The store manager Liddy is definitely the best sales person ive come across ever. I had so many doubts on what i wanted vs what i could afford. I ended up switching the whole family. 4 5g phones for under 300 dollars like what?? Amazed. Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. The people before were never any help. Thanks metro for staffing your store with people that are eager and happy to help and not just quick to take your money. This will be my go to store from now on

Paid for insurance and got strung along never recieving any answers until I had to buy another phone elsewhere. Rediculous charged the deductible and everything

I went in to the Edgewater store today and none of the employees had masks on and was asked to put one on and i said im not worried about a mask and as they put there mask on i was told i have to have one on if so then they need to supply one

The girl doesnt know much it was a waste . I thought Aubrey will be there at 11am but I got someone that didnt help me at all

I was in the Edgewater, FL Metro PCS store *May 14th 2020 (yesterday.) They have signs telling customers to social distance. However - the young woman who was in charge was right on top of an elderly woman -over her shoulder - showing her how to use her cell phone! No one was wearing a mask. Thank goodness I was. It was quite disturbing and confusing to us other customers in masks. No hand sanitizer available to the customers. A terrible experience. My family will be switching cell providers asap. Unacceptable.

Luckily I had researched options prior to entering the store because they misrepresented the product I was interested in and I left without making the purchase. This was lucky for me because the price at a store a few miles away was $70 less than the great deal they were offering. I will not return to this store, something has changed there and it isnt for the better.

The Edgewater location was great.Alexis is wonderful! I went in with my phone not charging. She helped me so much and I have a very nice new phone.

I had to change my review of this store, sadly. A couple of weeks ago I changed over and was happy. Today I went down because my daughter, who has some issues had forgot her pin code. The guy in there was RUDE from time I walked in. He said nothing he nor the company could do. The young lady that was coming in said what about factory settings. He shot her a look of pure mean and basically yelled at me. I DONT do factory reset. I said so what I pay 80 for 2 phones and never use one. He literally Shrugged his shoulders at me.

There is nothing wrong with this store. I like visiting these guys...... Keep it up Edgewater metro..... Real good...

The best Alex took care of me she was great answered all my Questions very attentive and very polite in the manager David is very very polite And I was totally satisfied I would recommend the store to everybody Ive been going to the store for a very long time since It opened And I got the best treatment from Alex and David And I will always take my business to the Edgewater metro PCS they deserve a 5 star rating.

I went in with a broken phone that I pay the insurance on hoping to get it replaced. One employee wont stop giving me harsh looks and the other had no idea what she was doing. The employee that I am dealing with sets everything up and says I have to pay 114 dollars to replace my 60 dollar phone that I HAVE INSURANCE ON. My bill also paid in full until the end of the next month. I just left.
