My daughters iPhone X screen popped up on one edge after she dropped it. We brought it to CPR and they said it looked like an easy fix. We came in late in that day so we had to pick it up the next day. We picked it up and it looked good as new and they didnt even charge us. Great people and we highly recommend them.

They left a nice fat fingerprint UNDER the back glass when I had it replaced there for my Galaxy s21 Ultra, I wouldnt care but its under the camera lense. If they really cared about quality, they would have never let it leave the store looking like that, and shouldnt have for the price I payed. Also now my main camera has focus issues, and Im not paying them to replace something that worked before they did their repair, they also say they make sure everything works, well apparently they didnt look very hard. Very disappointed, would recommend going elsewhere.

During a battery install cell phone screen was cracked. OEM and aftermarket screens never worked. CPR purchased the same model phone in the aftermarket and transferred the data from the old phone to the new phone, no charge. High level of integrity. Would consider them for future purchases and repair.

I submitted a quote on their website and it told me to call the store... After reading what seemed to be like good reviews I was confident in not having to break an arm and a leg to fix my small cracked screen on my cellphone. Along with receiving professional and polite service as the reviews state. The man that answered the phone (I called around 12:45pm August 10,2021) was rude from the start of our conversation. I told him I submitted a quote online and it informed me to call them. He said, oh ok.... and says nothing for a few seconds. I proceeded to ask him what is the next step what information do you need from me?... He rudely stated what do you need done? I let him know and told him. I was told that to fix a cracked screen with very minimal damage done to it is over $450+ is ridiculous!!!! Thats almost half of what the cost of my phone is. I have read CPR previous reviews and the customers stated they paid $200+ which they said was alot and found out after that other places can fix it for a better deal with good reviews.

Dont waste your time with these guys.....anyone can replace a screen....when it comes to any serious repair, dont count on it, brought em a phone to recover pix and contacts....had the phone 4 days....nuthin but they took my money, i took to there competitor done in one day same money. sent my wife to go pick up and they talked down to her because were old and i guess they thought they could.. user beware!

I thought I needed a new screen for my phone. The associate was very professional and friendly in setting up the parts order. Then, he took the time to look closer and discover that a factory screen protector was the issue. After removing that, the problem was solved. He saved me $400!! I had him install a new one, and my phone is like new again. I really appreciated the level of service that I received.

I bought a new phone for AT&T and when doing the upgrade from my old phone to the new phone the Tech told me to check if the Sim card was in. I opened it up and it came out. He told me to put it back in and I put it in the phone without the tray. Not very smart. I went back to AT& and they more or less said not our problem. I was so upset and I didn’t know what to.do. I went to Cell Phone Repair in Eden Prairie and Nathanial told me he could take the phone apart but decided to try and get the card out. Within a minute he successfully retrieved the card. It was just like someone took aton of weight off of me. I was never so grateful to him for doing such a great job. Thank you Nathaniel and if I ever have any other issues this will be the place that I will go. Thanks again.

I brought in my iPhone XS with an unresponsive screen. The guy did not even touch my phone to look at it. He just stated that will be a $200 plus tax fix. I asked what caused it, and he just stated it was common in the iPhone XS, but never told me how it happened. I did not have the money to spend on the fix, so I brought it home and contacted apple support. Through online chat, they told me how to reset the phone without use of the screen. A 2 second, SIMPLE fix, that I did at home for free. The guy at CPR did not even touch my phone or attempt to reset it... I will not be coming back as I 100% recommend going to Apple first if you have an iPhone problem.

I remember bringing in my galaxy S7 back in 2019 to replace the battery. I paid $80 for it to get it replaced then in 1 week it stopped working and I went back there like 6 times and they would never change the battery make stupid excuses saying oh we did it but reality they didn’t. I’m never going here ever again based from my experience

Jon was extremely helpful. I know the store is busy and I attempted to call several times but did not leave a message. Jon saw the missed call and he actually called me. He gave me accurate information and options for a replacement screen protector. I came into the store and he was polite as he worked on my phone and multi-tasked by answering the phone and handling the phone customers without delaying my service. I will go back to this store just to work with Jon again. CPR should have Jon train other employees and use him as their standard of expectation.

