Nice and clean store. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. It appeared that they were taking good precautions with the pandemic and were sanitizing everything that was touched after each glasses try-on and after appointments.
Greeted immediately! Friendly and helpful customer service. We brought in a Rx for my mom who needed frames. We were assisted in finding the styles she liked within her budget. Courtney took pictures of her in glasses so she could see what they looked like... Great feature. Courtney not only cleaned my moms glasses but saw mine were crooked and straightened them out! Will definitely be back when I need new glasses. Courtney helped talk through insurance and using the best coupon we brought in. My mom left saying This was actually an enjoyable experience.

July 9, 2021 - Excellent customer service!! Both the Assistant Manager & Manager were extremely personable & treated me, along with all of the customers in the store, with their undivided attention. I was made to feel welcome to take my time trying on glasses to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Management, along with other employees, were happy to give their honest opinions when asked for them. Everyone was very knowledgeable & provided the service all businesses should strive to provide. I returned to the store a week after picking up my glasses, because after having worn them for a week, I decided they just werent for me. I always look forward to walking into the Eden Prairie Lens Crafters store, especially if Joe is there to help. The records of previous purchases, the glasses that are produced and delivered, and the association they have with insurance companies is just great. I dont have to worry about paperwork.I especially like it that the associates offer alternative products to fit a budget.

This is what I call The A-Team! Everyone is incredibly polite, knowledgeable and professional. With 15+ years in Retail Management and over 10 years in Property Management, I have never met a team where EVERYONE is equally polite, friendly and welcoming. I left the MOA location so discouraged and decided to just go home and find another Eyeglasses company within my network but I last minute decided to go to Eden Prairie location. As soon as I left this location, I called as many people as possible to tell them my experience but this morning, I started to think that I really need to tell Google by doing a review. This is The A-Level Staff. When it comes to customer service, they are second to none! So refreshing to see the commitment and dedication to customer service.

Never go for an eye exam to lease crafters at EP mall by Scheels. The doctor, the nurse and the sales associated all are scam artists. They gave incorrect information. I was charged $30 for some fake exam. My insurance provides free eye exam without co-pay. The doctor and nurse made up some exam to charge me $30! Not only that the customer service tried to charge me more for re-lensing my existing frame! Overall I had a very disappointing experience. Please avoid going to this location!

Potential customers, please note, if theyre not all there, theyre most likely being flagged by the store to hide them.Its probably the 30th time that Ive posted the other two photos again. Think its pretty low that they keep getting flagged by the store.This is fairly lengthy and a vent post, but it should make sense to potential customers to steer clear of this location and why.Starting positive, with the optometrist, Dr. Oker is very pleasant to work with. If you want to get your eyes checked, see her, get your prescription and leave.As a side note, Ive been coming to the location ever since I was a little kid, but will never be a customer here again.Theres better locations out there that dont use the malls traffic as a crutch to support themselves.From one Lens Crafter customer to another, you deserve better.I received glasses that were wrong, along with my contacts that were also ordered incorrectly. I also paid for 90 days, and then received a call back saying that they only come in a 30 pack after they already ran my card. I agreed to the 30 pack, and then realized that I received a 60 pack of a different model.Wrong type, wrong amount, wrong price.Waste of time on the consumer end, since Ive been back to this store 3-4 times in a short period, because of their mistakes that they cant own up to. Why cant you be humble enough to say theres been a mistake? Instead, they tried bribing with 20% off all future contact purchases....Really?Im editing this again after stopping in to drop off the wrong contacts tonight, and I will repeat it again:The staff cant think past their nose and ego. Negative mentality and inability to simply listen to their clients.Sat down for an adjustment and the woman tried to pull the, maam, our staff warned you about this happening with the size of lense.Im aware of the different size and if she spoke to any of the staff, and they were honest, they would know that I said that I didnt care for the width. (50 to a 55)The width of the frame is NOT the issue.Its that I previously left with bent arms and poorly adjusted curves to the back of my ears. (All because it was getting later in the evening, another customer walked in, and the assistant wanted me out of the store. So she said, I cant do any more than this, come back and see a technician. Only they can help)Theres nothing worse than a business talking down to you like you dont know anything.I understand you work there, but please understand that Ive had glasses for 20 years and understand what can and cannot be adjusted and how frames sit on my face.Even with my glasses off, I could see the manager or assistant manager, shaking as she was talking to me. Legitimate tremors, but she didnt have them before we sat down.If you cant deal with an unhappy customer, perhaps a different career path should be thought out.After today, Ill pay full price at any Lens Crafters, as long as its not them.I went to another location and my glasses were refitted. It took less than 5 minutes. Whats your beef, EP Lenz Crafters, hate being wrong?**Note, the front of my frame never was touched, which seemed to be the problem everyone kept telling me I had.

