Dr Anderson is great I’ve been going there for over 10 years and have always been satisfied.

Due to insurance reasons I have had to go to other places - Lens Crafter, Walmart. They just do not get it right and I have had trouble with getting a good prescription and glasses. I pay out of pocket to come to this place. They get it right and are very helpful. I have actually moved out of State but will come back here once a year to see them when visiting family.

Just a really well run place. Im in, Im out and I feel educated about my eyes, with resources if I have needs.

People are helpful, whether front desk, optician, or eye doctor. They got me in right away and offered fast turnaround for glasses. They do adjustments right away or call you in if your glasses are being made to order.

We have been going to the Family Eye Clinic in Eden Prairie for more than 20 years and have found their services exceptional. Dr. Lannom is the doctor I have been seeing and is extremely professional while being very down to earth and caring in his approach to working with me. They are up to date with all of the specialized equipment necessary to evaluate the condition of your eyes and necessary treatments to provide you with the best vision you can obtain. All of the staff are friendly and seem to want your experience to be as pleasant as possible.

They were friendly and had a clean environment. When I walked in I was quickly greeted, got the paperwork signed and had a partial examine. There were 3 people sitting at the desk and they were very responsive and helpful. However, after check-in I sat and waited over an hour for the 1 doctor to sit me down and finish the exam. The final step took only about 15 minutes. I dont want to know what type of business can afford to have 3 greeters sitting around waiting for that bad of a bottleneck. And I obviously wont be going back if I have to wait an hour for a 15-minute exam.Edit:After using my new prescription for 2 months I am changing my review from 2 stars to 4 because the final result was good. They are friendly and they do good work. Minus 1 star for having to wait an hour to see the doctor.

I was greeted warmly. My eye health was clearly explained. Every one of my questions was answered completely. What else does a person need?!

All personnel are Friendly and Professional, . Accurate prescriptions and stands behind their products and services. Frames are durable.

A wonderful family-oriented eye elinic! I continue to come here even though I now live in Minneapolis. I would never think of going anywhere else.

My family has been visiting this clinic for over the past 10 years -- friendly service and thorough exams! Glasses can be a bit pricey though.

I used to come here for my regular eye exam yearly. Had a terrible experience recently when I went in to get my prescription. I wanted my PD to get a spare pair of glasses, which my insurance wont cover. I was told (very rudely) that I needed to pay $20 to get my PD even though they had it listed on file. Note that I already ordered an expensive pair of glasses from them this year! I wont be visiting this place in the future purely on the bad customer service.