Well they took the phone kept it for a day and a half took $75 from us and when I got there told me I got the phone to light up longer than they did not really impressed I get that sometimes you cant get the information off of it but then to hand me over to someone that maybe could why didnt you just do that from the beginning and then charge someone 75 bucks I guess I will not be back but maybe they can fix some and not others trying to be optimistic

Don’t take your computer here. Awful service.They seem professional when I talked to them, but they really just charged me 200+ $ to fix something that they didn’t even fix. Not to mention how long it took, as well as my screen almost popping off when I got it back which never happened before. They claimed we would receive a “full refund”, but only got a fraction of that back.Will never come here again.

Our Surface Pro display was broken and they fixed it very quickly. What I like about the service was the updates we got from them. Not many are capable of keeping the customer informed.

I dropped my phone (Google Pixel 3a) in water and got the camera all fogged up with condensation. I worked with Jon over email and in person at the store. When I first submitted the repair form online, he was very prompt in getting back to me and gave me straightforward answers regarding what to expect and cost of the repair. The work was completed right on schedule (3 days for water damage repair) and my phone is working great! Couldnt be happier with the service. Hope I am more careful with my phone next time, but if I do have further repairs in the future, I will definitely be bringing it back here!

Huge waste of time and this is the second chance I have given this place. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the kid at the counter was very friendly and polite. Had a broken phone screen on a less common phone brand, they told me they could fix but had to order part, great Ill wait. Well, a week goes by no phone and they leave me a message saying come get it its too hard to repair. Could have told me this a week before and I could have had a competent technician fix it, I wont be back.

Went in to see if charging port could be replaced, John took a look, pulled port out slightly, phone now charges, and didnt cost anything! These guys are great!

I went in April 6th, 2018 to have my Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact screen repaired. It was cracked and did not respond when touching the screen. I knew from online research that there was not a replacement screen to be had in the US, so I was not surprised when CPR told me they needed to order one from Germany, and that would take around 2 weeks. I also ordered a glass screen protector, which came to around $15. I waited-3 weeks. CPR never called to tell me if my phone was done. I called, they said the screen was fixed, but the screen protector had not come in yet. I waited another week, called twice in that week, and it was still not in the store. Finally, I went in person to pick up my phone. The screen protector had been lost in the mail, and I had them refund it-it would be faster at this point to just buy one off Amazon and put it on myself. My review is poor, not because of any problem I had interacting with employees-they were all perfectly nice and amiable when I saw them. My problem was that they never called to tell me my phone repair was done, they never told me an estimate of when the screen protector was coming in, and they wrote me a physical check instead of refunding my credit card, because the computer system did not understand the interaction. (the employee could not figure out how to get it to work then) This was 5/10. My phone repair was $194, and I dont think it was worth the money. There are chips on the side of my screen (on the phone itself) where they pried up the old screen. The phone works now, and Im happy to have it back, but honestly I had an awful experience with the customer service here.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. My son broke his iPad charger port so the whole device stopped working once it lost its charge. We were visiting Chicago area at the time. I brought it in to a local repair shop and they told me the charger port so severely broken that would need to disassemble the whole thing to repair and charge $140. They didn’t have enough time to repair it before I needed to leave town. Fast forward to me bringing it to CPR in Eden Prairie near where I live. I was expecting the same $140 or so price tag. Instead, employee Tristan spent 3 minutes with it and fixed the entire thing. When asked what I owed, he smiled and said there was no charge. They could have easily ripped me off like the shop in IL or charged me something for their time. They didn’t. This shop is so honest. If only all businesses could operate with as much integrity. Thank you Tristan and CPR. You completely made my week! You have earned all my business in the future.

My daughter has diabetes and her following device failed (iPod) while at school and we urgently needed it fixed or replaced so we could monitor her glucose. This location quickly found a solution for me so we could feel at ease. They were all so kind. This location even fixed my 6 year olds new gizmo watch when the pin fell out of the band. This guys will take care of you! Check then out!

