I recently purchased a vehicle from Mitchell Auto and the whole experience was great. No pressure or bait and switch tactics like at other places. Both Kyle and Roy provided great customer service over the phone. The website was accurate and provided a car fax so I didnt have to spend money to see the vehicle history.When I arrived the car was clean and ready for me. They allowed me to perform a long test drive and inspection. The car runs great and I only had to take it in to address the recalls, which were free at a local dealership.Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend giving them your business when looking for your next vehicle.

With no questions I would purchase another vehicle from Mitchell Auto. Mark and Roy provided me with prompt response and detail info regarding the SUV I purchased. I requested a video walk around due to me being over 400 miles away. They called me via the DUO app/ (like facetime) and showed me every detail about the vehicle. I flew down picked it up and drove back. They even followed up 30 days after to simply ask was I satisfied. ABSOLUTELY I AM

We went to buy this car it had not been cleaned yet ..not a problem..totally understand that..we went back 3 days later when he said it would be ready..nope...ok..a little miffed...gave him our phone number..no call...apparently if you dont like pushy sales men THE THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! We had to beg them to buy it and we had cash! ...sadly I did not get my jeep..but I did get something from another dealer I love just as much.

My husband and I had bought a car from Mitchell dealership on February 15th radio wasnt working and he promised to get us one he did pay for a oil change and recharge the air conditioning and promised a radio real quick which turned into 3 months later and still no radio he gives us a 300.00 dollars check and look for your own radio Ill never buy a car from him ever since day one been having problems with the car we paid 30000 thousands for the car for 3 months and now have it at a new mechanic trying to fix all of the problems the worst 30000 thousand dollars we have ever invested in someone words about a car that he sold to us so be careful who yall buy your car from its going to cost you more than what you have paid for it if we had known this we would of bought a newer car now wed paying 1500 to have the shift gear stuck in park was promised a radio but Roy had wanted to get rid of us he gave us a 300.00 dollars check but feel that he should her with having this issue fixed worst place to get a car what kind of business are you running when 1st yall dont return phone calls

I bought a vehicle from Kyle today at mitchell. They were amazing. I told them I was a single mom and needed a reliable vehicle. I told them exactly what I could spend and that I needed something that would last a little while. They found me a great car that fits me perfectly! Im very satisfied and glad that I listened to the locals when they told me to come here. They alsogive 90 day warranties which is awesome! Not many people do that anymore with a used vehicle or that has over 100,000 miles. The owner and her son were so friendly. Definitely a welcoming environment! So I had to come on and edit my review because I had to let you guys know what an awesome job these guys have done taking care of me because my battery died the day after I purchase the car and I left my trunk open to my vehicle so it was partially my fault well they ordered me a battery the battery wouldnt be there until 4 p.m. it was about 9 in the morning at the time that my battery died and I was headed to drop my son off to daycare they came in Mac me and purchased a new battery for me put it in for me like how awesome is that. They had literally just opened their doors called me back because they had a missed phone call from me and hopped right in the car to come help me didnt even get a chance to open up the shop before coming to my health so I just want to say thank you to you guys you guys are awesome Im very pleased and Ill definitely be coming back and referring others

Honestly I think this is my best an most fun I ever had in buying a car. I always hate buying cars because of the pushy sales people and it takes so long. I told Roy what I wanted and my price range. Then about half hour to decide and about another hour to make the deal complete.

I bought my vehicle from Roy just over a year ago, it was so refreshing to find someone who actually cares about what they sell you. So when my husband wanted a vehicle recently, we went back to Roy, my husband is fussy and at the time Roy didnt have a suitable vehicle, just a few days later Roy called us and said he thought he had found a vehicle my husband would like. He was right! My husband loves his new car. We would not go anywhere else! Thanks Roy.

Horrible!Called and asked many many questions. We were lied to and drove 3 hours across the state to get the car. When we got there we couldnt even drive it! The mechanic said the brakes were shot and it could not be sold. Why did they not know that the day before? Shady dealership. I will never recommend this waste of time.

Looked at a van on their lot. My husband said he felt something off while test driving and left. Salesman pursued us calling my husband a few days later saying he had a mechanic check it out and everything was good and that the vehicle came from a friend of his and not an auction so it was taken care of. Also, told us that if anything went wrong if the first few weeks to contact him. Company motto is to get life long customers. Owned the van for 2 weeks and powertrain warning light started coming on, code reader pointed to transmission issue. Took it to a reputable transmission shop for a diagnosis and were told the transmission is failing and needs to be rebuilt, this is 4 weeks after purchase. Contacted the dealership via e-mail and attached the quote as proof of the issue and they didnt even respond. Waited three days and tried again and still no response. Not only did they lie to us about the condition of the vehicle and willingness to help if something went wrong, they completely ignored our attempts to contact them.
