointed in Walmarts services.

I got what I needed. Well, actually more than I needed. Like I always do at Walmart.The clerk was pretty rude when I got to her area, so I didnt banter with her like I usually do. I got my stuff and left.

Usually have no issues. It’s Walmart you know what you are getting.However I bought 3 soy milks that don’t expire until Oct in Aug. All 3 when I got home were spoiled already. Wal mart refuse to take them back or let me exchange them.

Not too crowded when I was there and had items I wanted in stock.

Again shortage off staff causes the public to not receive customer service that we would like. But that is not a Walmart issue.

Its a Walmart, clean and friendly enough, wouldnt expect more or less. Almost no customers in masks but he employees were respectfully wearing them.

Call this place nine times to order a cake and still didnt get where I needed. Poor Customer service. Calling the next walmart hope there better.

Good prices on most products but not usually on vegetable

They were out of the Repel Deet wipes I need for when I garden. I cant use sprays or creams due to asthma and other allergies. It was busy, and though I had to wait to be checked out, I was glad I still have that option. Sometimes, for those of us who have somewhat hidden disabilities, doing self check out is simply too much, especially after work and in such terrible heat. The checkout person was masked and pleasant. I was able to find many of the things I needed.

Some genius decided mid day on a Saturday in April was the perfect time to stack pallets of goods infront of the bikes in sporting goods, thankfully we got there when we did otherwise we wouldnt have been able to even get to the one bike they had in stock that fit our kid and even then we were badgered by a lady trying to tell us why the one we picked was a bad choice and then the others standing there waiting for us to just pick one already so they could continue blocking the aisle. The best interaction of the day was with self check out.

Very poor produce. Been coming back for some reason hoping to find a miracle to no avail. Cutie mandarin Oranges always old and sour, found many with mold or bruising that ruined them, Slimy baby carrots, unripe or overripe bananas, and so on. The only produce I buy here are Rainier Honeycrisp apples at a not good but acceptable price.Non premium (rebranded or seller packaged) meats are subpar too. They spoil so fast. Do not buy unless you intend to cook them the same day and you know how to pick good cuts.

I’m tired of Eau Claire Walmart. They don’t give you your tax back on returned purchases, and they don’t take pride in their work. I still need to use it but I’m over it today

I had to pay for medications at pharmacy register, instead of with my other items. The shelves were very bare. There was three items I really wanted, that were out. The store was a mess. Obviously not enough help. It was a Tuesday afternoon, so not even a real busy day.

Self check out sucks!!Hire more cashiers!Otherwise its a nice Walmart with affordable merchandise and groceries

Couldnt find anyone to help me locate what I was looking. Finally found a woman in the changing area and WOW, Did I ruin her day by asking for help? Maybe she was just having a bad day IDK, but leave your personal stuff at the door and put on a 😊. It helps.

If you are able to, order your stuff online. Going into this place is a frustrating waste of time and energy.

Just like any other Wal-Mart. Went to buy a walker because we forgot to take mine. We found one and were out of there. Like I said, same as all the rest. Glad I didnt have to be there long. Screaming kids dont do well with my TBI. I dont understand parents that cant or wont control their kids

Such great service! Pablo brought out my groceries and was very helpful great attitude.

It hasnt been stocked very well the the last few times. I usually use the pharmacy primarily, but occasionally for groceries.

Clean store, havent had much interaction sign employees. It tends to be busy any time we go different times of the day and different days.

Went for a few items and checked to see if they had any hand gun ammunition. I was told that they no longer carry handgun ammunition. So disappointed that that woke crowd had got to Walmart. I guess I will try and avoid Walmart in the future.

Would be nice to hear from some of their crew a words most people know as courtesy from professional behavior. Especially when I am in hurry but register wont dispense a receipt and waiting for fixing this problem takes forever.

They treat you like a criminal. You locked up my toothbrushes and think you need to walk me up to a register with them when you just saw my face and know Im taking them up there? No thanks. Ill spend my money somewhere that doesnt treat me like a crook for wanting to spend money.

Its Walmart I love Walmart, this one is very large but always so very busy. Always hard to park too.

It was clean and not very many employees stocking and their carts in the isle.

They werent able to refund my money for Google Play card and Visa card..Nor were they able to help me contsct tbe company about the defect. Dont like Walmarts unethical business practices.

Overall pretty nice, was a power outage while I was in the store but thats not their fault. Phone salespeople can be a little pushy though

Fill the shelves up. Our 24 pack dropped out of the cart when we put it on the counter to pay for it. No one came to help us pick it up except the cashier. Someone else should have been called to get us another 24 pack. It ripped, had to be taped. Pathetic.

It completely depends upon which Walmart you decide to visit in a semi truck or a truck pulling any kind of a trailer. So take your chances on your own thats what the queen bee says and thats me Im going to sting you hahaha wow great

Warning jewelry department!!! Went there to get batteries for my watches on Mothers Day. The lady there was a supervisor had a yellow vest on. A man had just bought a watch and she was trying to get the correct date and day. She about wore the watch out twisting trying to get the correct day and date on it. I offered some advice to do it quicker but she did not want to do that. After quite a wait she Googled it on her phone and found out there was a quicker way to do it. Wow then it was my turn. She took my first watch and was struggling getting the strap off and lost the screw. And never found it. She said it was never there. Wow. Took the watch back and gave her my second watch which would be easier for battery replacement. She started prying on the back of the watch with a screwdriver. I told her that it was a screw on back.. thats what the lugs were for. Oh I did not know that. She then got the correct tool and turned it the wrong way almost breaking the back of the watch. Before that happened I told her she needed to turn it counterclockwise to remove the back. While doing this she had my band turned inside out with the Steel part hitting the glass part of my watch scratching it. Wow! She finally got the thread started and the back cover put back on. I think if someone does not know what theyre doing they probably shouldnt take on that task. I took my other watch today to two places and could not find the screws needed to put it back together. The watch is useless at this point. Would be nice if Walmart would replace the one watch. It was a $40 watch. She was helpful enough but just didnt know what to do. Not her fault...should be better trained. I have enclosed a copy of my receipt to validate my complaint and frustration. Im sure this can also be documented on your security system.

The wonderful woman with the short hair, grey hat, and galaxy face mask was AMAZING!! I was picking up about 10am on November 22, 2020 and she stopped at my van when I told her I’ve been waiting for 20 mins. She went above and beyond to help figure out where my order was and was incredibly friendly! She is a prime example of amazing customer service. She deserves a raise and a promotion!!!!

Seems always under staffed. Had to wait 10 minutes to get a headphones for my kids. Hate to wait for a 20.00 dollar item that is locked up.

I always wind up spending way more than Id like here. However the availability of items is still in effect, but this has always been a struggle for walmart.

Workers are unfriendly and rude. When upon entering I usually will say hello to the greeter. Most of the time the greeter will ignore my existence and avoid eye contact. When leaving the store the greeters have no trouble harassing me for my receipt. Walmart makes there customers feel like criminals. I will always refuse to show my receipt and proceed to keep walking and suggest you do the same. If you know your honest and dont steal you have nothing to worry about.

Looking for ruby red squirt 12 packs. I was told there is a shortage on aluminum and less popular drinks arent getting shipped by the vendors... RRS is my favorite so i guess Im SOL.