What unbelievably excellent customer service!!!!! Tristan, Matthew and Osama went WAY out of their way to help me and didnt make me feel weird when I asked tech questions. My situation was that I had a laptop I couldnt use since the password wasnt working and I couldnt contact the company who sold it to me since they went out of business--- so I felt really stuck. On top of that, I needed a functional laptop by the weekend for an unexpected work project- yikes! So they did a bunch of complimentary trouble-shooting, suggested a COST EFFECTIVE solution to fix it asap and called me when it was done so I wouldnt have to wait around. CPR is a top notch service provider! Their online scheduling option was very convenient. The service technician, Matt, was very helpful, efficient, and helped us understand the potential issues and solutions to my iPhone 7 problems. In the end, what potentially could have been a $200 repair to replace the screen and charging port or battery ended up to be $25 diagnostic fee and replace the shield. They truly care about their customers! I will bring all my business and refer all my friends and family to CPR in the future. If only all other businesses ran like CPR!

Ive used cpr for many things. No matter how small the repair. They fix my phone. If its a little thing or something related to a previous service ive had, they have always been more than helpful I sometimes dont get charged. I had a cracked screen and while they did replace the screen ($270) they didnt do a very good job. The screen wouldnt stay on (bad adhesive) and the camera didnt work. It was the end of the day so I agreed to bring the phone back another day to have the camera re-attached. The phone worked fine for a few days before I was able to get it back. Well, while trying to get the camera to work my phone suddenly wouldnt stay booted anymore (funny, it worked fine for a few days). They didnt refund my money for the screen due to their negligence both times they touched it. GO ELSEWHERE! There are plenty of other reputable repair places that perform quality work and stand by their repairs.

I received great customer service from the staff there at CPR. Also very friendly staff as well. After breaking my screen over seas and had one day to be home before I had to travel for work they were able to schedule me in to fix my screen while I ran a few errands. They fixed my phone sooner then I expected when they called my wife to say that it was done. All around great experience I will defiantly recommend to go to CPR for phone repair.

My iPhone 6 Plus camera became faulty. CPR replaced the camera quickly and at a very reasonable price. They stand 100% behind their work and their staff is both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly employees and quick service. But that’s where it ends. I needed to have my screen replaced a day after they repaired my cracked screen because of a “very rare” defect under the screen protector they applied. After this, my phone was 90% back to normal. Three months later, my phone slipped of my recliner and the screen cracked. Mind you, the screen moxie liquid glass screen protector they applied was “guaranteed” to hold up against being dropped from seven feet. And my phone slips off the recliner and cracks. I checked the warranty and of course, if you didn’t register your device online within 30 days, the warranty doesn’t hold up. Would not pay for the liquid glass screen protector again. What a waste. I called the shop to ask about it and asked for some information about my purchase. The young man said he would call back but never did. While the screen replacement was a good investment (versus replacing my phone entirely and costing way more), I wouldn’t trust the products they sell.