Over the past month since we ordered new glasses, one unfortunate encounter followed by another has left us no closer to resolution than when we started. The glasses are still unwearable due to the many adjustments over that time and still do not fit and function better than the ones we are replacing. Only the customer needs to be inconvenienced by the process as no once seems interested in going out the their way to help get this resolved. There are some very customer-centric associates at this location but the right one is never available at a time thats convenient to us. I hate writing a negative review but nothing else is getting anyones attention.

I went in to get more information on their clear Blue IQ lenses and the staff was super helpful. She answered questions I didnt even know I had! I will definitely be going back to order my new lenses from them.
I was willing to pay more than online stores for service, but got terrible service. One of the lenses in the glasses I bought had a smear across it that could not be removed. I returned to store and they told me they’d order replacement lenses. They told me to stop back once the lenses were in and they’d replace the lenses in 10 minutes. When I returned to have replacement lenses installed it took almost an hour. I understand they may have been busy, but when a customer is returning a defective product they should know better and jump right on it. Swapping out the lenses could not have taken more than 5 minutes.One pair of glasses required four trips to the mall. Next time I’ll order from a online discount retailer instead.

This lenscrafters is professional and honest. They are upfront about pricing and the fit if styles for myself and more importantly my kids. I would never go anywhere else.
Super disappointed and completely shocked at how insensitive these people are at making things right. I use to really like this location and I even recommended my whole team to work with this location despite how far the location was but This locations scheduling system is messed up and has rescheduled my clients multiple times. They have lied that Ive made calls to reschedule with no proof of a call log and they were never able to give me the name of the person who rescheduled. I have clients that have been trying to get in for the past month but every single time, the last minute, day of appointment, the location would lie that the appointment was set up for a different date. If you guys arent going to honor the onesight program clients and move them just because you have other clients who want to get in, you guys should stop offering it. What I cant believe is every time ive set up an appointment they have refused to send me email confirmation of the appointment and every time ive patiently rescheduled and explained all the trouble weve gone thru, the workers there have vouched over and over again that everything was put in correctly this time and nothing was going to change. Im so very disappointed especially how the Store Manager handled this complaint. I will be reporting this location and no longer supporting this location. I hope this review helps the location to stop lying and fix their scheduling system.

I LOVE this clinic! Dr. Oker is very knowledgeable and she genuinely cares about her patients. Finding contacts and glasses to fit my needs can be tricky and frustrating (astigmatism fam where you at haha). Dr. Oker showed great patience and compassion while answering all of my questions and concerns. She is a true professional and so kind. I highly recommend this office. I called in to schedule an eye exam appointment and the customer service staff was less than professional. (Note: I had been going to this location for many years prior) The individual that I talked with seemed to be irritated with me because I didnt want to give my birthday over the phone. I asked if there was another way I could verify myself to her and she asked for the last two digits of my birthday, which I begrudgingly gave (address wouldve been less of a security risk IMHO).There was no warm greeting with her name when I called and I had to ask at the end of our call to get it. She replied with, Its Sam, S-A-M. I thanked her for the help and for getting my appointment situated.I think Dr. Oker is indeed great as others have mentioned in their reviews as well. I would hope, in moving forward, that she takes a look at the training the staff is getting in order to increase their professionalism. The people that answer the phones are the front line of her, and any, business. As such I will be cancelling my appointment and looking for a different eye care establishment to take my business too.

I was treated very badly at this Eden Prairie Lens Crafters and will not be going back. I needed contacts and wanted a switch from my previous brand. They gave me only one pair of lenses to try and I had to go back several times because the lenses didn’t work for my eyes. When I went back in, the person at the desk was extremely rude. I was treated like an annoyance and she didn’t want to answer my questions even though it wasn’t busy in the store! She kept trying to end the conversation even though I still had questions about the different contacts. They should have been more helpful and told me about the different contact options on my first visit. This is not a good place to get contacts.
They were upset when I tried to get my prescription of my glasses at Target since I didnt buy through them. Then I was about to order contacts from them but they wouldnt arrive in time; so I bought a 90 day pack from 1800 CONTACTS. I clicked my contacts and about an hour later they contacted LenCrafters Eden Prairie to confirm my prescription and type of contact. They then proceeded to tell 1800 CONTACTS I should be on a different one day contact. When they arrived the WRONG CONTACTS WERE SENT!!! They clearly were upset I didnt buy through them and gave me the wrong contacts costing me over $200 and making me blind during my week trip to Disney World. Thanks Lens Crafters Eden Prairie for ruining my vacation.
