After being told six times my tv stand I paid in full for was coming and still is not here I would say this was nothing but poor service. Also after speaking with Adam the Manager and the District Manager Mike and them giving nothing but excuses I have never been somewhere with this poor of customer service. I wouldn’t have been upset but this started out as I should have had it in four days to now going on 5-6 weeks later and still nothing but told its sitting in MN.

Big Lots has a great variety of products within its store. Household items, clothing, furniture and bedding, outdoor goods, toys, and assorted food items can all be found there. The store has been recently remodeled and is a good One-Stop shop for good prices on multiple items.

Needs some flooring updating or a very deep cleaning. Feels a bit dirty. However, it was more organized than my last visit! Good counter service!!

I go to this place rarely. Basically like dollar general and family dollar. It sells basic things you need like cereal, other food, gardening stuff, toys, etc, etc, etc.

We were looking to buy a entertainment/electric fireplace. We looked at 3 other stores but see what we liked. Big Lots had what we wanted & the person that we talked to was very helpful. Very happy with our experience with Big Lots

Always get my cat litter and cat food here. Prices are competitive and the cats dont really care if the brand if litter changes. I also bought my mattress here. Lots of stuff for great prices.

Love the variety of seasonal products they carry for every season. Large selection of housewares and homeward as well as grocery items and general merchandise. Store is well kept and stocked and is very clean. Friendly and pleasant staff who are willing to help when asked.

I bought 3 face masks for $2.50. There comfortable. The throw away type. They dont have the string that most have that goes behind your ear. The material is soft, comfortable. I recommend them. You find them near the checkout. Mine are blue.

You have to know were your shopping. You dont expect a lot of quality. But you do expect it to be cheap. That said, Weve bought some things over the years there have been decent.

You can definitely find some BIG deals throughout the store and save LOTS

Amazing store! Just look at these prices. Was looking for a couch, didnt find what I was looking for, but there so many options of reclining armchairs, sofas. There were even fireplaces, teatables, tvtables. For a little store was amazing to see this kind of variations. Thank you for so good experienceInstead of the couch found these pretty food containers.

They always have a lot of Christmas stuff. Staff is friendly. The decor they have for sale is a good price. Took off a star because it’s kind of dirty in there. Floors need a good scrub.

Staff was very very friendly and helpful than they used to be. Maybe new management or something? But the overall experience was way better than it used to be. Still have lots of great deals in a little store. Sometimes hard to find things but theyll help if you ask. They were even walking around asking if we found everything ok or not. Felt like I was at home Depot or something where people actually help there customers!! Very refreshing big lots way to go on customer service!! Nice upgrade!

If you want to find service with a smile come to Big Lots in Eau Claire. They have unique snacks, furniture, and mattress. They have a very big variety of HOME needs...They have a great rewards program! I was Amazed to find out they sell DIP AND DOTS ICE CREAM...My heart was so happy! I am so happy I decided to stop in!

Havent been here in quite a while. There are seasonal items, decor, boxed foods, healthcare items, etc. Prices are usually pretty good here.

Big Lots is known to have good deals on furniture. Bargains can be found in the other 3/4ths of the store, but not often. The atmosphere here does not match the prices. Im okay with an outdated atmosphere as long as the prices are awesome but Im rarely impressed with any of their deals lately. This place was better 15 years ago.

I love this store! They always have what I’m looking for and then some. I usually never leave empty handed.

A lot of the prices are not discounted. I think this store has really gone down hill. And the staff wasnt that friendly.

I wanted to get a foot stool but they didnt have the one I wanted. I did find other things that I saw on Amazon so I bought them here (Yeah Me). The store is very nice and clean!

I miss when Big Lots had tools and hardware supplies. They have a large selection of inexpensive furniture taking up 1/4 of the store (it seems). Not overly impressed with how theyve morphed into the store they are now.

OMG!!!! What happened to big lots over the years.....first off i never see anyone in there(except christmas time), there use to be an assortment of items. Now it seems more like a furniture store. Use to be a place to go for nice stuff priced right....now its way over priced...not family friendly at all anymore...how do they stay in business....

Its a good place to get lost, you never know what you will find. Sadly sometimes you get what you pay for. Quality is not always superior, but this is Big Lots- so much of this is scratch & dent models from other retailers. Decent furniture & GREAT pricing on it.

Great deals!

First time there and I was impressed. Didnt expect to see grocery items so cheap. Purchased a 12 count of glasses for $10 which are normally $25 in other retail stores. They had a variety just like your Walmarts and Shopko stores. I would recommend to check them out. I will be returning next time I am in the area.

Gotta love the Good Housekeeping hand soap....cucumber melon is the best for only $1!!!

I can say that the quality of some of the items have gone down but I dont believe that Big Lots is at fault. When inflation hits, somethings has to go starting from the manufacturer. However, I have never met a rude person there and they are always willing to help.

The place was nice and set up right however the checkout girl did not know how to half a bill so that myself in my girlfriend could each pay half of our bill and she acted as if though she did but ring it up normal and then said she didnt know how to do it after the transaction was done I think teaching the associates how to do everything that is required of them should be a priority