Short version: The repair left my phone with an ugly appearance (see picture) and a loose home button and a phone that rattles when it vibrates. The shop offered to fix for an additional $120 after I already spent $140.Long version: I brought my Samsung Galaxy S6 in for a simple repair of the charging port. When I brought my phone in, the back glass was broken but was covered in a sticker and it has held firm for at least 2 years.I was quoted $99.99 which was expensive but I had dealt with wireless charging for awhile and wanted to be able to plug my phone in. I was told the turnaround time for the repair would be 1-1.5 hours.I returned after 1.25 hours to be told they needed another 20 minutes. I left and returned a half hour later. Still not done. After another 45 minutes, I got my phone handed back to me. The sticker I had on the back of the phone was shredded. The technician said that it will only get worse and walked away. The back glass could be literally pealed off the back of the phone. They had a new back glass in stock so I paid an additional $40 to replace the back glass. I would not have brought in the phone if I knew I was going to need to replace the back glass and the port.I left the store and took a look at my phone, on the front of the phone it appeared as though the color on the phone had pealed away from the front glass. I walked back in the store and talked to the technician again. He said that this happens when the phones are exposed to moisture and then are soldered. He then pulled out his phone and showed me his and said that he has had to replace the charging port 3 times on his phone (which was a newer model). This caused me to lose faith that the repair will last. I asked what he can do about the phone now that it looks like trash. He said he could offer a replacement screen for $120 but wouldnt do anything else. My home button is also very loose and the phone now rattles when it vibrates.Awful repairs all around. Bad customer service. I would have rather spent my $140 toward a new phone than deal with this shop. I will never return and I will share my experience with others. I just wanna give a shout out to Osama for his expertise, knowledge, and professionalism in repairing my phone. After a completely miserable experience with my current wireless carrier, the carriers insurance company, and the repair place that the insurance company chose to try and fix my phone, Osama evaluated the problem based on experience opened up my phone and found out he was right. He called around for parts, had the parts within an hour and had my phone fixed in a couple hours. After we thought we lost all of my daughters pictures thanks to the bumbling of my current wireless carrier in Hutchinson, we were able to get into her old phone and save every last one of her pictures. I cant thank Osama enough and if I could give him 10 stars I would.

Ive had my phone repaired by CPR cell phone repair two times now and both times the screen had already shattered with a week of each repair.The first drop was off of a treadmill onto some dumbbells -- understandable that that screen should shatter.I had my phone repaired again when the cracking was becoming much worse and within a week I dropped the phone onto my hardwood kitchen floor from three feet before my new case had arrived and the glass cover put on by CPR cell phone repair AND the phone screen cracked and almost popped out completely.I called CPR cell phone repair and asked if this somehow fell under warranty and they replied a drop is a drop and there was nothing they could or would do.Never going back to this place to get my phone glass fixed because a piss poor repair job is a piss poor repair job.

Was helped by TJ (whos knowledgeable and friendly) and he was able to fix my loose charging port by giving it a deep cleaning, free of charge. Probably saved me from unnecessarily getting a new phone. May go back for a battery change to keep the old phone running for as long as possible

I bought a new case and screen protector for my S4 at the EP CPR store earlier this year. Today I bought a memory chip at Best Buy, but when I wanted to install it, I could get the case apart. I went to the CPR store and the technician recognized the case as one of theirs and carefully took it apart (took over 5 minutes) installed the chip, tested it and put the case back on. NO CHARGE. This is GREAT customer service. Thanks CPR.

Just picked up my sons iPad 6th gen after they replaced the screen. There is dirt on the inside of the new glass they put on. And the touch screen doesnt work. Do you guys even bother to test your work? You need to fix this or give me my money back ASAP. Pretty poor after waiting two days for you to fix this. They did fix it which I appreciate. Would have been nice if it was done right the first time.

I had my HTC ONE M7 repaired tonight and I cannot be more happy with the honesty, speed, and price. Although the original quote was for $99, they where able to salvage parts that did not need replacing but where needed to tear apart. And able to save me over half of the total cost. I will always recommend this company in the future and will go there again before buying retail products.

I definitely wouldnt recommend this place. I have a iPhone 5 that I brought in twice with a cracked screen. I paid about $260 total to replace the screen two different times to CPR.Both times I got my phone screen replaced, my phone was bent a bit, which happened prior to bringing it to CPR. They never told me there would be any issue with it. The second time I had cracked my screen I brought in my phone to get fixed there, their quality of work wasnt great and my phone started ghost texting eventually leading to the screen not working which I called them about. They said it would be covered under warranty, but then later came to say because the screen was bent and now not lighting up they couldnt fix it under warranty. I kid you not, they fixed my crack screen twice with a bent phone, never a problem prior... With the promise of a screen lifetime warranty.Truly, truly I recommend you find somewhere else to replace your screen or fix you phone. I supported them and when it was time to do the right thing for me, they didnt. They are an extremely transactional company looking for the quick cash deal instead of what is the right thing to do. STAY AWAY!
