I shop here a lot the staff are very nice & they keep it clean I even bring buggies for them if there are three or four outside because they can get very busy. I would have given a 5 but it doesnt sell everything like some do.

Although I do love Family Dollar, I dont love that they force you to use their app to get digital coupons but they dont even take the time to upload the digital coupons to their app that they expect you to use. They also dont allow the cashiers to give you the discount.

I love the store. Its not there fault they got rats. At least theyre doing something about it. They are very friendly there and they help as much as they can.

I would give this place more stars if I could. The staff is a super friendly team. Demar was the cashier and I was short of change and he looked into his wallet to see if he could help me out. GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE.

I recently read post about this store having a rat problem nand went to investigate it myself...it is true...it smelled like dead rat and that cleaner had been applied to cover up the smell. I saw rat and mouse droppings on the floor like they had been swept under the shelves. You could barely breathe in there without almost choking. I feel bad for the employees. This place should be closed until this problem has been taken care of. I will be doing all that is in my power to see that it is. If corporate is aware of this problem this place should be temporarily shut down for the sake of their employees and the customers that patronize them.

Liked the place.. Only problem was fish kept in cups... They looked so depressed or ill. They barely moved inside the cup... To me this is torture.

I had to ring the bell and then the guy took forever to finally get to the counter. This particular guy looked very Disturbed? Kind of like a really weird experience.

This is in my opinion the best family dollar store in the Ecorse, Lincoln park, River Rouge area. Ford, the store manager works very hard to keep this place up and running. Its the cleanest and most well stocked of the 3 in this area, and better than most others. The one on jefferson is a disgrace and the one on fort & souhfield is not much better but is ok i guess.

The place was disgusting!!! it smelled horribly of mice pee/poop. the whole store was completely dirty and just nasty! if i could i would rate it a 0 as in THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN SMH
