You can still get your pick of Orange Julius. Nice employees and clean restaurant. Its in the upstairs food court.

I love that it’s located in Eden Prairie mall. My kids love walking the mall and stopping for Orange Julius’s. It can get busy on the weekends, but the staff does a good job of handling the rushes.

Had a wonderful strawberry shake. My wife had a mango smoothy.Both refreshing.

Line is so long every time in the drive through. When will the dining room open up covid has been out for over a year and every other restaurant is operating normally except Dairy Queen. Unreal.

If I could give this place a -5 I would the service is horrible the treatment of their customers is unbelievable if nobodys watching the counter and you either not or whistle to get their attention they come out to you with attitude and and say I dont come when Im called like a dog even though you only trying to get their attention cuz nobodys watching the front to help you even if you call corporate to its plain and complain they wont do anything I will never ever come here again and I hope nobody else does either look at their ratings they are horrible and this is the picture of the horrible employee who talk to me with no manners and no respect for his customers I told him I will never come back here as long as this guy is working at this store

I ordered a twist cone, chocolate cone, chocolate shake, hot fudge sundae, and small m&m blizzard. The gentleman taking our order told us (in an annoyed voice) they only had vanilla ice cream; they had no chocolate. So I ordered vanilla cones. We got our ice-cream, which turned out to be cones of whipped cream! The hot fudge sundae was 70% whipped cream on the bottom and a small amount of ice cream on top. The m&m blizzard and chocolate shake were runny. Waste of my $15!

1. Wanted to order a twist cone-they told us that there was no chocolate ice cream.2. When we finally got the cones, the employee set them directly on the counter that thousands of people had touched-yuck.3. The cones didnt even have ice cream in them, it was FROZEN WHIP CREAM. Tasted absolutely disgusting and left with a stomachache after the first bite.Waste of $15, the cashier seemed impatient like they had better places to be. Bad experience, wont go again!

My experience today was terrible. The employees were too worried about their conversation to pay attention to my order,and my blizzards were runny. They didnt turn them upside down. It wasnt busy either.Id give them 0 starts if I could. They need better employees at this location.

The service was great, but the food had a weird off flavor to it, either like the oil was old, or like the fryer wasnt cleaned properly. Also be warned, they dont offer the $5/$6 lunch all day, only from 11-4, which is hard to read on their menu board.
